Absolutely amazing customer service, GREAT results AND the cheapest that I found in the area. We signed up for the automatic visits because it makes the most sense for us. I feed birds so we always need them to spray and put their traps out for mice (the spray works for spiders and other crawly things not welcome in home as well), the yellow jackets come back with a vengeance without them coming out regularly. Mark has come twice now and he is AMAZING with a kind demeanor. They are all wonderful though. Solomon actually got stung twice by a wool carder bee (we believe) he was a champ about it. Do not sign up for subscription services. They provide 24 hours notice and send out a technician even if you request to reschedule. Their technicians show up and LITERALLY spend 90 seconds spraying the exterior without getting the areas that even matter (didn't even enter my back yard to get the back side of my home). I would choose zero stars if you had that option. I have had a property management business since 2004. We have used Beeline for 10+ years. As of the last 6 months or so, their service has gone way downhill. On one occasion I was invoiced for one of my rentals and my tenant informed me that the technician never showed up to do any of the work. Then about a month ago, we had Beeline treat our residence and the technician walked around our home and didn't spray anything at all. The reason we can confirm this is because we have cameras in our home which showed him just taking a walk around our home and doing absolutely nothing. The last antic was that they used my card without my consent or permission. I have always called in to pay the invoice. I want to be able to call my tenants to confirm that they actually have shown up and done the work considering what they have done on the past. Apparently the last time I gave them my card for payment, they stored my card information even after I advised them that I did not want it stored for future use. The receptionist who answers the phone is quite rude and disrespectful. I called on Friday to let her know that this happened and she reluctantly claimed she would reverse the charge. As of four days later the charge is still there. Do not do business with them unless this is the way you want to be treated and taken advantage of. read more

My most recent experience with Beeline has been extremely disappointing. We hired them to come out and do traps for mice. They were supposed to send someone out to walk our building and identify all of the locations mice can enter. They did not send anyone out with any kind of experience. They sent a young kid who whined and complained the entire time he was here that he had to walk our ENTIRE BUILDING? what? Was told the mouse would die and have no smell. We should not see them. Instead...we have found several dead an very smelly mouse areas. I do not think the kid did his job properly. When I got the bill and it was hundreds of dollars more than I expected to set 12 traps, I called and complained. Was told a manager would call me and someone with experience would come out and inspect the traps placed. Have called several times after that with ZERO response from a manager. Told last time, she was on leave and no one could help me. Their lack of customer service. Their inability to do the job correctly. This is a really great company. I like to support local businesses, so rather than call one of the big chains, I searched for something owned and operated in or around Denver, and landed on these guys. The week before I moved in with my boyfriend, I made up my mind that there was no way I could sleep in his house until I had it de-spidered. I called Beeline and the receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful, getting me an appointment the next day and taking my credit card over the phone. I was very happy with the price I paid, too. Very reasonable. You are quoted a two hour window during which the technician will come out, and mine, Mauricio, arrived right in the middle of it and got to work promptly. The actual treatment probably took about 20 minutes from when he rang the doorbell to when I was signing the final paperwork. The work is guaranteed for 30 days after the treatment, but they say to give 7-10 days for the chemicals to work, at least the ones they use for spiders. When I saw a couple of spiders in the days after 7 but before 10, I called, and the receptionist was, as always, very friendly and informative. She said to wait until I had hit the 10 day mark, and if I still saw any live spiders, to call back and they would re-treat our home. So, great price, great service, and great employees. After I found my dog with blue rat poison in his mouth I called Beeline to which they assured me that he would need to eat his body weight in their First Strike rat poison in order to hurt him. I decided to fact check Beeline by calling ASPCA Poison Control, to which they told me that if my 100 lb dog ate more than 1 packet, I need to induce vomiting and take him to the emergency vet for an antidote as 2+ packets could be lethal. Had I trusted Beeline, my dog could have died. Do not trust a word they say. These products are clearly not pet-friendly. read more

