If you had another Star on your page, I would've have put it on making it six stars, it was that good. I picked up two Philly roast beef sandwiches with grilled peppers and onion's and mozzarella cheese on a toasted bun along with a couple cokes and one order of onion rings . I dropped off one of the Sandwich along with the onion rings and the pop. To a friend of mine who told me how good this place was, when I took my first bite of the Philly sandwich you had me at hook line and sinker. The Roast Beef.was so tender, juicy, and the bottom line just really enjoyable!. The bun was toasted, everything was hot., I grabbed a couple of the onion rings out of the bag and they were "wow". Bottom line if you have a chance to go to this little restaurant for a carryout or sit down the wait staff there just could not be have been more friendlier if they've known me for 1000 years. They were that nice everyone there was just so polite. So Beef Daddy, I want to thank you for making a great sandwich even greater. There are times when I wish Yelp would allow me to give more than 5*...this is one of them. Had dinner at Beef Daddy's for the first time tonight and am I glad I did. This place is a welcome break from the chain restaurant wasteland that is Hall Rd. The only reason I can imagine anyone would get an Italian beef from the place a mile west is because they simply don't know about Beef Daddy's Trust me, if you're reading this review and wondering where on Hall Rd to get a meal, go ahead and click on the "get directions' button on their profile page...you won't regret is. Beef Daddy's is tucked away in a strip plaza, behind a tire shop...it's worth your time to seek them out. This is a small, family run joint that obviously cares a great deal about their food. That's the kind of business I love to support. Now on to the food. I ordered the Beef Daddy sandwich and this was the best Chicago style beef sandwich I've ever had. The beef was thinly sliced and tender, melt in your mount tender. While the beef was great, the gravy was the real show stopper. It was the best tasting gravy I've ever experienced. I couldn't get enough of it. So much so, I was dragging my fries through it so I could enjoy every last drop. My wife got a cheeseburger and immediately declared that going forward this would be her go to when stuck with future burger cravings. She got a side of their house made BBQ sauce which was also fantastic. The fries were nice too! Hand cut and freshly cooked. What I also liked a lot was the fact that the owners were on hand and checked in with us several times to see how we were liking the food. This tells me that they genuinely care about the product they are delivering. Finally, this place is immaculately clean and has nice dine in area. My only complaint is that they don't sell the gravy by the gallon so I can have it on hand at home at all times. Stumbled onto this amazing sandwich spot when we had to pick up a rental car at Avis. Service and food were excellent and I think the prices were very reasonable. We will start with the Beef Baby, tender slices of beef with gravy on a toasted bun. Very delicious. Second the Cuban, which is probably the best Cuban I've had in Michigan. Layering of the ingredients was perfect and exactly what a Cuban is supposed to be. I will definitely be going back soon, I'm excited to try their french dip. read more

They changed things around since I was last inside and it looks very nice. Absolutely, positively the best Italian beef sandwich I've had in the state of Michigan. The tots were a great complimentary item as well. The beef was so juicy and tender, and the mozzarella (while excessive) did not take anything away from the beef itself while giving another dimension of texture and flavor. I suggest cutting your sandwich in quarters and eating it that way otherwise you will need a fork and knife. It's easy to miss this place as it's nestled in a plaza that is hard to see from the main road. Can't wait to come back and try their other sandwiches read more

Very delicious and very nice service. I had the Cuban and it was very good. Also had the tots and who doesn't love when they are and option?! My friend had the original and loved it too I love an independent, family owned restaurant. You can taste and feel how much love is put into everything. Everything, from the food to the service, is excellent. Owner and Staff treat you like a neighbor every time you walk in the door. The Cousin Carl is our go to for on the go mornings, but again everything is fantastic. I had the pleasure of being a customer at the old location on Mound, years ago, and was pleasantly surprised when they built the stand alone store in Macomb. This place rocks! Burger is plain Jane, got chili cheese fries Yum, but not this one very soggy fries, chili gravy below average although they did use real meat. Not worth 28 minute drive round-trip.. deli sandwiches are deli sandwiches. You really can't mess them up but I would probably stay away from the burger and the chili cheese fries.
