I went here for the first time last night and it was such a sweet surprise tucked in the middle of the city! I had the tangerine dream kombucha and it was delicious. The flavors were also so fun and all flavors had a matching cute painted sign to go with it! Little details like that make my heart happy! The service was wonderful. This place is absolutely perfect. It is not boogie, it is not full of pretentious people - it is all about the "Booch" and the chill vibe. The Booch bartender (with the most dreamy curly hair) is friendly - not super talkative but will tell you about the Booches. (He also paints all of the signs) You can have 3 samples to try before committing to just one - or go for the four flavor flight. WE tried 8 different flavors in 2 tastings. We had some seasonal, Medical Mushroom, CBD, THC, Herbal and KAVA ones. We did not try any of the Meads or Ciders so we can't speak to those. Order at the bar, try three then get a flight of four. Find a cozy spot out in the garden forest or chill inside. Either way it is a cute chill Beach Bar Booch vibe and living for it. Great booch house! This place is a kombucha lovers dream... the all natural farm to cup method really shows. They have a great assortment of flavors and seasonal drinks as well as a few that are enriched with mushrooms and even THC. There's also a few beverages with higher ABV I even saw and I believe Kratom on the menu. They have vegan desserts. I forgot to grab the lavender cheesecake before I left. It looked phenomenal. Service was cool, knowledgeable and accommodating with multiple samples to help me narrow down what I wanted. The best thing about this place though may have been their outdoor seating and garden. You can literally feel the energy change. The garden is buzzing with life, the organic plants, butterflies and lizards around you just make you feel one with nature and it's a great sign of the quality of the goods they provide. As a big kombucha lover, I was so excited to come across this place! I loved that they brew and ferment their own kombucha with a wide selection of flavors. A young lady was incredibly kind and let me sample a few before recommending some based on my taste. I went with a lychee strawberry (I think!) perfectly balanced and not too sweet. We stopped by the Beech Kombucha tent while attending the annual Halloween street party in downtown St. Pete. I never had the stuff before and was interested in trying it. The two staff members working the tent were attentive, friendly, and explained to me the Kombucha making process. They let me sample several of their flavors before making a decision. I settled on the Brain Boost which has lion's mane, blueberry, ginger, and lemon ingredients. The drink was $9, which is a bit pricey in my opinion, but there is a lot that goes into making this specialty fermented tea, so I understand the cost. I'm not sure if you're supposed to catch a buzz off of this stuff but I was on an empty stomach and felt like I had one about 3/4 of the way through my drink. No complaining here because I was planning on having a few drinks today anyways, lol! All in all I'd recommend trying this stuff out you've never had it before It's a bit bubbly and has a good flavor without being too sweet plus it's a probiotic, which is great for digestion. I'll be on the lookout for these guys next time I'm in the area. read more

Great venue, multi-environment, comfy seating, music and tasty kombucha products. $12 per flight well worth it to taste their kombucha made with all natural fruits and vegetables with no sugar or sweeteners added. Service is immediate and friendly and ambience can't be beat. Stop by for a groovy afternoon or evening, meet some interesting people and generally enjoy yourself. Loved this place! Attended an event and the vibes were SO CUTE, really great duo playing live music, the bartender was kind and gave me a great recommendation on what kombucha to try. Also gave samples! The drink menu was huge and also includes mead and some other drinks too, not just kombucha. The backyard/patio seemed like a nice place to hang out in general but it looks like they host different events and live music etc pretty frequently too. They have heaters but overall seemed like you may want to bundle up if it is meant to be a chilly day or night as it's all a very open area. Parking is a bit tricky so if you're driving be prepared to possibly walk a bit from street parking in the area. Highly recommend checking it out and will def be back! :) read more

I have tasted their kombucha at festivals and markets. I follow them on Instagram and their place looks so cute. I finally had an opportunity to go by on Sunday and we got there right when they open. It is just as cute in person. They have indoor and outdoor seating, it is very garden like in the outdoor area with picnic tables and patio type furniture with lots of sunshades and overhanging trees. They also have a little stage where they can put onshows. The Wi-Fi works to the farthest reaching tables, which is nice. My daughter and I each ordered a drink. I got the vanilla tangerine hibiscus kombucha, and she got the cloudy 9 THC drink. They serve them in glass mason jars or to go cups. They do not sell their beverages to go and take home to enjoy later in anything smaller than a growler. I was hopeful to take home a couple of bottles, but that is not possible. The indoors is open to the outside, but they do have some very large fans. It is a very eclectic and relaxed vibe. They have many choices between mead, hard cider, kombucha,kava, CBD drinks, THC drinks, and more. You can do flights, which is also nice. They also let you do small tastings if you can't decide between two flavors. They do rotate the menu, I think seasonally. I will be back. read more

I always love trying a new kombucha place; there aren't too many around so I was excited when I heard about them at a market a couple months ago. The ambiance here is so cute, the courtyard area is a perfect place to lounge on a sunny weekend day. Love that they grow some of their own produce! The staff has always been so friendly and patient when I'm indecisive. The flights are a great option to help with that! As an individual who has avoided kombucha for years due to the commercialized nasty vinegar tasting kombucha (not pointing finders, but talking about you Synergy) Beech has forever changed my mind on kombucha. Nestled off a side street in a warehouse/farmhouse style building, Beech Kombucha is an open and inviting oasis. It's peaceful, friendly, and the vibes draw you in. I am a huge fan of plants, outdoor spaces, and rustic decor and Beech hit all of these for me. Absolutely gorgeous space that allows for indoor or outdoor seating, and plenty of it. The owner grows his own herbs that go in the kombucha, which is just incredible. As for the kombucha itself, there were plenty of options for literally anyone. They also have some hard kombuchas, which I skipped out on this time, but would like to try in the future. I asked the cashier/server what he would recommend and he recommended a rotating kombucha, which I unfortunately cannot remember the name, but it was magical. Again, as someone who has a bad taste experience with kombucha, this was a complete 180 for me and I have been CRAVING Beech Kombucha since being there. Going back ASAP! read more

First of all, I don't like kombucha. Ever. I tried a little taste of Beech Kombucha at an event and it was amazing! Delicious! I had to bring my husband to their location. We've been twice now and had the flight of four each time. So we've tried sixteen different flavors. Every one has been different, flavorful and delicious. Their location is comfortable, the vibe is laid back and the atmosphere is perfect. The staff are friendly and helpful. The first time we came, we let them pick all eight flavors for us. A hidden gem indeed! The store front recently opened and while it's a work in progress, it is also inviting and speaks to the "true roots" of the product itself. We are big kombucha drinkers and are always looking for draft kombucha wherever we go. Well, we found it! They have about ten flavors on draft, from fruity to ginger and cayenne "kicky" and all in between. This booch is not vinegary, and has sometimes subtle and sometimes not so subtle notes of flavor, all delicious in their own right. Great kombucha, awesome staff, dog friendly...what more could you ask for? The storefront opened not long ago, and it's a really cool hidden gem. They also have plans for yoga and wellness classes, a stage, and an outdoor bar and kitchen, and they're working on a garden that they hope will eventually provide at least 50% of the ingredients for their drinks in the future. And at $10 for a 4 flavor flight, I can't recommend this place enough. Will be back for sure! read more
