The wonderful Owner, called me back within an hour and came to my 93 yo mom's townhouse at 6pm because she had called me with a dead mouse- ugg - in her kitchen. He not just placed dog safe traps but spent almost an hour inspecting inside and out, cleaned up all the mouse ' leavings' behind the stove etc. was well masked, ever so kind, and is returning to check on her soon. Really inpresssd an Really impressed by Luis and his company! As an owner of a Baltimore City for 10+ years, making the call for unwanted visitors like mice and roaches is never fun. However Luis is super responsive and his service is top notch! He went into my Fed Hill crawl space--seriously kudos to him because adventuring down there is stuff made of my nightmares, and helped diagnose a termite problem. He also treated a roach and mouse problem as well. As I type this, I'm thinking, wow, my tenants must be dirt balls, but unwanted pests is often par for the course when it comes to city living. Finally a contractor I can trust. I've paid for rat abatement for my city rental and received far less service for would be much more. The last guy may have been cheaper initially but less than two weeks after his visit where he found no entry points, my renters were calling again. If anyone is experiencing pesky pest issues, I highly recommend Luis at Bee Wise. As a smart shopper, I contacted Terminix and other companies as well. Terminix quoted me $300 to remove a quarter sized wasp nest and suggested that I get a service plan or add more services for a lesser price. Luis was far more reasonable, trustworthy and only was concerned about the issue that I contacted him about. Luis is knowledgeable and fearless. I called him about one issue and assumed that would be it. However, I was pleasantly surprised when Luis checked the entire parameter and removed other wasp nests that we had not identified. I have Baltimore city rental properties. I could just end the review here. At any rate, I wanted to find an annual service that I could utilize to service the rentals. I did some searching on yelp - I mean were else would I go - and found this (and other) companies. I was looking for service that could come out soon and that I/or my tenants could call for any issues. After speaking with Luis, I settled on him and am happy that I did. He's very communicative and does what he says. We have never met, but I feel like I know him. He's responsive to not only myself, but also to my tenants. I highly recommend Bee Wise. Oh and a side note, after a recent eviction - I asked Luis to go and spray the place. While talking, I just happened to mention that I needed someone to clean the place. Fabulous and Grateful to find an honest, kind pest service. My 93 yo mom found a mouse in the kitchen, dead and her dog alerted to more scurrying. I was at work doing surgeries til late and could not assist her. The lovely Owner answered expeditiously, offered to come that evening at 6-7, arrived on time, fully masked, spent over an hour and not just located where mice were and placed pet safe bait traps, but cleaned up for my mom everywhere they had gotten into. Unlike several other companies he did not obnoxiously press for overpriced " yearly plans", price was reasonable and follow up has been great. He even gave me, the daughter, a detailed rundown on what he had done. Skip the national chains, this is the best. Grateful for his integrity, decency and kindness. read more

Recently a company came out and did a home inspection for free because I am paranoid about bed bugs. They barely inspected anything and claimed to find casings but didn't even show me. They then said they were going to charge me $600 and come bomb the place. I was skeptical so I called bee wise and Luis came out for an inspection. He thoroughly went through everything. He inspected every sheet, mattress, box spring, cracks, crevices, etc. He found no trace of bed bugs in any of our rooms. He found casings of different bugs and said someone could have tried to scam us and convince us that those were bed bugs, but he was honest and told us we had nothing to worry about. Luis answered every question we had, he was thorough, but most important he was honest and has integrity. Luis and bee wise are the best! read more

I have had great experiences with Luis and Bee Wise. When we first moved into our home, we had an issue with rodents. Luis was able to accommodate us on the day we called and quickly discovered where the mice were entering from. We have not had any issues with mice since then. More recently, a squirrel found its way into our home. Luis was again able to stop by the day we called and helped us get the squirrel out of the house. He also found two possible locations on the exterior of our home where the squirrel could have entered. Luis is very professional and very prompt. I called Bee Wise Pest Control after I saw one of their trucks in my area. The gentleman I spoke to (Luis I think) was very nice, and offered to come out and see what my needs were. He did a walk around as expected, after I told him I was having a problem with mice and rats entering my home, and I couldn't figure out where. He said he would definitely figure out where, and place bait boxes/traps. He gave me the price for treatment (1 year) and I told him I needed to confer with my wife. He said if I called afterwards that same day, he would probably be able to come back out the same day. I did call later that day (apx 2pm) and he was unable to come back that same day. We scheduled for 1 week later @9am. One week later, he doesn't show at 9. I figure maybe he's running behind, and wait until apx noon to call him. No answer, and the call goes to voice-mail, but the voice-mail is full, so I can't even leave a message. I call several more times that day, same result. I gave up on Bee Wise. No further calls from Bee Wise were ever received. Kind of a crappy way to do business. Stand up a customer, and then don't even bother to reach out and try to repair the situation. read more
