Elvis burger with sweet potato fries
    Roberta K.

Finally got to check this place out. Love the menu names and the decor. Some creative combos for burgers. We chose singles and it was plenty. The fry portion was large as well. The burgers were cooked perfectly. Love the little char on them. They had fantastic flavor. From the bun to the toppings, sauces and burger it self it was all fantastic. I mean fried Brie on a burger yum. It was super messy but worth it. The fries were cooked perfectly and delicious. I see why people think it's pricey but it's not your plain burger it's high quality ingredients prepared perfectly so to us it was worth it. Obviously not where we would go if we just wanted a cheap burger but for a splurge burger it is fantastic. Food also came out quickly and piping hot. Can't wait to try some more of the menu

Burgers were good! Ingredients tasted fresh worth the money. We ordered Elvis and Rose and customized them a little. Good service Fast. Clean

3.5 stars for some delicious burgers, but a tad overpriced for a fast-casual that doesn't have full wait service. My kids and I were getting some Jeremiah's close by and walked to see a sign in front of the building saying that they would open on 3/17/23. I've never even heard of this franchise, and was curious to see what it was all about. We get so excited when anything opens in Horizon West area, so we were happy to support and swung back for dinner. Everything is rock and roll themed. There's cool artwork on the walls and the burgers are named after music artists. I got the Rose (maybe Axl Rose from Guns N Roses?) and it is like a take on a big mac. My wife got the Waters (maybe Roger Waters from Pink Floyd?) which is like the mushroom burger from Shake Shack. I didn't see any signage or anything that said if the meat was organic or antibiotic free, but it tasted clean and seasoned well. You can opt to add additional patties to your burger if you want. I kind of wished there was a kids menu or a kids portion burger, cause a $12 plain burger seemed a little overpriced. The kids did split the foot long hot dog and an order of the fries which they liked. The fries were done very crispy, the way I like. You also have the option to switch the bun for lettuce for $2 up charge or switch the meat for a beyond patty for a $4 up charge. They also serve shakes and chicken tenders which we didn't try, but I'm curious what sauces they have. IOverall, good addition to "the Mark", which is growing steadily. I realize price of going out to eat is going up, and if burger and fries for $20 is not in your budget you may need to save for a special occasion. However, the food really is good and always exciting to see new restaurants in Horizon West.

PCG Artisanal Burgers is located at The Mark, which is in Winter Garden/Horizon West. The best thing about the location it is a five minute walk from home. My wife and I have never heard of them before, so we had to try them out. The inside is rather small, only about a dozen tables but there are also tables outside and you can always get it to go. The menu is straight forward burgers and a few hotdogs as well. After we had a chance to look over the menu, -my wife decided to order the Elvis Burger combo with burger cooked to medium(Toasted bun, PCG artisanal patty, cheddar, crispy bacon, and bacon aioli;with regular fries) She said she enjoyed this burger a lot. Burger was moist, bacon was nice and crispy, aioli was delicious. - I ordered the Mercury Burger combo with burger cooked to medium (Toasted bun, PCG artisanal patty, gorgonzola cheese, bacon jam, red onions, and baby arugula; with sweet potato fries) I don't get burgers often but I truly LOVED this burger. The combination of the Gorgonzola, bacon jam and red onions just add a great flavor. Sweet potato fries tasted delicious as well. They were crispy and well seasoned. Aside from what we ordered, here are a few other items: *Burgers: Jagger(Toasted Bun, PCG Artisanal Patty, Gorgonzola Cheese, Caramelized Onions, Lettuce and Tomato); Rose (Toasted Bun, PCG Artisanal Patty, American Cheese, Rose Sauce, Lettuce and Tomato); Old School Cheeseburger( Toasted Bun, PCG Artisanal Patty, American Cheese, Housemade Pickles, Red Onions, Ketchup and Mustard; Original Cheeseburger(Toasted Bun, PCG Artisanal Patty, American Cheese, Housemade Pickled Onions, Herb Mayo, Lettuce and Tomato); Waters( Toasted Bun, PCG Artisanal Patty, Hand Breaded Brie Cheese, Garlic Aioli, sautéed mushrooms) *Chicken: -Bowie(Toasted bun, chicken (dark meat), homemade pickled onions, herb mayo, lettuce and tomato)-Ozzy(Toasted bun, chicken (dark meat), homemade pickles, parm ranch and buffalo sauce)-Chicken Tenders 6 pcs(6 pieces with free sauce. additional sauces for an additional charge)-Chicken Tenders 12 pcs (12 pieces with 2 free sauces)*Hotdogs: -Hendrix(Toasted bun, footlong beef hot dog, caramelized onions and mustard)- Plain Hot Dog(Toasted bun, footlong beef hot dog)*Fries: Regular, Sweet Potato, and Truffle*Shakes: Nutela, Vanilla, adn Oreo* Sauces: Bacon Aioli, Garlic Aioli, BBQ, Honey Mustard, Parm Ranch, Buffalo, Herb Mayo, Gorgonzola, Rose We absolutely enjoyed our meals and we most definitely will be returning. Great burger, fresh ingredients, great service Aces!!

