Our group club here in PG planned for a group meeting here. Parking was tight, but the food and service were pretty good.

Over priced for mediocre food and service. I am from NY and am used to fine dining and upscale…read morerestaurants. With that I expect to pay more, get great food and outstanding service. So a few things to know: this restaurant Stretto, has become the only sit down restaurant in the Sun Seeker "Resort". When Sunseeker opened before the take over by Hilton, there was Maury's steakhouse and 2 other restaurants. We ate at Maury's , it was pricey but food selection and quality was up to Par with a fine dining restaurant. So since Hilton bought the hotel, the other restaurants are gone and Stretto is the Only restaurant on the premises unless you want to eat in the food court. My experience at Stretto was negative to say the least. I booked the at Sunseeker for Father's Day weekend. Made reservations at Stretto expecting a great time. We got there and right away I knew this was not Maury's . Wait staff lack the experience and professionalism of a fine dining venue. Our waitress Melody waited a long time after we had ordered drinks and appetizers to casually announce they were out of sea bass and scallops. Mind you they have a very limited menu and entrees run from $48 pork chops, $76 short ribs $209 steak. Based on the mixed reviews of the restaurant the sea bass and scallops were the safest options. So now I had no choice but to find another expensive option on their limited pricey menu. I would have left except we would get charge $25 a person for last minute cancellation and I didn't want to spoil my husband's special dinner. I ordered the $56 Pan seared bronzino which was fried not seared. It was a blend piece of finish on the plate. Everything is à la carte. Sides are $13-18. My husband had a 4" petit filet at $58 that was over seasoned and average. A wedge salad with a chewy piece of bacon that the knife couldn't cut and could not be swallowed. Cold truffle fries . Everything was salty . All in all, very disappointing and upsetting experience. Poor food quality, service at a high price point. After we were done and we got the check, it took the waitress at least 15-20 minutes to process payment while my husband was exhausted and anxious to leave. If you're staying at Sunseeker, don't waste your money. Get in your car or uber to one of the many restaurants within 10-15 min from the hotel.

Started with drinks which were really good. My old fashioned was made really. Started our dinner with some bisque and a wedge. Bisque was Creamy and luscious. Salad was fresh and tasty. Got some bread too. Very good. Our main had to be a steak. So good! Cooked perfectly and seasoned well. Sauces on the side were very good. Sides were really good too. So much food! Overall this was a great New Year's Eve experience. Highly recommend if you are here to try them out.

The prices are absolutely ridiculous. After parking down the street and walking over because all of the parking is tied up from gators. I walk in, sit down an order a drink at 1045. I'm asked if i want it to go? Wouldn't i be standing at the register to order a to go drink. How unwelcoming. Then 10 minutes go by and now we are being told to cash out. I ask when did they start closing early. The kava tender said to many males are in at night and make the female kava tenders feel unsafe. She said she had 2 things left to do before close, which having talked to many kava tenders in the past I know closing down takes a long time. 11pm on a Saturday night when your hours have always been 3am like its listed publicly on everywhere?????Sure. If that's even true, that's the business problem, not the customers, surely not male customers problem. If you have unruly customers fix that. Don't blame every male who walks in the door. I was a regular there for years, and had been coming since it opened. Second, i over hear complaints about a bad tipping customer which i have overheard other kava tenders say before in the past. This place is so toxic and unwelcoming. If your not part of the "high school like" little click of kava tenders friends, they will shun you, and bad mouth you, spread false rumors often with in an earshot. If you go on game night or anime night its even worse. The chill vibes are fake or just for some people, it serves the people who work there's social agenda. Nobody comes here at night anymore. There are no meaningful specials. Its dead. I will put my KC growler in the trash and not give another dollar to this place, the people who work there, or this company! You get the same feedback over and over, you apologize and then all the same stuff continues. Look at your employee "working at Kava Culture" reviews, there terrible and say the same thing. Their reviews are sitting at a dismal 1.9 to 2.5 out of 5 stars across their corporate profiles. If you cant fix that, you cant fix the customer experience either. I've given this place too many chance, come back after 6 month break and its worse. I'm done!

