I have been going to Georgetown medical about 8 years. The doctors are great but reception area is…read morehorrible. The staff (some not all) are ignorant. When I call they are always in a hurry and do not listen to me situation clearly. There is one person in particular I wish they would get rid. (Not sure if I can mention names). Just letting people know beware of their horrible staff.

There is a girl working in the office behind the glass sliding doors named Billie who has a…read moreterrible tone of voice. The way she speaks is flippant and condescending. If you question what she's saying she gets all in a tizzy, an angry tizzy. Her voice become faster and louder. She doesn't make eye contact when she is speaking that way. And if you really make her mad, she runs back to Dr. Helou who then tells her to tell the patient they can't be seen today or ever. You are kicked out of the office. When trying to ask questions after that statement she yells "I don't care" followed by flipping the bird at me, that's right, she stuck her middle finger up at me. This behavior is abhorrent and "Billie" should be fired free today.But Dr. Helou, obviously, enables her. 000 Stars.
