We stopped in on a Saturday and it was packed. Turns out they had a soccer tournament show up unannounced so there were tons of kids and parents. Perfect place as they have an arcade for the kids and there is a TV monitor in the restaurant so parents can keep an eye on them. One star because the service was good, but that's all that I have nice to say. I sure had high hopes for this Beef 'O' Brady's, but my hopes were not fulfilled. I just read a nice article on the owner and his goodwill toward the community and wanted to patronize the restaurant. I've also seen the recent, appealing tv ads on Thursday fajita nights, so today was the day. However, the food was truly a disappointment. The steak was very fatty, so much of it was not edible, and it had absolutely zero seasoning. Nothing about the dish tasted like a fajita other than the tortilla. My husband literally said, "This is the worst fajita I've ever had, and if I'd never had a fajita before I would never try them again after ordering these." Sad but true, they really were the worst ever. I don't know how the other items on the menu are and I'll likely never know because we won't go back. I'm sad I wasted the $10.00. read more

We ate here with family, and basically sat ourselves. We were greeted with our first waitress, and it kept changing everything we were checked on. Who knows who you were supposed to tip, cause we had someone different every time. The food was sub par, and the floor where we sat was sticky. About the only thing I truly enjoyed was the nachos. We ordered nachos with steak for an appetizer and it was better than my meal. I could have just ate the nachos, for it was filling enough. We've eaten there twice in the past week. Nice menu, the food is good, but both times the service was horrible. Apps came during the meal, drinks not refilled, took forever to get our check, then took forever to pay. I'm not sure if the seat yourself style causes confusion and, therefore leads to poor service, the issue needs to be corrected. Both times we were there we witnessed customers walk out because they couldn't get service. We'll give them one more chance before we give up on them. read more

We go to Beef's once a week, sometimes twice. Last night was the worse food we have ever had. We had all new waitress' , only one on the floor, she was nice, but not very attentive. We went to breakfast and stood for ten minutes without seeing a waiter or waitress, we finally left. The first time we went for breakfast at this location the service was horrible and the wait for our food was very long. I think this corporation should maybe stick to lunch and dinner at least the employees seem like they're awake and ready to serve you. Breakfast isn't their forte. read more

Food was good but service was pretty bad. We sat outside and after ordering our drinks and waited about 20 minutes before we were able to order. And that was only because we found another waitress to take the order. The refills on the drinks took forever and we had to go find the waitress again to see why the food was taking so long. August 10, 2017 Punta Gorda Not so user friendly if you like to drink whiskey!!! I ordered two Jameson on the two rocks. The bill was $17.50 plus tax. I was charged $6.00 per shot and $2.50 per glass of ice. The manager explained to me that they only pour a one ounce shot. If you order a on the rocks shot they pour 1 & 1/2 ounce shot for $6.00 and charge $2.50 for the 3 or 4 pieces of ice???? read more

This was my first visit to a Beef O'Brady's. It obviously is trying to be a Buffalo Wild Wings, and failing miserably. All I wanted to do was sit at the bar, drink a beer, and eat some wings. The service, food, cleanliness was all bad. Avoid this place! read more

I brought my daughter to beef o Brady's 3/26 for lunch during spring break so she could play in the arcade and have some lunch We were relived to se that we were the only ones in the arcade area so we asked the waitress if we could get service in the seating area next to the arcade , yes she replied, go ahead and have a seat,15 min went by before we saw a different waitress walk in ,are you ready to order? We don't have menus I said ,she abruptly turns and walks away returning with menus that were dropped on the table as she walked by on her way to greet some of her friends that walked in . Before these people even sat down she was asking if they need drinks , we were never asked until our orders were taken 25 min after we arrived. Now the original waitress brings our drinks that were wrong . 15 min goes by and the group that arrived gets there meals served. Our waitress arrived shortly after with my daughters meal ( Mac & cheese)and informs me that my meal takes awhile to prepare ( grilled chicken cutlet) 30 min after placing my order I received this pathetic dried up little piece of chicken with 1/4 cup of rice and water logged broccoli. My 11 yr old looked at it and said that looks disgusting. My Mac and cheese tastes old too. We paid for our drinks and left I shouldn't have even done that Thanks Beef 'O' Brady's for waisting an Hour 'o' our time we will never give you the opportunity to do it again read more

We had sizzling fajitas last night. They were the worst fajitas I ever had there was no sizzling going on they were heated up chicken and shrimp very little peppers and onions on them. They charged me 75 cents extra each for Selsa and sour cream good way to loose customers. read more

I love this branch of Beef 'O' Brady's!!! The service is spectacular, the food is delicious and affordable. My family and I go here at least 3 times a month. They have an arcade; my 8 yr old loves going there. I won't lie... I love playing the arcade basketball. There's a lounge on the other side of the restaurant. I went to another branch and they don't even come close to this branch. They make you feel at home at the Punta Gorda branch!!! read more

My husband and I went out to Beef's as the locals call it for a quick dinner. We always have had a good meal there and it is close for us. Last time I drove by I noticed a sign saying there had new owners. I hoped it would be as good as it was with the pervious owners so we deciced to give it a try. Friday Night at 6:45 PM and the parking lot was full and people were even eatting at their outside tables. If you smoke you can dine outside!! When we went inside there to our surprise was an empty table so we took our seats. The manger greeted us with a big hello and think he remembered us from eating there before. I asked his opinion as what I might like and he said the burger wrapped in a tortila with all the fixings.is my favorite, try that!! He did not steer me wrong. IT WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! My husband ordered the wings and try too were outstanding. It was the best meal out we had had in a long time and I guarantee we will be back sooner than later trying his next suggestion. The prices are fare, the wait staff is very attentive and kids are welcome as well. A good family place to feed your family with great food without breaking the bank. There are a bunch of TV's to watch sports and the entire place is white glove clean always. Everyone seems to have had good service here, but I have never once had a good experience. Food is always taking forever. And someone is always left waiting for there food to arrive while everyone else is already eating. The food really isn't Anything to write home about either. Location is a little out of the way but still easy to find. Staff is attentive and food is typical of this chain. Quality is good and beer is fresh and prices reasonable. The inside of the restaurant was clean but we attempted to first sit outside. Two dogs, yes dogs in the eating area, sniffing about and with customers in nearby table. The dogs were drinking water out of a bowl that appeared from the restaurant, ugh. The waitress handled the dishes and you know she didn't go wash her hands, ugh. Yes, Beef O's has gone to the dogs. Then one lady picked up dog and held it while eating and feeding it off her plate. Now if the next person using that table had any allergies or didn't like dog hair or a dos's but on the chair they occupied just too bad. There is no place for your animals in eating areas and subjecting others to the dander and whatever else the dog brings with it. So, unlike the several other Beef O Brandy's I've been in and that have been very clean and great staff and didn't cater to the dog nuts, I will not return to this location, why should I read more
