He explained how each dish was prepared and what was in each of them . All the food was top notch and high quality, perfectly cooked, flavorful and beautifully plated ! We enjoyed everything from the Tuna Tataki , Fig and goat cheese flatbread with fresh figs and prosciutto to the Portobello salad and the main entrees of Red Snapper and Filet Mignon!
