My wife and I visited Beef 'o' Brandy's yesterday evening for dinner and really enjoyed it. She had a cheeseburger while I had the two grilled chicken breasts covered in cheese, bacon and mushrooms. Basically my entree was close to Outback's Alice Springs Chicken -- just as good but a little less expensive. I got a Caesar salad instead of the brocoli but think next time I'll try a different side. The salad was alright but only had three croutons and lacked any noticeable amount of cheese on it. The atmosphere was definitely surprising. We expected the large number of tvs but the restaurant was quiet enough we could easily carry on a conversation. We'll definitely be back. read more

We ordered our food through their app for curb-side pickup. We arrived and parked in the designated "curb-side pickup" spot. And as stated in the app, called to notify that we have arrived. The person on the phone asked us to either come inside or drive out and back around to the drive thru to receive our order. (This was a pain to do, but I try to be accommodating, as I understand they could be very busy or understaffed). I had my heart set on the Watterson Roast Beef sandwich. But unfortunately it has been removed from the menu. So as an alternate option I selected the Steak Garlic Melt. Per the menu's description: STEAK GARLIC MELT $15.59 Thinly shaved steak, sliced onions and provolone cheese served hot and pressed on garlic Cuban bread. 1260 cal. I certainly don't have to worry about it being 1260 cal. As the sandwich lacked any cheese or onions, and contained a minuscule amount of steak, and was lacked any type of sauce/condiments. It was so dry that I had to drink water after each bite to get it down. Terribly disappointing since I've always enjoyed this establishment. read more

Haven't ordered from them in awhile. Ordered via 3rd party. We ordered the Combo. It was absolutely delicious. The onion rings were perfectly crisp and well seasoned. The chicken tenders were tender and juicy with the perfect crisp batter. The quesadillas were delicious and cheesey. We loved the mozzarella planks with the crispy batter. This is a family restaurant slash sports bar chain and its not too bad. The prices are good and the beer prices are even better. They have a decent selection of 2-for-1 draft beers at happy hour (so two beers for $3.99) and tons of tv screens playing every kind of sport imaginable (except for one in the arcade corner forever on Sponge Bob). The kids who work here are incredibly young, but polite and efficient. This place is always FULL with loud families with kids, except the bar area of course. The seating area is shaped rather convoluted, and we always end up being walked through the drink station in the bar to get to where we are being seated. It's clean but it feels older inside, perhaps because it's just so visually busy with all the screens, etc. We've tried an odd selection of items here. The queso dip is good. The chili, average (good but heavy on the tomatoes). The "Cuban" is really a Cuban-style sub sandwich, good, but not in any way "traditional" if you are looking for something like that. The Fish & Chips was good. The Angus Cheeseburger wrap was tasty - good beef mix. The best thing that my husband and I both agree on, was the Buffalo Chicken Salad. I ordered that because I couldn't decide if I wanted wings (too messy) or a salad (too plain) but I really wanted both. LOL This was so delicious. It was basically a really nice salad with hot boneless buffalo wings sliced on top, served with blue cheese dressing. It really hit the spot. To be honest, I really don't know why we keep ending up here. It's a decent little chain and with the beer prices like this and decent food, it's hard to turn it down for "faster" food. read more

Ordered 10 Traditional wings and a Toasted Italian Sub. My main complaint is the wings, they came with a little sauce on 6 wings the other four had no sauce on them. I asked for additional sauce so they could all have sauce on them. The wings were huge and very tough and the sub was just ok. So why a one star it was because you charged me for the extra sauce that I got so all the wings would have sauce on them. That should have already been on all the wings. I said something to the waitress she said she agreed with us but she could"nt go against her boss. Maybe your employees are afraid for their jobs I don't know. I have been coming here since this place openned and was unhappy you no longer have the Watterson but I guess that was a business decesion may I'm the only one that ate them so I kept coming back but this is the thing that broke the camels back. On the Trek to Clearwater, K & I stopped in here at about 945p for a late dinner. We were fortunate to have Alyssa as our sever. A really nice young lady, very professional and knowledgeable about the menu. She was helpful and friendly and made ours a great experience. First visit months ago was pleasant and encouraged me to stop again. Today's visit was reason to consider not to ever visit again. After a somewhat long delay a server took my order. After 30 minutes my order had not come, the room was only half full at noon Thursday. Another person maybe supervisor, deliver food. Frys were at or below room temperature and unappealing. Hamburger included the gambit of unordered embellishments and was barely room temperature. When almost through with the hamburger only the other person showed up and asked if the order was alright. She did offer to replace the fresh but by then I had been there an hour and not wanting to spend the afternoon. $16.43 for a hamburger gets into the range of my favorite___Five Guys. I think out of all the Beef O' Brady's this happens to be the worse. I ordered the Combo Appetizer and the Onion Rings were soggy, mushy and tasteless, the quesadillas were paper thin and made with American cheese, the mozzarella planks were oily and the cheese was hard and tasted old, the chicken fingers well Perdue has more chicken on there's. My husband ordered the Grilled chicken wrap. The chicken was dried out and rubbery. The lettuce was wilted. Curly Fries were soggy not crispy. I really think that the Manager needs to get himself out from behind the bar and stop flirting and drinking with the two waitress and start running the restaurant. (Front and Back). At this location the food is so bad and not up to Beef O' Brady's standards. This is will not be going back again!! Things here are never going to change. read more

