This was my first time here and the first thing I noticed was the over 100 tv's they had. So I guess that if you want to watch a game of some sort, this is a place to go, but just watch and not hear. My friend orders a burger and I ordered the shrimp plate with mashed potatoes and green beans. The shrimp were ok they use too much pepper on it for me and thats about it. Ordered takeout for two the chicken tenders, fries, and coleslaw. Chicken was soggy, fries were soggy, and no coleslaw. I arrived before the order was even ready to be picked up and upon getting the order and driving home literally 5 minutes drive to my home everything was cold and soggy except for the coleslaw. I never got the coleslaw for either order! I called up there to inform them that they missed items I paid for and they offered me two coleslaw credit for my next visit. Not a we apologize for the inconvenience. Who does that? This place thats who! So I called them on their bluff and showed up a few days later to get two coleslaw that I paid for and was so graciously credited for free to pickup "anytime". The problem is they had no clue about the supposed debacle so no coleslaw for me. This place is a crapshoot and won't ever return! This was the second time I was missing the chicken from my salad. First time they sent me a gift card for another , and this time I was told to tell DoorDash who gave me a $5 credit. I don't DoorDash often, but that's twice this happened which is disappointing when you look forward to dinner and the main component is missing. I recently visited back to the area and was excited to try this place and wow, it didn't disappoint! We started with dinner inside and then headed to the outside bar for dessert (more drinks). The service was exceptional. Our server was attentive, funny, and had such a great attitude The food was fantastic. We started with pretzels, then had chicken wraps and wings. Everything looked amazing, but we were so eager to dig in that I didn't get any pictures! Wings are where it's at. The bar setup is awesome, with TVs everywhere, so it's perfect for catching a game or just hanging out. They also have an enclosed outdoor patio for the winter season, which was a nice touch. It sounds like they host a lot of entertainment like karaoke and trivia, but unfortunately, that had ended by the time we arrived. Delicious steak and ribs and good price for portion. The cheese curds were delicious. My wife got chicken tenders with mac and cheese. The tenders taste like the way Burger King chicken tasted in the 90s and it delicious. You get a giant cup but drinks are only $2 which is good price now. Service was good waitress came and checked on us. I needed a refill but she probably didn't expect because the cups are so huge. Definitely be back try more of the menu. read more

Delicious dinner and fantastic service! I had the grilled chicken dinner which came with homemade mashed potatoes and fresh green beans. The chicken has great seasoning and was tender and juicy. My husband had the ribs and they were also tender and delicious, love the BBQ sauce. Our server, Alison, was super friendly and attentive, we never had to ask for anything, she was on it! Started off with the firecracker shrimp which were good with a mayonnaise based spicy sauce over a small bed of shredded lettuce. I got the Cranberry Turkey Flatbread sandwich. It was horrible. The Cranberry jam was only stuffed in the corner of the sandwich which had no visual appeal. It had hardly any bacon to it and the white American cheese was awful. Basically it was the breading and a hunk of Turkey if you're into that. I would not recommend. Fries were also heavily salted to the point that it was like biting into a salt lick. My husband got the Cajun shrimp and chicken pasta which he ate, but was poorly made and something my 14yo could have prepared better. Shortly after leaving he was violently sick. read more

Decent sports bar, but I wasn't here for the sports. Service is great, my waitress checked on me a dozen times. I would definitely come here if I was closer but I live in Nashville. For dinner, I was full from a late lunch and only ordered Firecracker Shrimp and 10 Grilled Buffalo Garlic Wings. The Firecracker Shrimp is described as "half-pound of breaded, crispy fried shrimp tossed in our spicy cream sauce." This appetizer is really good but it took me my entire dining session to realize where I tasted this exact dish before. For those of you that have been to any Chinese buffet recently (if they still exist anymore), Firecracker Shrimp tastes nearly identical to the Chinese buffet coconut shrimp. Not the coconut shrimp with shredded coconut as the batter but the coconut cream sauce on Chinese-style battered shrimp. Kick Back Jack's version is much better though. The batter is light and crunchy. The cream sauce is may not have any coconut in it, but it's rich and creamy. Personally I don't think it's spicy at all. I made the mistake of ordering grilled wings. For some reason, seeing that the fried version of Kick Back Jack's has a light breading, that deterred me because I didn't want to eat two fried entrees. I then realized some of the best breaded wings I've had comes from Hooters and their wings are heavily breaded. Another realization was that the grilled wings were soggy. It reminded me of frozen wings when you make them at home in the oven. They never get quite crispy. The sauce was Buffalo Garlic, one slot away from their hottest "Hot Buffalo" but that too was not spicy at all either. Overall it's a decent place to eat and enjoy the game. Unfortunately I was here on business. Maybe next time I'll do better when ordering. read more

