First time I've ate at Beef o Brady's in years Food was very VERY good I had the crispy chicken sandwich tossed in sweet thai chili sauce with onion rings as a side and a coors light draft to drink the chicken sandwich was delicious and juicy, onion rings fried golden brown, and coors was cold as the Rockies. Our server was very polite and friendly with perfect timing. The restaurant had music playing at a nice volume so table conversation was easy. My only complaint not really a problem to me but could be for some people is the menus were a little dirty but could have easily been something someone forgot to do during the shift. read more

Service was Ok, sat at the Bar. Bartender kept saying "not a problem" when I would ask for something or say thank you, "not a problem", what does that mean? O'Brady Burger was very Average, not bad, but nothing special. Here is the kicker,,, THEY DON'T TAKE AMERICAN EXPRESS! I will not be ordering food from here again. Every time I do, something is missing from the order. Today, my husband and I wanted to treat ourselves to a nice dinner after the kids went to bed. It was not exactly cheap. My whole dinner was missing. Called and they could not care less. We could not enjoy our evening with just one of us getting food. Beef o Brady's in kingsport, TN..... Omfg. Took forever to get our food, food was inedible. When we asked for a manager regarding the matter... Waitress was sent back, bless her heart she was trembling and scared.. She informed us that they had no manager and she had bad news. When we told her to tell us what was said by the bartender whom evidently was in charge. She said we had to pay for our meals, and call the manager tomorrow about resolving the matter. Then she said she was told to tell us if we didn't pay they would call the police. I promptly pulled my phone out said no problem, thankfully I can put this on blast on social media. She left, the bartender arrived minutes after. Her first statement.... You don't have to put us on blast on social media, we comp'd the meal. No apology. Just focused on the fact I mentioned social media. Her attitude and tone was snide. No attempt at correcting the food was made, nor any attempt at any future patronage. However then the bartender attempted a B.S. story about she was busy and couldn't come over to handle it intially, and our server was new. Indeed she is turns out her 2nd day in fact. So many things wrong with how this was handled.... Bless that servers heart to be throw under the bus, shame on the management for handling this so poorly. Shame on corporate for piss poor training. You know if we ate half the meal, I could see an issue... But if you can't eat one single bite and spit that garbage out.... I will be calling corporate in the morning. If you are disabled, eat some where different. They are not accommodative to disability needs. If you make a request for accommodation they will treat you as if you are an " entitled Karen." There is also a lot of cigarette smoke, they allow smoking on the patio, and you can smell it in building. Its better to stay safe and eat at a more disability friendly restaurant where they understand and respect our need better. read more

This place has very good food. Rediscovered it after several years and after moving a bit closer. Good variety on the menu and lots of things I really really like. Five Cheese Griller was my first item and damn I was sold. Pork chops and veggie bowl with chicken are my current favorites. But, there are lots of others -- have a hard time choosing. And they have good beer and wine selection -- better than a couple national chains we have in Kingsport. Now a regular! read more

I ate dinner here recently and ordered what they called Nashville Hot chicken strips, they were like buffalo chicken and very good, hot but not too spicy, and I ordered them with bleu cheese dressing. The chicken alone I would rate five stars, overall the service was excellent and the overall rating I give it is four stars. I highly recommend this place for good food. read more

Unfortunately this is not the Beef O' Brady's we ate at. We ate at the new one in Abingdon, VA and it was AWFUL! The owner came out when we first got there and gave my little girl a miniature helmet and seemed so nice, he told us to let him know if something wasn't right and he would take care of it. Well we waited forever to even place our order then waited even longer for the food to hit the table. My parents couldn't even eat their potatoes because they were hard as a rock and was even rotten inside! They fixed my oldest daughters burger incorrect then charged her the incorrect price for it. My mother got the grilled zucchini and it came out looking burnt and shriveled up, my mother couldn't eat them. We got the bill and it was $110!!! Which wouldn't have been bad if the food would've been decent. So my mother spoke with the owner again and he actually said these words " that is not our fault, we can't see inside the potatoes before we serve them. We have realized that we need to use a convection oven to cook them in and we don't currently have one, but the next time you come in I owe you a potatoe." What a disgrace! Not even an apology! I have worked in restaurants most of my adult life and I would never treat ANY guest like that, especially a dissatisfied guest! We paid the bill, but you can better believe we WON'T be back! read more

Returned but no better. The wings this time were so over cooked the bones decentagrated when eating, sent them back only to have new ones return the same way. Note is does not take 12 mins to cook any chicken in a 350 fryer. I only got a 10 percent discount not on the whole bill just the wings even though my wife had eaten her meal without mine and the basket of fries I ordered with my wings was now cold and no offer to have new ones. The WORST place to eat in Kingsport! The service was super slow at 4:30, Monday October 5th 2015. The burger was less than seasoned and the fries were cold greasy and pale. After paying the $18.00 tab with a $100 bill, I waited 10 minutes for change that was $2.00 shy of the CORRECT change. Oversight? I doubt it considering she counted it several times at the hostess both near the table. Three $20, two $5 and the rest in singles she assumed we would throw a couple bucks down and never count the change. I've been a server, you can't afford change mistakes. So between the shady lady server and the cold and crappy fries coupled with the bland burger....... It's truly the worst place to eat in Kingsport. read more

Good selection of draught beer for this area including Stella Atrois & Guinnes , Sam Adams, & a local Gaelic Ale from Asheville. The usual American pilsner swill is here also. Additionally the food is typical bar menu items & is good. Beer is sold by pint or even pint & half. Service as good as any. Seemed less busy than it should have been for a Friday lunch.
