Pretty depressing location. The food is usually cooked well and if you're lucky and come later on you might get a good bartender, but unfortunately the service is typically terrible. Bartender will look right at you and then walk by no greeting, no "be right with you" even though you are the only one there. When they do finally come around 5-10 minutes later, they will take your drink order but no menu, if they somehow remember to ask if you want a menu they will never come back to see if you want to order. You will have to wait for them to finally come around to refill your drink and then you will need to tell them you are ready to order (the place is, again, empty). This will be done with the attitude that they are doing you a favor, and then they will go back to the end of the bar and talk with their family that is there to keep them company while they ignore their job. When you do get a good bartender, usually after 7, they are pretty quick and courteous, but 90% of the time you get the slug who mean mugs you. Gave them a chance because I like the food but not worth dealing with the horrible service, plenty of other options around here. read more

If you have LOTS of time on your hands to wait for your order, you're at the right place. Every single time my husband has ordered take out, it's been missing part of the order, so I don't understand what could possibly take so long. I wish he'd stop ordering from here because he threw away almost an entire 10 piece wings because the chicken was pink. So- just don't. Plus- when you call to let them know they left out part of your delivery order, they tell you just to contact the service and don't seem to care in any way to take responsibility. My family and I stopped by last night for some wings. We ordered the boneless wings. We all tried different sauces. The wings seemed to get cold fast though. On to the service! We had Anthony, I will tell you my advise, don't loose him he was great! He took care of us. He was always stopping by to see if we were good and made sure our glass's were full. never had someone so attentive! placed an online order at 5:40pm that was scheduled for pickup asap-6min, however after paying it said it would be ready at 6:20. After working 12hours the order was not ready until 6:50! Buffalo Wild Wings is one of our favorite places to go for chicken wings and a relaxed atmosphere. The food is consistent from visit to visit, and they have a really good variety of beers on tap. For the wings, they have about 30 choices of flavors ranging from naked wings to very mild to blow your mouth up heat. Their burgers are also good with lots of options for cheeses and toppings. The fries are cooked well and have good seasoning. I also like the carrots and celery and dressing (ranch out blue cheese) they serve with the chicken wings. read more

Great service. Driest traditional and boneless wings I've ever had at any wings establishment I've ever had. They are cooking up a few extras now, but little hope. And I'm not picky. I really would have given it zero stars but my wife called and informed Logan the manager that we waited 10-13 minutes and NO ONE greeted us. Logan gave us a gift card and I told my wife to tell him to mail it to us because we won't step foot back in there again. Waitress acted like she hated her life and we were a burden. Refused to make a change to an order because she already clicked the buttons on the tablet. Food was average and took over half an hour to get tacos. I understand why the restaurant was virtually empty when we came in. Service was slow, had to ask for refills and silverware. Ordered food and the wings came about 20 minutes after the rest of the food. The brisket sandwich tasted like fish, the wings were over cooked and the Buffalo sauce tasted terrible. Also no golden tee at this location. I'm not picky but I do want my wings to come out at least warm. My fiancé ordered the dirty dub brisket tots. The tots were hard as a brick and the brisket was way over cooked and was mostly just fatty pieces. I ordered the boneless wings and they were no better than some frozen wings you could get from Walmart. I ordered a side of fries that were almost $4 and they brought out a cold fries that were the size of a small fry for McDonalds. Their sweet tea was good though. The waiter was good though. You know it can't be good food when it was brought out in like five minutes after you order it in a sit down restaurant. read more

It is ok. Mediocre food. High beer prices with long wait times (they may be improving since business has slowed down) but the very best night was bike night. This particular location in Kingsport, Tennessee is hit or miss with the service and food. One visit the waitress/ waiter can be very personable and on top of things and the next no enthusiasm to please and go for long periods without even hearing from them. The food is never less than average but sometimes can be 5 star. You can never go wrong with the boneless Caribbean Jerk, Asian Zing, or Spicy Garlic wings. These are some of the best specialty sauces of any wing joint I have ate at and i have ate my fair share of wings from all up and down east of the Mississippi. At these to some ranch and or blue cheese dressing and your set for a meal or a snack to go along with a beer while you watch the big game. I got my food before they served my drink order and they took my drink order 5 minutes before they took my food order and we were sitting at a table 10 feet from the bar. It was at least a 30 minute wait to get the food. I would say they had the longest wait time to get our food served in the tri-cities in my experiences with other restaurants. Got 20 wings, 15 regular buffalo style and 5 were garlic. The wibgs were slimy which tells me they were frozen then baked. Dont even bother running a wing joint if you dont deep fry your wings. I have mixed feelings about this place. The food is fine and it's a good place to drink but the service is terrible. They seem understaffed at times and most of the server's aren't that attentive even when its well staffed.
