Peanut and peanut butter enthusiasts rejoice! The smell alone made me happy. I picked up a crunchy PB and peanut clusters. Also, grabbed a vanilla - hazelnut coffee to brew at home.

Amazing variety of very fresh all things PB. Customer Service is amazing. The staff are so helpful and allow you to try samples to help you choice your favorite flavors. Store is immaculate and kept cold and displays are beautiful. Excellent butterscotch PB and so many fun options.

"Peanuts, Peanuts, yes you're my girl Love you and I'll never let you go" (The Four Seasons) While visiting the Nauti Spirits Distillery in Cape May, we spent some time browsing in their excellent gift shop. Among the T-shirts, sweatshirts, beef jerky, hot sauces, and hats were a nice display of gourmet "Small Batch" peanut butters made by the Cape May Peanut Butter Company. I couldn't resist picking up jar of their Orange Creamsicle Peanut Butter (I mean, who in their right mind can resist that?), and I tried some this morning. The peanut butter was "natural" style -meaning it was separated in the jar, so you have to stir it up real good to incorporate the peanut oils into the peanut butter. It had a grainy texture, almost like a finely ground "crunchy" feel to the taste. It had a very definite, but subtle, orange flavor to it. So that brings me to what I had for breakfast today - corn tortillas with Orange Creamsicle Peanut Butter with sliced strawberries. Turned out to be an excellent collaboration. Cape Cod Peanut butter also crafts Chocolate, Honey Roast, Strawberry, Butterscotch, and Cappuccino peanut butters, alternative nut/seed butters like Almond, Cashew and Sunflower, and limited edition small-batch peanut butter flavors, like the Orange Creamsicle version I had today. They even have PB Non-Pareil candies and homemade PB dog treats. Seems like a very cool company with a nice website for on-line ordering.

It's a store devoted to Peanut Butter, could there BE anything better than this? I think not! Service was fantastic, selection was great & even better, you can ask to sample pretty much anything. Prices were very reasonable, a lovely unexpected sweet treat store!

Underwhelmed by their peanut butter cookie. It was hard. I expected a softer fresher tasting cookie. Bought some natural peanut butter. Looking forward to having that.

A quaint, conveniently located gem in the heart of downtown Cape May. We walked in and were greeted immediately and were offered samples of their newest peanut butters, as well as their classics. Some of their new ones included blueberry donuts and a strawberry one. Basically, tastes like PB & J without actually having any jelly. Neat concept! Our favorite classics were the roasted peanut and the butterscotch. They run a little on the sweet side so I typically eat these as a dessert. We got two large jars to take home and already wishing I got more.

Their hours may need to be updated because we just went on a Tuesday and they were definitely open. I read a lot of reviews of Cape May telling me to go here. I like peanut butter, but I really love peanut butter cookies. You can sample their products, but we just chose to buy a small jar of the original and take our chances. I did get a peanut butter cookie to share though. It was a very sizable cookie for $3. It's also the best peanut butter cookie (or maybe any cookie) that I've ever had in my life. My favorite part, which might not appeal to everyone, was that it didn't taste overly sweet. As for the texture, it was absolute perfection. The outside had the perfect amount of crisp, and the inside was soft without being doughy. Everyone was very sweet and they had an adorable outside seating area with a cutout for pictures.

This is such a random store to love but we do. We had walked by it a couple days in a row and finally decided to go in. Worth it! We tried so many delicious things and walked away with about $100 dollars worth of PB goodies and peanut butter. Listen, I know the giant peanut butter cups might be intimidating.. get one! That peanut butter is so real and delicious, I don't think I can't eat any other kind ever again. They were so knowledgeable and friendly, plus the place is just so darn cute! P.s. they very graciously give a military discount! Always a plus.

I stopped in this Cape May Peanut Butter Company location with some friends. I'm glad we did as we picked up a ton of cool items. We were able to make up our list beforehand by using their handy website. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was metered on the street (standard for the area). I'll be back

Yes it's true, I'm a big fan of peanut butter - chunky specifically, but at the end of the day I don't discriminate. While I love everything PB, I don't eat it often due to the calories and fat content - I know it's better than other foods high in those departments but I haven't incorporated it into my regular diet. That being said, I wasn't going to pass up a stop at the Cape May Peanut Butter Company - especially in light of the fact that it came highly recommended by a friend. I was making rounds in the area during my second day in CM and thought it was the perfect opportunity to check this place out. CMPBC sits on Carpenters Ln which is home to several businesses and runs parallel to Washington St (and moreover, the mall). The exterior is really cute - very welcoming with yellows and browns (such peanut) and peanut decor. The inside is small, but they really maximize the space. As you may have guessed, the major product they sell is peanut butter - and they do it in a variety of flavors and package sizes. The front wall as soon as you enter houses the goods - there were some interesting flavors like butterscotch, strawberry, and sunflower - and some tried and true classics like honey roasted and (of course) plain. The rest of the store houses other items with peanuts/PB in them, or items meant complement PB such as cookies, soups, candy, and yes, actual peanuts. I think I even saw dog treats - really something for everyone. They offer samples of all their flavors in case you're interested in a taste prior to purchase; the honey roasted intrigued me so I went with that. It was really good - the honey gave it a little extra something and that was enough for me to pick up a jar. Service was good - I was greeted warmly by the woman working there and was also taken care of her upon checkout. Overall, this was a fun little shop and worth a stop in. If you're a fan of PB you'll be in your happy place.

Specialty homemade peanut butter in many flavors. They have dog treats too. I buy the peanut butter all the time. It's really great. They also have a shop at the west end garage.

This gave me peanut butter Willy Wonka vibes. Cool store, very clean and well laid out. Cool seating area outside, I was able to relax with a peanut butter hot chocolate and a peanut butter mousse cannoli. The staff was friendly and service was prompt. Also enjoyed a cookie with a peanut butter cup on top. Perhaps the highlight is the dark chocolate butterscotch peanut butter cup that I brought home. I enjoyed it over the course of four nights, what a perfect decadent chocolate dessert!

There are so many kinds of peanut butter goodies including giant peanut butter cups. They also have reverse peanut butter cup: chocolate filling covered with peanut butter.

Seems like as most shore locations go, they have added a lot of other options to purchase other than peanut butter.

We purchased a few packs of sticky finger scones. they were easy to bake and good. We were there during the pandemic and noticed that they sanitized the pens for credit card signing. After using the sanitized pens, you put them in the used pile. They also had a giant bottle of hand sanitizer in the front of the store. What they could do better though, is to limit the number of people going into the store. There isn't a lot of space to spread out in the store. When we went in June, we were the only ones inside but then we went back in August, and it was too crowded for my comfort.

The delicious smell of coffee wafting out the front door makes it easy to drift in and take a gander. Inside there are tons of gourmet food items and various kitchen gadgets, tea towels, and such. I have a well stocked kitchen so I didn't add anything to my collection but I did check out some local products like Cape May Honey and a Beach Plum Vinaigrette or salad dressing. In hindsight I wish had asked about the Beach Plum dressing because I think it might have been a fun add to my pantry. Love the Cook is home to Cape May Roasters so you can also buy coffee here. You can get a fresh cup or a bag of whole beans or ground coffee to go. For those who prefer tea they carry an assortment of Republic of Tea teas which are great quality. Nice quality stuff and worth a gander. I would definitely visit again and perhaps try the coffee next time.
