This is my second time renting from them, and it will be the last. All my belongings are safe but…read morethe people that work there are awful and rude. I always try stop in and try to talk to them about my issues I'm having with billing and no one is ever there. it doesn't matter what time of the day it is, no one is there ever! I paid them on the second. I get an email on the 5th that I'm late and I need to pay.so I called on the 5th after receiving the email and I talked to this lady that wasn't informative or nice, I told her my problem and that i already paid on the 2nd, she just said oh your good, bye! that was rude of her, I was still talking to her and she just hung up on me. Then on the 8th, I get another email saying I was delinquent and that I need to pay. remind you the lady told me I was good. so now its the 12th. I tried to go up there twice a day for the past 3 days and NOONE IS THERE! why have hours posted if no one is goin to be there when their supposed to be open? I will never use this public storage again. I didn't have this much problems the first time I used them, but new people are working there now and it sucks.. don't try to call either, they wont pick up. Tawnya is rude!

I notified EASTGATE Public Storage about the front broken door and I gave a less satisfactory…read morereview on that the Front doors were broken and how unsecured the building was. Ashley called me and left a message on my voicemail about the review, but did not elaborate on the call. So I called Ashley back on 5/12/2026, and she thanked me for the review and notifying their office about the broken doors. She went on to say that a man rammed the doors and broke them and that he would be charged. I thought the call was going rather well, but things changed. She got very defensive when I was trying to explain to her that the security of the stairwell doors had been compromised in the past when someone put something to prop the doors open to the second floor she kept cutting me off and then finally she just hung up on me. So I called her back and she refused to answer the call by just hanging up on me. She must've been having a bad day because managers or people who are reading reviews should be listening to what the customer has to say about security issues with their buildings. I took a picture of the front doors to show that it was brand new.
