Last Bedrodsians store I visited was in Sacramento 2005!! Never knew I'd be living in another state and upgrading another home.. I've watched the store in stages when it was being built. We walked in and was very impressed with the showroom. Basically allowed to roam the warehouse, take pictures of the barcode, and they can create an invoice with info and pricing. Although they only carry slabs (no prefab).. I liked the choices they had. I had seven different slabs and pricing was various $$$$.. Still surprised the prices were lower than I thought. Still need to find a fabricator, and probably one more estimate on slabs. Im really glad they are in town. read more

We went to Badrosians for tile to repair our water-damaged home. We had gone to another tile supplier but they could not deliver in time; we needed two week delivery and they offered two months. In contrast, in Bedronisans we were greeted warmly by Cherrice, who has many years of design experience. She easily helped us and had a number of very helpful design ideas. These ideas, coupled with their wide variety of tiles, meant we soon had a better design than we were thinking about together with the tile to implement it. They will deliver within our two-week schedule so we can complete the repairs before the holidays. If you need tile for your home, save time and effort by going to Bedrosian's first! read more

I have a remodeling project in Tahoe while I am physically in South Bay. Remotely managing the project is challenging, however people like Christen in Bedrosians Reno made it so easy and comforting in the ordering process. This review is for Haley French, one of the sales associates. I had designed a bathroom back in June. By the time I needed to order the tile, one of the floor tiles had be discontinued. I needed to find a similar replacement 12x24 tile or, I'd have to change all of the tile in that room which I wasn't willing to do. Haley found almost an exact match to the discontinued tile. She also provided me with a sample, free of charge. I've used Bedrosians both in the Bay Area and Reno for over a decade. Their prices are extremely reasonable for the quality. The Reno showroom is beautiful and has a wide selection of both natural stone and porcelains. I love that I don't have to wait for service too and they are more than happy to sample you anything you want. read more

Haley French has resurrected my hope for excellent customer service in a busy, often callous industry! My husband and I have tons of projects going simultaneously and a GC requested we visit *another* tile supplier... after being ignored in the showroom for 30 min and then rudely dismissed by multiple staff that we tried to approach, we walked out and drove straight to Bedrosians. I literally had tears in my eyes when Haley greeted us WARMLY and SINCERELY and gave us an orientation of the showroom. AAAHHHHH!!! Since then we have had nothing but EXCEPTIONAL service from Haley during appointments, pop-by visits, email communications etc. She knows her stuff and goes above and beyond to make our lives easier!! The huge amount of revenue that other store lost is in the tens of thousands. There's simply no need for rudeness and lack of attentiveness in this business... we are all busy! Just make eye contact and say hello I'll be with you! Anyhow I'm super happy that happened so we now have Haley and a huge selection at great prices with Bedrosians. Great customer service. Alex and JJ helped me to find the kitchen backsplash tile and bathroom floor tile for a remodel I was doing. In Lincoln, CA. They were both knowledgeable about their product, answered my questions and arranged for the tile to be sent to the Ranch Cordova, CA store for pickup. All of the order was there. Tile looks fabulous on wall. I can't recommend Bedrosians enough and definitely will return in the future. Wonderful company with a huge supply to choose from. read more

I couldn't say enough good things about my experience with the awesome employees at Bedrosians in Reno. Both Christen Bradley and Samantha Eckermann were so informative and knowledgable in helping us select our tile and slab as well as helping us meet our budget. All the employees were so friendly and really made the whole experience a pleasure. They have a wide selection of tiles and slabs and were patient with us as we asked to check materials out. Customer service is a big deal to me and I was more than pleased. I would not hesitate to use them again for future home projects. read more

Very friendly staff! I am a DIYer with previous tile experience and they had the exact grout I needed in stock. Rachel treated me well and made sure I had the things I needed which of course I wouldn't get at the big box stores. After I got home ( over an hour away ) I realized I had forgotten caulking! I called the next day spoke to another member of the staff and they shipped it out to me toot-sweet. An excellent experience all around. I will be back! read more

We are going to do some remodeling and the contractor we are working with told us to go to Bedrosian's to pick out tile. It's a beautiful store with tons of tile and stone. The nicest part was the salesperson, Mari Verdin, she was great, she helped us a great deal and even drew out a design for us. If you are planning on installing any kind of flooring I strongly suggest that you go to Bedrosian's it's about 10 times better than any other tile/stone store in Reno read more

Our experience at this store went well above and beyond in customer service, and quality product. We ended up with too much of one size tile, and not enough of the other. I needed a stain proof grout for our tiled kitchen counter top. I found the product, hard to find BTW, at Bedrosians, Laticrete epoxy grout. The folks there were helpful, nice and quickly helped me with the materials I needed. The personal knows their business and helped me understand the product and how to apply this new high tech grout. I called back for additional help and the shop guys took the time to give me additional instructions. I'll be back. read more

We were replacing our tile counter tops with slab granite and were referred to Bedrosians by another tile supplier. Bedrosians has an incredible selection of slab granite and quartz. They also have a wide selection of tile and other accent pieces made of a variety of materials. The best thing about Bedrosians is their customer service. We worked with primarily Tyler. He was willing to move granite slabs where we could see them fully in the light. He and Sara went above and beyond in helping us find just the right tile and accent pieces to complement the granite we chose. Their prices were more than competitive. This is our first Yelp review, but we had such a great experience we had to share. Tyler Jackson was so helpful, knowledgeable, patient and considerate of our needs during our long granite search. We highly recommend him. He moved slabs around for us several times so we could see them in different lighting conditions, and he helped guide us to slabs that best fit our style. I am a contractor and I've been working back and fourth with Sarah about opening an account in the future. She has been nothing but helpful with getting me price books and she has been overwhelmingly working to gain my business. Which I admire and I highly recommend seeing her or the blonde who is also there. Both are extremely nice and helpful. One thing I am not happy with is I had gone in on one of Sarah's days off as was treated very rudely by another employee there. I started walking into the warehouse to see the warehouse manager and the gentleman at the front counter informed me I was not permitted to go back there. I had let him know I know Luis and Sarah and I've worked with them. He still proceeded to tell me I am not permitted, in a very rude tone. Then I asked where Sarah was and he told me she was at Schluter training. I asked "at USA Parkway?" where their facility is and he came back very rudely again "You actually know what that is?" as if I was dumb. Other than one rude employee they have a great business to shop with. I never let one rude employee deter me from shopping at a store I have been at multiple times. They are open to the public not like other tile stores I have been to around reno. The girls there are friendly, easy on the eyes, and they have great prices for contractors. As a contractor, I highly recommend seeing them for a remodel or new home. read more
