Ashley called me and left a message on my voicemail about the review, but did not elaborate on the call. So I called Ashley back on 5/12/2026, and she thanked me for the review and notifying their office about the broken doors. She went on to say that a man rammed the doors and broke them and that he would be charged. I thought the call was going rather well, but things changed. She got very defensive when I was trying to explain to her that the security of the stairwell doors had been compromised in the past when someone put something to prop the doors open to the second floor she kept cutting me off and then finally she just hung up on me. So I called her back and she refused to answer the call by just hanging up on me. She must've been having a bad day because managers or people who are reading reviews should be listening to what the customer has to say about security issues with their buildings. There was an online special for a small room for $25 a month. They also charge a $25 administrative fee when you sign up. After 4 months they are already raising my rent $10 a month due to "market adjustment". When I look online they are still offering the same move in special for $26, yet it's going up $10 for existing renters. Their business model is the hope that you'll never move your stuff and just deal with the price increase. It's a suitable place if you're only going to be there 2-3 months, but after month 4 you'll likely get a rent hike. Also the the operator will badger you for a review while you're there, but make sure to wait until you've been there a while before you do review. Most of the reviews on here were done when they started the process, and it doesn't get bad until later. Look at the "excluded reviews" for the company and they're basically all the same.

Jared came for the initial assessment and estimate of what I needed to move. We walked through…read moreevery room in my house and Jared made notes. At the end of the walk through, Jared reviewed what it would take to move all of my belongings and reassured me that all items to be moved would easily fit into their standard moving van. He also said he, Jared, would arrive on the day of the move with a crew of very capable and experienced guys. However, in the day of the move Jared never showed and left me with crew with very little experience. From the very start leader expressed to me that he had doubts that everything would fit in the truck and subsequently the storage unit I had, the size of which I chose based on Jared's reassurances. From the very beginning, the crew repeatedly packed and repacked the truck to make it all fit and by the time it was fully loaded and ready to go to the storage unit they had been working for 5+ hours which was already more than the 4.5 hours I was told would be the time for the entire move, loading and unloading. When we reached the storage unit, the process was repeated. The crew began unloading but each person had a different opinion of how to get everything in the storage units. By the time everything was out of the truck and stored away, it was past 9 pm. Eleven plus hours from start to finish. At that point, the lead crew member spoke with Jared, he blamed everything on me as if my input caused them to turn into absolute morons who couldn't move their way out of a paper bag. I was present for the entire move but the only suggestions or requests I made were only made when the crew leader came to me and asked what he should do. I did ask, since I had rented 2 storage units that they try to put the furniture in the indoor unit. But when I saw the confusion that ensued, I simply told them to pack as they saw fit and that I did not want to get in their way.I I would not recommend Robinson Relocations to anybody. I think Jared is a crook!Please beware!!!

They were nice and upfront with costs when I reached out for an estimate and were ready to answer my questions. On the day of, these guys all showed up ready to work, were very friendly, and had great attitudes. They didn't waste time and were quick without sacrificing care for my stuff. Recommend them 100% and will be keeping them in mind if and when I look to move again. Just a quick update: I used these guys again for a long distance move from Cincinnati to Georgia and they were once again a great company to work with.
