I wanted to give this place a chance and ordered their signature burger without fries, TO GO. I hate to be the one that criticizes a place that claims to have "good food", but the burger was nothing out of the ordinary, especially for the hefty price of over $9. Actually, it tasted a bit more disappointing than cheaper competitors. The other reviews seem to rave about their wings, so maybe I tried something not so great from their menu, but sadly that was enough to make me not want to come back. Watered down drinks that are suppose to be top shelf according to the menu. I go to places for a great drink w dinner at a few times a week and this was the worst drink I have had since I first turned 21. Bad tarte flavor and watered down food is very microwave taste nothing is fresh. read more

The scenario... 4 tables of guests, empty bar, 2 waitresses and "the brother of owner" as manager. We were seated by "the manager" who quickly returned to stuffing his face at the bar. After 10 mins of looking at the menu and several pass by's of the two waitresses wife gets up to check if we are still visible to naked eye (we were). Long story short, when the owners are there everyone is on point, when the brother is "managing" don't expect much... might want to hit the micky-d's across the street the kiosks will give u better service.... read more

Very inattentive service....I had ordered a vanilla root beer and got sprite but instead of apologizing for the mistake it was blamed on the machine being out but she still offered me root beer. She didn't even ask if we needed anything for our food once it came out until we were basically done with it. I could barely eat my "prime rib" sandwich for all the fat covered up by cheese as well as super bland. My husband ordered the five cheese burger medium and it came out charred and bland. We were not asked how our food was or if it was even correct. Our bill was about $35 for not even mediocre food. This is not my first experience at Beef 'O Brady's...we will not be revisiting this location. This visit left us with a bad taste in our mouths. read more

I was kicked out because I complained about them not accepting a coupon. Even worse the owner did so using foul language and was even threatening to us. I have never been spoken to by a person like that except on the streets. The owner was totally unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If I could give them a negative star I would. Staff was friendly but the food was terrible. Ordered ribs and after waiting 40 minutes for our food was told they were out of ribs. Had to chose something else and then wait another 20 minutes for food to arrive. Management never offered any compensation. The other food in our group was very had. We will not be returning. We have been here several times, the food is mediocre, the service is atrocious. I called in an order they said 15 mi Utes I show up at 15 minutes, came in paid my bill after having to get the attention of a tall waitress behind the bar she was more interested in counting her tips than helping anyone. I paid and she went right back to counting her tips did not even go find out if my order was ready. Finally a short young blonde waitress asked if there was anything I needed, I told her my order since I already paid, she said she would check 2 minutes later out comes my order. This place really needs a new management team. While I was there I watched an individual sitting at the bar get his food the waitress brought it out in sections, never did I see her give this person napkins or silverware. The other day I was there to get some food ordered their burger, if you have read the other reviews, they are mediocre at best. While I was there the owner was behind the bar working taking orders and drinking beer is that allowed? I am sure employees do not on the job. This place needs a real management team. Next time I go cause I will because I want this place to succeed since it is close to home, I Intend to tell the owner about Yelp, maybe things will change read more

after a poor performance last time we were here, the manager promised a better outing should we come back. the service was good, but the management needs to tell the waitresses that it's okay to bring your salad BEFORE your main meal. there was 25 minutes between the order and us receiving our dinner. in that time the waitress could have brought our salad. sounds petty, but most restaurants bring it before the entree. also when you order a steak, it should have some semblance of spices. it was cooked the correct way but bland. read more

We have been to this Beef O'Brady's three times. Each time we have had excellent meals with very friendly prompt service. Most recently we ordered Trio Fajitas and their new Amarillo Firecracker Burger. Both were delicious. Excellent. Drinks from the bar were very nice as well. For a neighborhood restaurant / bar this Beef O' Brady's is as good as it gets. Highly recommend! note - it is hard to imagine anyone giving this restaurant one star. that is a mystery. read more

By far the rudest restaurant owner I have ever encountered. If you go to this restaurant then beware of the owner. Gwen Wood is rude, condescending and will give you a hard time if anything is wrong. She upcharges for everything and when asked she is very rude in her explanations. The service is atrocious, but the servers are nice - and that earns them a star (and the fact that I can't give zero). I told the owner today that I would not be back and she said, "That's fine." Wow. Ok. Unfortunately, they are franchised so there is no corporate hq that will talk to you, I have tried. I will find another one. Sad. read more

They should earn zero stars because I have gone to Barf 'O' Bunch 3 times, First time was in Riverview FL and I ended up with an severe upset stomach.... And a dozen of visits to the restroom..... That was in 2009, mind you. Been avoiding them at all costs.... Until..... Fast forwarding to 2015, I went to this location in Mount Dora and first time I try and sure enough got an severe upset stomach! Few weeks later, my final chance and ordered a meal (cant recall) and it had rice and I ate it and it almost broke my teeth! I was beyond pissed. 30 minute wait for to-go wings (okay technically 27 min from order to getting bag) on a non crowded night. Celery was forgotten and when the wings came they weren't even hot. Ordered 25 wings which came out to about $25 and technically only received 23 1/2 wings. I know the place is new but the manager was too busy watching the game to even notice what was going on which was extra frustrating. Had fish tacos. They barely had any fish. Okay taste. Steak nachos that were over $12 we're not good at all. I might be willing to try the restaurant again. But I would recommend to never order the steak nachos. We did let the sever know when we left and she said the reason they were not very good was because the forgot the queso. Love the new location! My wife and I usually go to the Umatila location, this one has them beat! We even found us our favorite server Breanna!