This little gem of a restaurant just opened in the Mark. It is located inside a little shopping center right by our neighborhood. We can walk here if we want, but its very hot so we drove. There are plenty of parking spots on the curb and then a few parking lots. I have never heard of them before and was really curious to try. The inside is rather small, only about a dozen tables but there are also tables outside and you can always get it to go. Their menu is primarily burgers, but they have a few hot dogs as well. These burgers are fancy pants, each one being super unique. I am so classic and just wanted a standard bacon cheeseburger. The cashier was so sweet and recommended I order the Elvis and get the bacon aioli on the side in case I didn't like it. It was really good, a really nice cheeseburger with super crispy fresh bacon. It was a nice thicker cut of bacon as well. The aioli was not bad, but I would not have wanted it smothered on the burger. She also asked me how I wanted it cooked. They cook all their burgers to order which was awesome and really unheard of for a quick service. My husband went for the Mercury, which had gorgonzola, bacon jam, red onions and arugula. I didn't try it because of the onions but it looked really yummy, and he really enjoyed it. He is not a burger person, but he really enjoyed this burger. We also ordered the combo meal which came with fries or sweet potato fries or truffle fries. I ordered the plain fries which were fine. They were nothing special, just standard thin cut fries. They were fresh and hot which was nice but needed salt. I should have tried the truffle fries. My husband ordered the sweet potato fries, and they were really good. Even though this is a quick service restaurant, they bring the food to you and also check on you. That was a really nice bonus. They also make shakes and have two types of beer. Besides that, it is just the soda machine. I would have preferred a few different drinks besides soda, like maybe iced tea or lemonade. All in all, though this is a really great local burger shop for us. The walls are hand painted and there is something to look at everywhere. We will definitely be back; their options are really great. They have a lot of extras such as deep-fried breaded brie, sauces, extra patties, and more. We will definitely be back here when we are craving out burger fix!

Fun concept, great food. I will give them the benefit of the doubt that they have only been open a week that they got part of the order wrong. But the burger and sweet potato fries we had were great overall. Fun environment.

Once I located this hidden gem tucked on the corner of a shopping strip, I went in with high hopes. The menu was definitely ambitious but nothing so far over the top that I wouldn't try it. The young man at the counter who greeted me was very happy to give recommendations and was definitely proud to work there. I decided on the Turkey Burglar minus the onions, an order of fresh cut fries and a bottle of water. While I waited, he and I chatted for a bit and it was easy to see he had a real interest in, if not cooking, good food experiences. I was actually kinda bummed when my order was finished because of the great conversation. I hopped in the car and the first thing I tried were the fries. I LOVE French fries. These were fresh cut, fluffy in the middle, fries! Not that dense potato texture you get when they're not properly double cooked. This was definitely a sign of good things to come. The turkey burger was juicy, well seasoned, and the combination of lettuce, Brie, bacon, Granny Smith apple slices and raspberry mayo was everything I needed in that moment. I didn't waste a bite. I look forward to my next visit when I'm up in the area, and I'm definitely bringing my friends and family.

