Local brewed beer offering a good time for adults and even the kiddos which doesn't come around often. Located in Pinellas, Pee Pa's Garage has a little bit of everything-- local brewed beer, axe throwing, darts, video games, and an outdoor area for the little ones to run off some energy. There's even a permanent food truck slanging some very good bar food. We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and were greeted with a small business pop up event to create your own cowboy hat. Cool hipster vibes upon arrival, huge parking lot and over flow lot. Outdoor space was nice, fake turf with seating. Walked into a huge open bar area and picnic tables that were all filled with people as Thursday night was trivia night. Since it was trivia night all the TVs had on the questions for trivia and they wouldn't change them. In my opinion they close a little early they close at 9pm and stop serving food at 8:30, they do a last call and start whining down. Also food was located outside at a food truck once ordered you have to go pick it up yourself. Food was good, drinks were tasteful and bartenders were friendly. We came to PeePa's for trivia night, and it was busy!! The space is very on theme, like being in your grandpa's shop. As it was my first time, I decided to try a flight. All of the beers were solid, but I honestly don't remember any of them blowing my mind. You can order food at the counter and pick up at the food truck outside. I stopped by to check out the holiday market to see if it might be a marlet my friend and I may want to sell our crafts at. The market is the third Sunday of the month. There were plenty of vendors, and a popular lobster food truck outside. Inside, there is a long bar with plenty of taps. There's also lots of seating and a place for live music. I didn't intend on staying but the solo performer sounded good so I grabbed a bear and free cookie and sat down for a while. While I was leaving I ran into a friend from work. He and his group (couples) come here regularly and told me the lobster truck is amazing. There are also plenty of tvs to watch sports. There is also a BBQ trailer that is a regular food vendor. Also, if you want to get a bit dangerous, you can try your hand at ax throwing in the garage. All in all, this looks like a fun place for people of all ages. I would absolutely go back. read more

We decided to go to the SIP, SHOP, & CHILL on SUNDAY 4/6/25 at Pee Pa's Garage Craft Brewery in Pinellas Park! We shopped the one-of-a-kind goodies offered by locals. It was fun. We stopped in the brewery and were immediately greeted by bartender, Tamara. She was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We chose to taste the two IPAs. We decided on their Jack Wagnor West Coast style IPA with light tropical flavor (6.8 abv, 204 cal). It was nice, cold, fresh and delicious. Before long, the brewhouse was full of families ordering food prepared on-site by The Wood Shed. Pee Pa's has something for everyone. The kids were having fun, there are games to play, ax throwing (in rear building). There is a huge selection of shirts, hats, etc. There is an area too that you can enjoy your brews under the open sky. Check out this brewery. It was originally the North St. Pete Collision shop for 30 years. The size and uniqueness of this brewery is fun (old cars, stoplights, gas pump). The brewing tanks are there to see. Wow, what an amazing place so this used to be a garage and the family own business turned it into this amazing little establishment. Well it's not little. It's huge so very cool ambience they make all their own beer here. Great little food truck outside reasonable price is probably the best hamburger Hand made flavored and the beer cheese is to die for the service was amazing. I gotta tell you that it was clean it was friendly. They have three different rooms where you could take pictures of group events they do hatchet throwing they have a hand in the back. They have corn holes. I mean, darts everything you want in this cool establishment we gotta check it out. This was actually a solid surprise for a small local brewery! Stopped in here on a Thursday night when they have trivia which was a very good time. They have a food truck right outside and you order at the bar which is pretty convenient. They've got a fairly decent variety of beers as well, and the bartenders are very friendly. Typically this is one our favorite places. This last time we went in sat at an empty bar, the rest of the place was busy. The 3 bar staff were working on either end for walk ups. we waited for about 20 minutes when someone else walked in and sat at the bar and got immediate service. Coming back from a Bradenton Bluesfest, wanted a bite to eat and good beer...we found it!!! The beer selection although not too crazy had just what my wife and I were looking for, a nice smooth porter "Problem Solver Porter" and an IPA with a nice flavor "Farmall IPA". The bartender, (sorry forgot your name) was EXTREMELY nice and helpful. For a Saturday night, it wasn't too crowded at all. They had a musician duo playing which was nice. Hungry so we checked out the food truck, Ubuntu. VERY GOOD. The proprietor was EXTREMELY nice as well, as was the pulled pork sandwich. The vibe wasn't too bad either. They had a HUGE outdoor area with games and not too crowded either. The cool part was as you go to the outside you went through the "garage" area and got a chance to see some old fashioned trucks...thus the name. Thus the beer and thus the food...EXCELLENT (so much so that we took a couple 16oz cans of the same to go). A bit out of the way from the main US19 but worth it!!! read more

