Great beef jerky spot! The guy working there was so awesome and he let us try sooo many samples. He did a really excellent job suggesting different flavors and we ended up buying so many more packs than we expected because of it. We got the prime rib, the mango habanero, the pineapple Serrano, and the original. They're all so tasty - definitely give those a sample to see if you want them. If you're bold, try the one with the Carolina Reaper. Whooooo boy did that heat last in my mouth for a LONG time! And it creeps up on you; it doesn't even feel that hot when you first bite it. If you're into beef jerky like I am this place is for you. We bought three packs of beef jerky here the best we have seen so far. The cherry maple smoked beef jerky was incredible. I personally have never tried anything quite like it or second favorite the honey barbecue smoothie was also pretty amazing. I like the store itself because they celebrateMilitary and had many patches on the wall. The young staff very helpful and willing to give out as many samples as you are willing to try. They also had some other cool items that we saw like ghost pepper sauce. Hope to make it back up to keep me in the future and will probably swing by for some unusual and interesting future flavors like Carne Asada and chipotle tequila beef jerky. read more

My two sisters & I went to Cape May, N.J. A wk ago, renting a house there. We went shopping( best shopping & so much fun) & came upon this delightful shop "BEEF JERKY EXPERIENCE!" I bought over $158.00 worth of their amazing products for my husband & youngest son Jeremy, my "daughter"( in-law) Jenn & grandson Carter. I will tell you outright that it is indeed "expensive" but worth every single penny, I assure you! I am mailing Jer, Jenn & Carter's to them in Florida ( I live in MA.) but my husband gobbled up two bags of their scrumptious "Prime Rib Jerky," Cherry & TERIYAKI JERKY IN NO TIME AT ALL! I tried it and absolutely loved the flavors & impossible to pick our favorite! We loved them all & I just know Jer & his family will feel the same. I bought the biggest sizes they have & they had a "special" if you buy two or three large bags! They have so many flavors to pick from that it was hard to choose! They also have many "exotic jerky's" that I know my husband would love( not our son & his family though lol!) but I stuck to jerky that I was sure were amazing! After trying these jerky's I am rest assured that all their jerky's have to be absolutely delicious! They also carry low salt( so many cannot have salt due to health issues( we have it in our family) so will grab some of that when I order on line or call their store! They even carry jerky made especially for "our furry children"( doggies)! The shop was neat & very clean! I didn't have anyone approach me to help me at first but a young man came up, who was busy with a customer, ( two behind counter chatting) asking if I needed help. I wish I got his name for he was phenomenal, explaining everything to me & helping me carry my armload of packages. Everything is displayed so you can easily see it, read labels & have access to it! I saw a few people leave when they saw the prices, which admittedly we almost did too. I am so happy we didn't because I would rather have a bag of their product, than ten bags of a cheaper jerky, that just doesn't have the flavor or great texture that this jerky does. As I stated earlier, their jerky is well worth every single penny. I plan on ordering more, the moment I finish this review because it is absolutely delicious! I have been in the Beef Jerky store in Cape May several times. I have often been helped by a young man named Josh. Josh has been able to answer any questions I have had about any of the products has given me samples and is just so patient and kind. Josh is a wonderful asset to the store. There were sooo many flavors. I had the original beef jerky flavor, and I really enjoyed it. It was perfectly seasoned.

I was in CM for a few weeks earlier this year and just happened to walk in, was glad I did. The jerky is so good and sometimes when you buy it elsewhere, not so much. I don't do hot so I like the cherry maple, original smoked beef and garlic snack sticks. My daughter's fiancée likes heat and loved the buffalo chicken. That will be a birthday gift. Ordered more garlic sticks and got them so quickly in the mail too. read more

Never been a huge beef jerky person but this experience changed my mind. From the second we walked in, we were welcomed with enthusiasm that made it almost impossible to refuse a sample. As a lover of beef jerky and all things smoked, I went in expecting to love the beef jerky outlet. I was not surprised when it was my favorite store on the whole strip. With a wide variety of flavors, meats, spice levels, almost anyone should be satisfied at this establishment. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they offer free samples of all flavors in a Covid friendly manor and are very patient as you browse the wide selection.