No one else there, but the owner / chef was eager to serve us and helped everyone choose the burger that best suited their tastes. I ordered the gouda bacon cheeseburger with a side of onion rings. Everything is fresh made, so there was a bit of wait as he prepared meals for all six of us, but it was worth it! My burger came piled high with a freshly grilled beef patty topped with two slices of bacon, caramelized onions, tomato, lettuce, a couple of onion rings, horseradish sauce and melted gouda cheese on a brioche bun. I'm not always a fan of brioche buns for a burger as they tend to fall apart, but his held up well to all the overflowing toppings. The onion rings were super-crispy and I also got to try their fries which were a tad undercooked, but tasty overall. Make sure to ask for the "That One" sauce for dipping your sides in...kinda like the bloomin' onion sauce you'd get at Outback. Delish! We had a solid meal here, would definitely return if in the area again.

This reads less like a sincere tribute to Native American history and more like a marketing…read moredepartment's fantasy of what Native American history looks like. The opening paragraph is historically simplistic to the point of being misleading. Thousands of years of Indigenous history across two continents are compressed into a cartoon narrative about tribes "taking over" America and earning their place through bravery. Entire civilizations, languages, governments, trade networks, spiritual traditions, agricultural innovations, and cultural achievements are reduced to a generic story about warriors and conquest. The text repeatedly treats hundreds of distinct Indigenous nations as if they were a single culture with a shared identity and experience. The Apaches, Cherokees, Navajos, Cheyennes, and countless others are mentioned almost as decorative references before being blended into one vague idea of "the Indian." Modern scholarship, Indigenous historians, and Native communities themselves have spent decades pushing back against exactly this kind of flattening of Native identity. The deeper problem is that Native Americans appear to function here primarily as a branding tool. Indigenous peoples are introduced, their history is briefly summarized, and then the narrative immediately pivots to selling hamburgers. The text essentially argues that because Native Americans were brave, a burger restaurant can inherit that "warrior spirit" and use it as a brand identity. That connection is so weak that it borders on absurd. The repeated use of terms like "warrior spirit," "warrior cooks," and "bravery" relies on some of the oldest and most overused stereotypes applied to Native Americans. It presents Indigenous peoples primarily as warriors, hunters, and tribal figures rather than as diverse, living communities with rich and evolving cultures. While courage and resilience are certainly part of many Indigenous histories, reducing entire peoples to warrior symbolism is not respect--it is stereotype. What makes this especially concerning is that there appears to be no meaningful connection between the brand and Native communities. Is the business Native-owned? Does it partner with Native organizations? Does it support Indigenous causes? Were Native people consulted in developing the brand? Is there any authentic Indigenous influence on the menu, recipes, sourcing, or business mission? The text offers no indication of any such relationship. Instead, it appears to borrow Indigenous identity, imagery, and symbolism while giving little back to the people whose cultures it claims to celebrate. As a result, the branding can feel less like appreciation and more like appropriation. Native American history becomes a backdrop, an aesthetic, and a source of marketing language rather than something treated with care, accuracy, or depth. The story invokes Indigenous peoples not to educate customers about them, but to create an atmosphere of toughness, adventure, and authenticity around a burger. From a branding perspective, the concept is surprisingly self-defeating. The story spends so much time romanticizing a vague and stereotypical version of Native American history that it never establishes a convincing reason why any of this relates to hamburgers in the first place. The connection feels forced, contrived, and ultimately unbelievable. Rather than strengthening the brand, it raises questions about why Indigenous identity was chosen as the foundation of the business at all. If the goal was to honor Native Americans, the brand should begin with historical accuracy, specificity, genuine relationships, and respect for the diversity of Indigenous cultures. Instead, it presents a romanticized and commercialized version of Native history that exists primarily to make a hamburger sound more exciting. Ultimately, the most difficult question this brand story fails to answer is also the most important one: Why are Native Americans central to the identity of this restaurant? If the answer is simply that concepts like bravery, warriors, and tribal imagery make for compelling marketing, then the brand is not truly celebrating Indigenous cultures--it is using them. That distinction matters, and it is why many readers may find this narrative not only historically questionable, but deeply inappropriate as the foundation of a modern business.

The sandwich was fully loaded from one end to the other, with finely chopped steak that was juicy and well seasoned. The cheese was melted throughout instead of just sitting on top, so every bite had that same balanced flavor.
