I paid them on the second. I get an email on the 5th that I'm late and I need to pay.so I called on the 5th after receiving the email and I talked to this lady that wasn't informative or nice, I told her my problem and that i already paid on the 2nd, she just said oh your good, bye! that was rude of her, I was still talking to her and she just hung up on me. Then on the 8th, I get another email saying I was delinquent and that I need to pay. remind you the lady told me I was good. so now its the 12th. I tried to go up there twice a day for the past 3 days and NOONE IS THERE! why have hours posted if no one is goin to be there when their supposed to be open? I will never use this public storage again. I didn't have this much problems the first time I used them, but new people are working there now and it sucks.. don't try to call either, they wont pick up. Tawnya is rude!
