The food was great! I loved the rice! Not sure if you all cook it or if it's pre-made but it was so good. My father, aunt, uncle and me just loved the coleslaw!! It was like OMG!!! I would really love the recipe!!! As far as my server went, we'll she spent more time talking to her boyfriend than she did taking care of my family. My family is very important to me and they come to visit me twice a year because they live in Italy. When they do come, I bring them here. We sat at a table with 7 people. At this time you all were not busy. Our server stood at the table which we learned later was her boyfriend. At that time my niece had dropped her drink and fries on accident on the floor. A young lady with a hat on stopped and helped clean the floor up and made another drink and made sure to get another order of fries for us. My server at this time was not even to be found. I stopped the lady who helped us to thank her and she was so nice and so pleasant and I asked for her name and it was Gina. Very sweet young lady. She told me she worked in the back, but would help with anything else. I told her we was great. I wish we could have tipped her for her going above and beyond to help me and my out of town family. She was great. I will ask for her when I come back. After she left our server FINALLY showed back up and we explained to her what happened. Honesty all I could smell was cigarette smoke. I'm not sure of her name, but she was a young white female with glasses and tattoos. I believe it began with a "N". Now I did leave her a $5 tip only because I feel obligated to do that, but in reality the young lady Gine helped us more. I'm telling you this information so in hopes it will help in some kind of way. Other than that, I love the update you all have done!!! Looks so good and inviting now!! My mom, her friend and I went for lunch today, 7/20/23. This review is for mine alone. I ordered the entree meal of kinda like a hamburger steak with sauteed mushrooms and onions with gravy. It also came with mash potatoes and gravy with steamed broccoli. It was all really good. I literary cleaned my plate. I all but licked my plate clean. Haha, just kidding! Service I think I counted four broccoli florets. Needless to say, I left there ok, but definitely could have eaten better portion sides of everything. I'm fixing to go find something right now to eat. I am not a big person at all with a big appetite, but it really enough to satisfy my hunger. Their buffalo chicken dip was literally awful. They clearly warmed it up in 2 seconds in the microwave... my buffalo chicken salad came in 10 Minutes and wasn't even good chicken. no effort put into the food at all tonight. read more

Really enjoyed our food, thought the server was great UNTIL we got the bill and they added 18% gratuity to a FAMILY of 2 parents and 5 kids one being an 8 month old!! Then when asked about it was lied to and told it was "automatic" unfortunately I've been in the industry 23 years and gratuity has to be ADDED usually by a manager so our server specifically requested gratuity be applied. Well she screwed herself, I tip 20-25% on the total verses the 18% she had applied to the subtotal. This is TERRIBLE practice and pretty judgmental. We may be a young family but we aren't trashy that don't tip. Hopefully she learns from this experience and doesn't just apply gratuity bc she can! read more

The sandwich I had ordered had hair on it the owner/manager said it looked like string. So he said they would get me another one. The supposedly new one they brought me was hard as rock. I could of broke a window with it. Instead of trying to pass off the same one instead of bringing a fresh one Beef O'Bradys lost a customer. read more

Wow, went in for wings on Saturday afternoon and afterwards my wife and I looked at one another and said never, ever again. Our order was apparently communicated incorrectly to the cook staff by the waitress resulting in our order coming in to the table in 4 stages, I ordered 10 wings and got 4 then 1 then 5 for instance. Ordered carrot sticks and some blue cheese to go along with the wings and had to remind the waitress I actually ordered them before she brought them to the table. Had to love her delivery as well, a sort of toss toward the middle of the table as she rushed by to help someone else or go and gossip with the rest of the staff, had to say which. The normally orange carrot sticks were white indicating they had been cut some time before and allowed to dry out but they at least looked similar to the white paper tray they were served in so kudos for the decorating touch. Inattentive staff, no refills, no apologies for the poor service or wait time, (over 20 minutes for the first part of the order). The wings themselves were hot and flavorful but go somewhere else if you want to enjoy a beer and good food. read more