They have just been open 2 months so you can see where they still are growing. They had I think 8 of their own beers and then a ton of guest taps. Sadly, none of their beers were something I would personally drink but I did try and little taste of their brown that tasted like PB&J and it was definitely jelly forward. I ordered something from the guest taps. The inside is actually really cool and done really well. The beertender explained some of their future plans which also some really cool. Not that this is the breweries fault but we did call it quits and grabbed our tab when a family with young children decided to let them literally run around the entire place and they were screaming very loudly. It was to loud enough to disturb us being able to talk and hear each other. I am all for breweries being family friendly but I still think that parents need to be respectful of others. Do you allow your children to scream and run around a restaurant? So why would you at a brewery? That is more behavior for places like Chuck E Cheese. We will be back to see how they grow and maybe they will add a cider or sour to their personal tap list. read more

Visited Pee Pa's for Thursday night trivia! This was the most poppin' trivia I've seen in awhile. Every table was full and the energy was really fun - lots of cheering and excitement surrounding right and wrong answers. This is a craft brewery - it seems they do not have a kitchen. However, they have food trucks rotating constantly. As someone who doesn't drink alcohol and also can't consume dairy, I was pretty out of luck last night since the food truck was Violet Stone Pizza. My boyfriend and his friends ordered two pizzas and loved them, along with a couple beers from Pee Pa's. The place itself is really cool. There are garage doors that connect the outdoor seating to the full indoor space, and car parts hanging from the ceiling. I think I helped answer one question correctly and that's it. The questions did tailor towards an older crowd with a lot of them referring to people, music, movies, and current events from long before I was born in '96. However like most, we were there for the experience and ultimately had a great time! read more

Food: They have snacks like chips and popcorn on this day, we didn't see any food, although there was a grill outside. The Atmosphere: it certainly garage themed as the name states. If you like cars or everything inside of the engine this is your spot. They have old school hoods and grills decorating the walls as well as a old racing vehicle perched above. They have many TV's to watch games etc. We happened to watch the Miami vs Bills wildcard games. It was Sunday around 3:00pm and only 6 people where inside. I'll have to come back for Thursday trivia and see what that's all about. Okay as the afternoon proceeded more people showed up and it was pretty full by 4pm. Service: The beer tender was pleasant and speedy, only one server but again it was not busy enough for another server and the service was fast. Beer: They had 24 choices but only one IPA which is my beer of choice. Price: I was truly amazed 4 IPAS 1 small smart food and a large bag of cheesy popcorn for $37.15. I think this is a fair price. This side of town doesn't have many breweries and surely not one of this size. Closest one is Big storm which has turned mainstream and attracts too large a crowd at time. They have a really great variety of drinks. Beer, ciders, seltzers, wine, and wine slushies! A very big taproom with very cool rustic, garage theme decorations. Nice addition to the Pinellas Park area! Although I'm personally not a big fan of old cars/garages, the concept is cool and the brewery decor is true to theme. They have a solid lineup of core beers that I think will probably expand once they are able to make more beer/grow. I enjoyed their IPA and sampling a couple of speciality beers (like the peanut butter & jelly ale). The service is great and similar price point as other local breweries. Pretty okay brewery! The vibes were great! Only reason for 3 stars and both the beer tenders were not knowledgeable about the beer. They had two IPAs on tap and they weren't able to tell me what hops were in them. I ended up getting a guest IPA after tasting both of there's. I do believe knowing hops in an IPA is pretty basic to a craft brewery. The pale ale was very sweet, which is often a sign of oxidation in the brewing process. I'm not sure if that was just a bad batch or something, but an experienced brewer should be able to taste that and know that it's not good enough quality to put on tap. I think they could grow a lot in being more experienced and knowledgeable about their beers! I do plan to return and will update my review accordingly in the future.
