It's basically so exotic and magical I can't even wrap my head around what I just bought. Nor can I wrap my head around how incredibly delicious this honey is. All the flowers and subtle flavors peak and ebb like a flawless symphony. The owners are so friendly and knowledgable too. I really like how they decorated the honey jars with rune symbols as well. Honey Shack puts out a super high quality product that will completely entertain your senses. It's also nice that it's local and will help with allergies and immunity. Every time I have been here it is always been such a joy to see people in a good mood. You can call ahead and they will have your stuff ready if you choose to do it that way. The lady that owns the spot is usually there and super hard working. If you go there and buy some green chile you will just stand around and wait for them to call your name. Once it is roasted they will walk it to your vehicle. I highly recommend this place because they have been in business for many years and are great people.

They'll give you a 10lbs bucket (if you fill it, it should be about 10lbs) and a picker. They have so many varieties of apples you can just roam and pick all you want. There's a horse stable adjacent to the orchard and they were super friendly me & kids with me. One actually followed me around and wanted to be carressed The whole property is not very large but it's perfect for a family picking There are many kinds you can pick according to the season you visit. I think their Golden Delicious is better than anyone else's! I never liked it till I had theirs. They weren't open last year due to flood and I was heartbroken but I'm happy that they reopened for business this year!! They also sell variety of honey and you can taste the different ones. The kids got to play a scavenger hunt for a gigantic spider on one of the trees for a honeystick. How fun I just love this little orchard and so happy I found it!!
