This is by far the best pest control company I have used. We started with this company 20 years ago when my husband & I first purchased our home. I can tell you that they have the best office staff that provides the best customer service & service technicians that care. We have had some problems in the past with a variety of pests both inside & outside our home. They are diligent and professional and really do care about putting my mind at ease all the while providing the upmost pest control service to eliminate those pesky pests! I have made numerous referrals and the people I had referred are also very satisfied with the service they provide. The cost of their service is very competitive and I hope to be using them for as long as I own a home. I called the office very early in the morning hoping I could get someone out the same day and I was pleasantly surprised and pleased when Bobbie said of course! I had several bug issues and I wasn't exactly sure how to identify what we were seeing. The technician came out and was very pleasant and clearly explained the 2 problems we were having. One of the problems was a worn out screen that was allowing several types of insects to creep in side. He sprayed outside as well as inside, and suggested 2 places close to where we live to get the screen replaced, which we did the next day. I wasn't forced or pressured to sign a contract or get put on any regular service plan, however I did reschedule a follow up visit and a free termite inspection. I was pleased with the service and my experience with them. STAY AWAY! I wrote a great review for them after my service (NOT EVEN 8 WEEKS AGO) that I revoke 100%. What a nightmare. I called them to inform them that the service they last performed, not even two months ago, was ineffective. I have more spiders, bugs, and roaches both in my home and outside my home than I have ever seen. When I let the lady on the phone know, she told me they don't warranty their service. I informed her that this was super disappointing as I was trying to support local businesses and that the prior company I used, warrantied their services. She told me that the manager could do nothing about it. I've been with Beebe's for years. Everyone in the office is so polite and address my needs with immediate concern. I have a five year old and he noticed a bee hive and when I called Beebe's Daniel was out there within an hour taking care of them and even removed the hive for free. I only use them now for all my pest control needs. They have no contract auto sets that I never have to worry about and know that there will be no bugs or scorpions hurting my son who is my pride and joy. I used them once before and was very satisfied the bees have no since returned. But I had some new unwanted bugs decide to move inside with out being invited! We purchased some new throw rugs, and had to move some of the furniture to make them fit. As soon as the couch was moved we saw the bugs. My fiance screamed, I immediately grabbed the phone and called. We had the service guy Ed out the same day. He sprayed, even with our dog inside letting us know they have pet friendly products, and were able to go out enjoy our evening, come home and have a bug free weekend. We moved in to a new home at Phoenix ,we discover roaches living under the addition off our kitchen.We called up Beebe's. They were fast and friendly.All workers were very professional, very clean and very thorough.He spend a lot of time and check and put medicine everywhere and again he visited my place to check the bugs problem I highly recommend Beebe's to anyone who is in need of pest control. Do NOT use this company. They cheat and over charge you. At first you are told what the initial cost will be for a termite and pest service, but the whole company is a SCAM. The customer service is horrible when you are trying to resolve a situation, the ladies are very rude and not helpful at all and getting a hold of the owner is a joke! He yelled at me and hung up the phone. Harrison was the tech guy we used and was very unprofessional and Daniel the owner does not know how to run a successful business. Beebe's was absolutely great! They came highly recommended to us and I must say they lived up to it! Not only were all the people I spoke with amazing, LaTierre went above and beyond with all my questions and helped to get me scheduled within a few days of me calling. (And let me tell you how amazing that was especially since we were smack in the middle of COVID-19). The gentleman that came to treat our house was just as professional and helpful to any questions we had! We have a large dog that is not that friendly to strangers. Beebe's send the same service tech every time, this is helping my dog become familiar with him. The tech calls a few minutes prior to his arrival to assist us in preparing our dog. Also, we had citrus rats. They took care of that problem at the most reasonable price. When we started our monthly sprays with Beebes, the office staff was very accommodating to our unique needs and worked with us a most professional manner. I had Beebe's come out and give me an estimate on termite extermination. They sent Gary out. He was very professional and explained the process and steps to do the job right. He didn't just look at the house; he drew it out so he could make a reliable bid. I liked the professionalism so much that even though they were not the lowest bid I got I chose Beebe's. They came out and treated my home with the same professionalism as Gary showed me when he bid the job. Most importantly there were no surprise expenses. I was born an raised in Phoenix, and my parents still live there. They are older so I usually spend a few months a year helping them out around the house. I noticed the walls in the living room looked like bugs were in there, I called Beebes for them to check for Termites. Well I was right it was Termites how terrifying. I find it hard to believe the negative comments on here about these awesome guys! They are so courtesy and friendly. I ran across them when I was looking for a termite inspection and was immediately drawn to Beebes because of their ad that read FREE INSPECTION! Gary, the inspector, was right on time and was extremly helpful. He not only told me I had termites but also those darn pigeons that were hiding by my AC unit. After reading the other reviews for this company, I'm almost concerned that those prior reviewers have the wrong company. I've used them for ages at my townhouse. Their service desk and technicians have always been prompt and professional. I've never had a technician not show for a service. I've never interacted with this "rude owner" people talk about. I had noticed that bees had started a new hive through a small hole in my stucco under a low corner of the house. Called Beebe's and they came out the next day (at my request). Two techs with gauntlets and screened hats sprayed into the new nest to exterminate the bees. There are no more bees flying around that area and into the holes. Looks like the hive is dead and i'm pretty sure it was too new to worry about honey. So I'll be sealing up the holes with stucco. read more

VERY impressed with the overall experience with Beebes, I was invaded with a huge swarm and I am allergic to bees so I was freaking out, I heard beebes was the fastest to respond to an emergency so of course they were the first I called, they quoted me a fair price for how high they were and said they could be out in the next 2 hrs, they arrived within the hour and now that area is under warranty. Went outside one Saturday to find an enormous swarm of bees establishing a hive on a tree in my front yard just 6 feet directly over the sidewalk in front of my house. This was a safety hazard and definitely needed to go. I called Beebe's and they were there within 2 hours. The tech was friendly and professional. He met with me to determine what to do, and then removed the bees quickly and thoroughly. I will definitely use Beebe's again. read more

These people are "crooks" me and my girlfriend called in for the "SAME EXACT ISSUE! " and "were quoted two totally different prices" i was quoted $115 and she was quoted $250! FOR THE SAME ISSUE! and when i asked why there was a difference the girl on the phone couldn't answer!
