From the initial contact with Nick, (Owner) to setting up the appointment with Kim ( I believe)and Tim the master expert has been truly a wonderful experience. When Tim arrived, he introduced himself pleasantly- asked me to confirm my concerns and went right to work; without rushing me or the job. He meticulously looked around every inch of my house, while educating me about pest control. Not only did he do that, he also caulked around my AC unit as a precautionary measure. Tim also advised if I should have any problems, not to hesitate to give them a call. This company has integrity. They went above and beyond my expectations. Bay City Pest Management is a great company. Their personnel is top notch from the initial phone call to the technician that they send out. We have been using them for many years and when a recent problem came about with ants in various areas of our home as well as silverfish in my office, we knew we needed to have the house treated the silverfish treatment required the technician to go up in the attic crawl space and put a special treatment in that wood get rid of the silverfish and also require us to not be upstairs for 2 hours after the treatment took place. After he finished the treatments, he gave us a rundown of everything he did and told us to let him know if we had any other problems or concerns. Eli was our technician and I highly recommend him for any pest concerns you are having in your home. Highly recommend the company and they are a family-owned company which is my preferred. read more

Five stars all around. Wonderful service, very knowledgeable people. So incredibly friendly and helpful. I thought my apartment had roaches because I saw a big bug on my wall when they informed me that it was a conifer beetle. I'm petrified of any kind of bug so I asked for someone to come out and make sure I didn't have roaches and to do a preventative general spray. They kept insisting that I didn't need it and didn't want me to pay for something I didn't need but I insisted just to be sure. They could've easily said okay to my request and taken my money but they checked with me multiple times to make sure I wanted this service even when it wasn't necessary. They genuinely care for their customers and I highly recommend them to anyone with pest control needs! read more

I had used Home Paramount for years mostly for ants but we've also had mice occasionally and other insects. We also used Ehrlick years ago. After getting fed up with service issues I happened to drive by "Bay City Pest Management" and looked up their reviews. I cancelled my Home Paramount contract and called Bay City. From the lovely lady who answers their phones to the two extremely knowledgeable technicians who came out (and went above and beyond what was asked) to Nick the owner who I spoke to several times - I cannot say enough positive things about this local company. Bay City is great! We called them after we noticed a bird making a nest in our vent. They scheduled an appt for the next day and took care of everything efficiently and quickly! Very happy with Bay City Pest Management! I had mice in my home. They were able to come out quickly and lay out poison. When the poison did not work- damn smart mice!- they came back and laid out even more poison, and gave me an industrial trap. The trap has worked wonders. I have caught at least 3 mice. I can hear one rattling around in there now. They also put a rat baiter in my parking pad which has prevented rats from nesting in my car, and decreased the amount of rats in the alley. read more

We had a family of starlings nested right behind our microwave in the air duct exhaust so we needed help removing them ASAP. Bay City were the only ones who could schedule a same day appointment so we scheduled. The tech contacted us 30 mins out and was on time and ready to go. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and got to work planning how he would safely remove, clean, disinfectant and secure the compromised vent. He made sure the job was done perfectly and explained what he was doing before each step. Unfortunately the two adult birds were found dead but the remaining baby birds were removed safely. We saw a mouse in our house! which was very unsettling. I called several pest control companies in an attempt get someone out ASAP. I called Bay City Pest Management at 9:45am and a technician was at our home by noon the same day!. Tim Steele was the technician he was very thorough in his inspection and explanations as he conducted his inspections.