My husband and I live about an hour away and we were in the area for the day so we decided to give Kickback Jack's a try, since we've never been here before. And we are so glad we did! It was a Saturday so they were pretty busy, but we were greeted with a bunch of smiles and seated right away. The atmosphere was great and our server, Shay, was amazing! She was very friendly, attentive and provided great service! Our food was delicious! The steak was cooked perfectly with great flavor and the ribs melted in my mouth. I don't usually rave about mashed potato's but theirs were awesome! I also got an order of the dry rub wings which were delicious. My husband doesn't like to eat out much, but he said that this is now his favorite place and he will gladly drive the hour to come here and eat ! So we were headed in town for a softball tournament and as we neared the hotel, I looked up restaurants that were located nearby that we might eat at. I found this right by the hotel and had a menu which would suit both my husband and I. We connected with another coach and the 3 of us walked up the hill from the hotel to eat dinner. It was a Sunday evening and we did not think it would be very busy. Boy were we wrong! Fortunately, we only had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated. We were entertained by a Crane game with a sign that said $1 play till you win. As it turns out, it literally means that for $1 you keep playing till you won a prize. This was a very popular game with the children as parent after parent brought them up and handed them a dollar to play. The toys were all cheap, plastic things worth may be 5 cents. However, I'm sure this is the draw for children at this restaurant. We were seated in a booth and given menus. There waitress came over soon and took our drink orders. I was happy right away as my Diet Pepsi came in a huge tumbler with not too much ice. The waitress did an OK job of keeping it filled. My husband surprised me and ordered an appetizer. Philly cheese steak egg rolls. Nothing I would eat so he ended up taking a lot back to the hotel to go. I also let him pick up the bill as the appetizer was the same price as his entree. The appetizer must have been good as it was eaten with the meal and as leftovers. My husband then ordered the chicken cheese steak hoagie. The other coach ordered firecracker shrimp. And I asked the waitress for advice between 2 of these salads as I could not pick. She told me which sold the most and I went with that 1. It was the 1 with cranberries and candied pecans. The candied pecans were absolutely delicious! My salad came with a healthy serving of moist chicken and a nice amount of fixings. There was not a lot of feta cheese and I could have used more crumbles. Once again, they did not have oil and vinegar so I ordered a side of blue cheese and used a little of it. I did not want the vinaigrette that came with it.The other coach said that the shrimp was good - but he is a light eater and took much of it to go. Overall, the meal was quite enjoyable and served at a good pace. Our waitress was pleasant and relatively attentive. My husband's sandwich came out much later than our 2 entries so I was not too pleased about that, but he had his appetizers to munch on so we went ahead and ate. I do recommend eating here however I don't think we'll be back. We have been ordering to go the last couple nights and will likely try the other nearby restaurant tomorrow night. Heard mixed reviews on kickback jacks. But after trying it, we liked it. food and service on par for American bistro as was the atmosphere.

I used to love their grilled wings, but the past couple of times I've dined in or ordered takeout they were undercooked/ raw and barely had any sauce. The last time I dined in, I sent the wings back to be remade and they gave me burnt wings the second time. It's messed up to make a customer suffer for sending back raw chicken. Extremely disappointed since it's one of the only healthy options on their menu and I loved their garlic buffalo wing sauce. read more

Ordered a beer and an All American burger after a day of work. Enjoyed the beer and the outdoor patio while waiting for my burger. When my burger arrived (without fries as they were not ready) I grabbed one of the fried pickles from the burger and popped it in my mouth. The pickle was cold. Just then the bar tender asked if everything was alright and I informed her of the cold pickle and told her I'd check the burger. After cutting the burger in half I took a bite and it was cold as well. I tossed the burger back into the basket and pushed it away from me and told her it was cold. She instructed me to hold on and went inside. Five minutes later the manager came out and asked if there was a problem. I said yes and told him my burger was cold. He said that the bar tender said I threw my burger at her. Seriously? I asked the two gents sitting next to me if they saw me throw my burger at the bar tender and they looked at me like I had a third head. About that time my fries arrived. I told the manager to charge me for my beer and I'd leave. Once he saw me fire Yelp up he offered to buy my beer. The rudest customer service experience I have every experienced in a restaurant and I eat out 20 days a month. When the bar tender came back out I apologized for "throwing" my burger at her to which she replied "it's all good".
