Their French Fries were great. Restaurant is nice inside with indoor and in season, outdoor seating. They have lots of areas for groups including an upstairs section. Chris was a delight to talk to, had lots of recommendations locally, was very funny, and the food was delicious. It was such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and Chris really was a character. Being local, he had so many stories of the area, of the house itself, the process of updating it, and incredibly funny stories of some of the events they've had. It is an opulent space, and the presentations are top-notch with noteworthy speakers to introduce the films and high-quality musical accompaniment. The concession stand has delicious popcorn and regional drink options including Moxie. The fact that a theatre of this history and quality exists outside of a big city, and even moreso, the fact that it still regularly runs film is astounding and special.