Went to Beef 'O' Brady's last night with my son. The TV ad 2-$20 brought us in. The place is nice and pleasant. Tv's all around with different sport shows and a couple with Cartoon channel. Seating was self serve, table needed a whip down. The wait staff was very attentive and pleasant. Service was very good. But the food was less then that. We had the cheeses curds. Which were very tasty. The main dishes were steak and fish and chips. Although the steak says you can choose you side they brought my son a salad which he never orders so it went uneaten. The steak had no seasoning, the fish was less appetizing, again no flavor and even didn't taste much like fish. Curly fries were again less flavorful then even Arby's fries. If they can knock the flavor up a notch it would be an awesome place to go. read more

The food was great but the service was very lacking. We came here to watch the Gator game and only received service up until that end of the first Quarter. Spoke with the manager whom seemed very understanding. While I was speaking with the manager, the waitress noticed her wrongdoing and came to the table, telling my girlfriend that "she forgot the game was on." Ashley tried to be attentive, but, it was clear they were short staffed. Finally had to send the food back. My Sis refused to even reorder or try anything else. This Beef 'O' Brady's has been here so long I'm surprised no one has reviewed it on Yelp before. Regardless, the rest of you Yelp reviewers may not want to risk bothering with it now. When my husband and I tried it for lunch the other day we were not favorably impressed. There definitely won't be any follow up reviews from yours truly. Service was friendly and fairly efficient & attentive enough. We did appreciate that. But seating was dismal and cramped in our small booth. One problem with the booths is that both the seats and tables are moveable, allowing other patrons to "expand" them to the point that the booth at the end, the last one available to us, can end up being woefully narrow. I've never had to sit up so straight for a meal in my life -- well, at least since years ago in Catholic school! In a word, the food here sucks. The water, tea and soft drinks were foul tasting. The fish and chips (and how dare they call it that) clearly came poured out of a frozen processed food bag. The 3 very salty "fillets" were barely more than thickly battered fish sticks (and looked factory-formed at that) and the chips were just standard fries, definitely not a good value for $7.29. I no longer wonder why there was no picture of this meal in the menu. The Philly cheese steak was somewhat fresher looking in presentation, but tiny, served upon not much bigger than a hot dog bun, and the meat was in chunks, not slices. A few onion and pepper bits and a miniscule bit of cheese thrown in didn't alleviate my husband's hunger at all. $7.99 for that one. Aside from the lousy seating and food, the atmosphere at this restaurant is less pleasant than most sports bars. The sound on one of the many televisions on the walls blared so loudly we could barely hear ourselves think let alone have a decent conversation. The only reason I can guess this restaurant had any customers at all is because the Checker's burger place half a block away recently closed down. Then again, maybe everyone else already knew better than to order the fish and chips or the Philly cheese steak. read more

This by far is the worst meal we have ever had. He ordered surf n turf and we are half mile away and the food was as cold as if it had been in the refridgerator. The steak was dry, shrimp cold. The only thing warm was the mashed potatoes. I ordered fish and chips, what I got were 4 fish sticks, cold, tasted very much like frozen, ice cold fries and seriously a Motts applesauce cup like you would get in grade school. Absolutely awful awful awful. Note we received a message from the restaurant saying call for a refund, called and they said they would only give a gift card for the same gross food down the road..........goes to show you how they care for their customers. Came here to watch the All-Star game. Had a good selections of foods, ordered the Rib/Chicken Tender combo, food was good not memorable but the staff was friendly and entertaining. For watching a major event this is a great spot, TV's anywhere you sit. Staff didn't make you feel bad for staying long. Finished off the night with a Molten Chocolate Cake: warm, moist, Delicious! I would have given this place 5 stars but the bathrooms smelled a little funky. The waitress was super nice and our drinks never stayed empty. The appetizer we ordered was really unhealthy but super delish. We had the new buffalo chicken dip which was hot and creamy and little tangy. Very good would order again. I had the chicken salad with really good honey mustard dressing. My son had a huge buffalo chicken sandwich and my husband had a really tasty Ruben. My husband went in to order me a Buffalo chicken salad and when I opened it, it had very little dried up chicken pieces (very small ) and a handful of lettuce and a few croutons. We paid 11.99 for this so my husband went back in spoke to the manager who told him he'd give him another salad well what we got was TONS of Buffalo sauce poured on top and that was it. Loud. Waitresses sitting at a table near the entrance rolling silverware. My husband asked if he could substitute something for broccoli on the order he was considering and was told, "No, that's the way I have to bring it." Really?? Not even an offer to substitute for an up-charge. Ordered something else. The curly fries had only 3 whole curly fries; the rest were tiny pieces too short to curl. Fish seemed like Mrs Paul's frozen fish. Marguerita tasted like it was made with seltzer water - ugh. I like Margueritas but I couldn't drink this. The food was slow to come out. And when we left there were a bunch of people in the mall parking lot just outside the door with several people being rowdy. Not the restaurant's fault, but a contributor to the impression. Was not impressed at all. When I'm traveling for work I like to eat at places that I've not been before. The food was not too bad but the service definitely needs work. Waited forever to be set, waited forever to get a drink, my drink was never refilled yet my plate was still half full. She brought by the ticket and didn't even bother to ask if I needed a refill.