Ok this place is a total dive. It was recommended to me by a local bartender who seems to know her…read morestuff. I came here after a round of golf. Everyone loved my golf hat- "play bad fast". I looked at the outdoor bar but every single seat was taken. All the outdoor tables were booked. So I went inside and saw the inside bar was also full. A table for ten and a table for 6 had departed and needed to be bussed, but both were too much for just one person. So I checked in w the hostess and she asked - booth or table. I wanted table. I got a nice table by the river! Lovely views. Exactly what I wanted. Menus were dropped and soon, Sam was checking in on me. I was so hungry, I had looked at the menu and pics on my way there. I went for the crab cake appetizer and the Gold Wave cocktail. For my entree, I was torn between the Grouper Reuben and the Sea Dog (fried grouper on a long roll, topped with all sorts of goodness). Sam said grouper Reuben was his choice. He asked if I wanted grilled, blackened or fried. I told him to surprise me. For my side, I had the choice of (more) coleslaw (it has coleslaw instead of sauerkraut), fries, sweet potato fries, or a side house or Cesar salad for $4 more. I went w the house salad and their standard citrus vinaigrette. Salad and crab cake came out first. Salad was a huge portion- romaine (some pieces needed better washing), red onion galore, halved cherry tomatoes and cucumber slices. It was great, but needed croutons. The crab cake was the perfect size for one person. It had a whole grain mustard remoulade sauce. Yum! It had some filler but also had a lot of crab. I enjoyed it. The grouper Rueben came out hot!!!! Served with a side of coleslaw and a pickle. I added some needed salt. Boy that fish filet was huge. Sam had put it in grilled for me. Healthy. Nice. I ate half and then I was stuffed. I filled up on the salad and crabcake apparently. I enjoyed the views of boaters going by. It started to rain hard and the folks outside just stayed there. The overhang must've been protecting them well. My server, Sam, was around often to answer my questions. Apparently the grouper Reuben market price is only $21. And if you want redfish or mahi, the price is the same- $21! That's crazy. What a deal. The gold wave is made with Elijah Craig; Good ol Kentucky bourbon. And for dessert, they have cheesecake, peanut butter pie, mud pie, key lime pie, coconut sorbet and orange cake (which he says is a local favorite). I was too stuffed to buy but happy to hear the list. Overall I had a wonderful meal and service was really good. I would recommend adding croutons to the salad, and cleaning up the bathrooms regularly. This place ain't fancy. It's a dirt parking lot. The tables are naked. Folks come casual. However, the prices are great and the food does the talking. Come check them out.

Every time our kids dropped their crayons, we jokingly told them, "You snooze, you lose," because we didn't want them picking anything up off the floor. Our waitress was very kind and patient, but we barely saw her throughout the meal. The service could definitely be more attentive. We also waited quite a while for our check, and by then our kids were getting pretty impatient. The kids' mac and cheese looked just like Kraft mac and cheese. The kids enjoyed it, but it's probably not something we'd order again since it's easy to make at home. The oysters were delicious, and I also really enjoyed the fried shrimp basket. I wasn't a fan of the radish sauce, but the coleslaw was excellent. My husband ordered the whole fried fish basket. Unfortunately, it was served without any utensils, so we had to wait until we could flag down another waitress to ask for some because we couldn't find our server. The fish also would have been easier to eat if it had been cut or partially filleted, as the crispy coating fell off the fish when trying to eat it, making it less appetizing. Overall, the food had some highlights, especially the oysters and fried shrimp, but cleaner floors and more attentive service would have made the experience much better.

I had to go to the bar to order food and drinks. Well ... I made the mistake of waiting a half hour before going to the bar and instead of being completely dead with no wait the kitchen was slammed by the time they got my order. I didn't get my food until I complained to the manager 2 hours later and the burger was a hockey puck because it had been sitting under the heat lamp for WAY too long plus it had more salt than ketchup on it. The manager tried making excuses until I told him, "If your waitresses would gave done their jobs two hours ago we wouldn't be having this conversation." I have gone back since then, but I stopped buying the VIP tickets and I stopped eating food there. I just enjoy the music and buy a drink or two. They've easily lost $500 from me because the manager didn't say, "I'm sorry" and make sure that I got a hot, fresh meal that was cooked correctly that night. The location is beautiful. The management is second rate at best.
