Gina the manager was very nice and fixed our order and had a great attitude. She was very funny and very sweet. The food was great after Gina had it corrected. We came to visit family for a funeral and was told to check Locos so we did. There needs to be more people like Gina Singletary. (Yes we asked for her last name) We had a very bad day because of the circumstances but Gina made us smile and laugh. Thank you again Gina for your hospitality. And our server we had was great too. This place is fairly clean. That's the high point of this review. If a "please wait to be seated" sign is being used. Please tell me why no one is greeting the customers. Not just us. Every customer arrives to the sign and a perplexed look that ends in crossed arms and furrowed brow. 6 tables of customers and after 30 minutes "1" had food. Our food arrives, shrimp poboy like eating a fishy washcloth! Then pasta salad side. Noodles crumbled at the slightest touch, the only flavor was from the inside of the probably spotless cooler. My wife's burger and tots... cold to the touch. Asked for the check and brought our concerns to the server. The apology seemed rote and a common occurrence. But, we still were charged full price. Food is good on the way to be great the cook needs to learn more about spices. The wait staff was excellent and very attentive the space that we reserved was ready for are monthly dinner meeting and not given away as I has been many times in the past we will see if this holds up the last time they lost a 25 person party almost permanently if it happens again it will not be good future events as far as aperaince the whole place could use a make over it's starting to look like a dive and there menue needs an up to date look. read more

. I visit every once in awhile from Tallahassee, honestly this may be my 3rd . My first experience was well, the inside is always clean. The servers are always pleasant. Yesterday though I placed an order online and paid via phone. I get there my order is wrong (burger with NO BACON) it has bacon... Chicken wings (all flats please) chicken wings drums and flats...Yes I sent the burger back and they redid that order. Once I'm home I bite into my appetizer (Chicken Quesadilla) and it had a twist tie from bread packaging inside. I called, they offered to REMAKE IT..(I'm disturbed still- no thanks, my BF payed so he's going for the remake I guess. I'm saying all of this to say PLEASE BE MORE CAREFUL AND CAUTIOUS, I could've swallowed that and punctured something because it is metal/plastic like material. read more

Staff was good and fairly knowledgeable. Food was not great. It was edible and we did finish it but wouldn't come back. The fries were cold so we sent them back, even warm they didn't get any better. The value for the money was terrible. $12 for a burger should come packed with a large serving of good fries beside it not a little boat of fries/tots. read more

I like Locos, and I find myself going there often. The service is not the best, but the food is decent! I think the staff is a little overwhelmed right now, because they are short staffed, but you can tell they are trying their best! I am the type to find a menu favorite, and then not venture out much, so I can only speak on a few things! I LOVE the wings here, they are always good, but my next best favorite is the Bistro Tender! When cooked properly, they are amazing, and filling! The loaded potatoes are truly loaded. The pasta salad is not the best, but I learned to ask for a side of ranch to make it less dry, and actually quite delicious. read more

Have been many times for a bite to eat and a drink with business partner. They have some the best servers and bar tenders in Thomasville ( Daisy and Jordan to name 2) the last couple times we went the bar tender had not only the bar but tables in the dinning room and could not keep up. Mentioned it to management finally and was told if I don't like it to go some place else. In the past they have always struggled with kitchen/food but always tried to make things right. Time for me to put them on 6 month probation. Typically in my small town I will not give a bad review just no review but this management has gotten so BAD I just had to voice my opinion. read more

I've lived in Thomasville about two years and this last weekend was my first time here. It's one of the few places in town that we could eat on a Sunday evening. When we arrived there was not hostess for a while so I kind of had to wander to find one. After she came, we got seated pretty quickly and the server was really nice. I just got the quesadilla with chicken and my husband got chicken tenders, I promise we don't always eat like toddlers! The food came in good time and it was pretty good. I liked the addition of pickled jalapenos on the quesadilla. Overall it was a pretty good experience and kind of reminded me of a Chili's or something similar. This place was pretty painful from start to finish. We ordered the rooster sandwich blackened (chicken) it was like rubber with no mozzarella like they claimed. Onion bun was hard as a rock. We ordered a couple of well doubles (could hardly taste the alcohol) those drinks and one sandwich later = $55 bucks. I couldn't even choke my sandwich down. When I don't feel like going out, I give these folks a call, they deliver to your door. Had the black and blue burger last time, with fries. Ate it so quickly, didn't get a pic. Fries were good too. This place is never busy. Which says a lot! The hostess and wait staff are friendly and accommodating. The food is good but takes a while. The drinks are extremely weak!!! I'm an social drinker but l know when the alcohol is almost non existent!! We seem to end up here when the other places in down are busy and we don't feel like waiting for a table. read more

I had my meal brought back to me While I was laid up in the hotel room injured my opinion is that the food was 0K. The black and blue burger was season so lightly that it was a burger with blue cheese. If you're going to call something black in if you have enough seasoning on there to taste it. read more