Beeline Pest Control is the best pest control service I have used in 15-years! I was pretty concerned (freaking out - a little), and it finally occurred to me that there must be some pest control (I am from South Florida - Ft. Laud. and there are huge bugs of all types, so I always had an exterminator - which allowed me to live without fear for many years) service. Initially, Beeline came out (about 1 month to 6 weeks ago,) performed their spraying service for those disgusting Miller Moths. I am phobic regarding anything larger than a fly, flying at me, especially my head. Last year was pretty bad as far as amount & duration of migration, however, my wonderful father-in-law happened to mention that this year could be worse! After the spray, it was a few weeks before we saw any (Miller Moths) and then it was 1 or 2 in a day. We live in a very large house and Beeline did warn that they may return. In the last few days, the number was increasing daily and I was, again, living in fear of that certain time of day/evening, when they seem to be most prevalent. Two days ago, one came at me, in the middle of the afternoon! as if it knew I was afraid and wanted to taunt me. I contacted Beeline, spoke to a lovely young woman whose name I just forgot. She was very professional, she seemed interested in my situation and my fear. Beeline came out either the next day or the day after that. The service was not intrusive in any way. They were thorough, polite, and ontime. In the last 2-weeks or so, just as I suspected (and Beeline warned of the possibility) we would see 1 or 2. Then, each day, (approx.) we began to see more and more. I contacted Beeline. Their policy is that if you see moths within (30) days of their spray, they will come back at no charge. Well, it was definitely over the (30) days and, again, the very nice young woman I spoke to said that: It's close enough.(words to that effect), and that they would come back at no charge! Gabriel, an employee of Beeline), arrived on time, had a very professional attitude AND seemed truly concerned about my fears, about how he could keep as many out as possible, listened to my concerns, walked around parts of the house with me so I could show him my biggest concerns, and was an absolute doll! Beeline is fortunate to have an employee such as Gabriel. I told Gabriel that I was going to call Beeline and tell them how impressed I was with his service, his demeanor, his positives attitude, his "can do" attitude, and that he went about doing his job efficiently, yet also taking the time to address my areas of my concern. I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with both Beeline Pest Control (Thornton), and with Beeline's employee, Gabriel. Thank you very much for all that you did - to Beeline & to Gabriel. Great experience so far. They're currently my quarterly pest control service! Due to living right on an open space, we probably get more bugs than the average home. Because of that we need a reliable pest control service to keep the bugs out. That's where Beeline comes in. Prior to Beeline I went with one of the big companies. I didn't have a good experience with them. Their company was just too much about sales, and sales tactics. Very used car salesman-like. So I went somewhere else. Anyway the very first spray from Beeline was very thoroughly done it seems. He sprayed everything. The second spray a few months later wasn't as extensive but it lasted a good amount of time. The third same thing. Our spider and bug visits have decreased by a lot, I can't claim victory yet but they've done a good job and it's certainly noticeable. read more

I can't speak for their actual pest control because it wasn't needed. But I was very happy with their customer service. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mercede. I thought I had termites! She was kind enough to allow me to email her pictures. She got back to me very quickly and informed me that they weren't termites and that because I had a standard treatment done by another company earlier in the summer there was no need to have them do anything. I really appreciate the honesty!!! And just an FYI...a lot of the smaller pest control companies in CO aren't licensed for termites which is why I had to seek out someone else. read more

When they came out, not too bad. This review is mostly about whoever schedules or tracks service. First, a no call no show. When I called to see what was up the girl gave me attitude and basically said prove it. Really? I was still in my one year agreement so I stuck it out. Second, and I know things happen but 3 reschedules. If you're having problems servicing Mountain homes, get more reliable techs. I decided to go with another company and when the girl called me to schedule an appointment I told her no. She then started with the attitude so I assume it's the same gal I spoke to a few months ago. She then asks with attitude, "Well can I ask why you went with someone else?" When I told her because of the no call no show and multiple reschedules she just says, " Ok." Que the wife calling to talk to a manager or owner. Now the girl she spoke to is Mercedes and low and behold, attitude. When my wife asked for the owners name and number she is told, "I'm not comfortable giving you his last name and number. You can just send an email." So here's to the owner, GM or manager you have not only lost a previous satisfied customer but you will be assured I will pass this information onto ALL of our social media followers. I hope you either teach your customer service rep a bit of social ethics or hire someone who can maintain reliable customers without attitude. read more

We have used Beeline for 5 years. Always paying a full year in advance. I was very happy with the service when we first started. The tech was very personable and he really did a great job. About a year and a half ago a new tech started coming over. Haven't been happy with Beeline ever since. Last spring he came over during a rain storm and I guess I expected he automatically would take his shoes off or the company would supply him with boot covers to walk in the house, so I didn't watch him at the front door. Well low and behold he didn't take his shoes off. He tracked mud around 3 levels of my home. Carpets, hard wood floors and rugs were soaked with muddy foot prints. I called and expressed my concerns. The owner got involved and offered me a complimentary pest control service. Today the same tech who I'm not impressed with came over and I had to specifically ask him to take off his shoes (you would think the company would train their techs to respect our homes and take off shoes automatically.) He was in and out of my 3 level home in less then 5 minutes. After he left I noticed he did not spray in every room and the rooms he did spray in only had a few wet spots. Usually I will see wet spots everywhere. Not today. I have 2 flights of stairs and not one step had been sprayed. I will no longer use Beeline Pest Control. I will be taking my money elsewhere. read more

I had them come out to spray for wasps and bees in my back yard. After about SIX minutes, he knocked and said he was done...which I was shocked at. I looked and he had missed a number of nests and acted like I was the dumb woman for pointing out that they were there and said condescendingly "they're going to die." I really appreciate Beeline's customer service and responsiveness. I was on their quarterly plan for a little over a year. The cost is very reasonable and the treatment is effective for the most part. Every exterminator I had the pleasure to work with was respectful, thorough, and listened to my needs. Don't be afraid to ask them questions or ask them to spray in areas you think they missed - they really want you to feel taken care of. Unfortunately, during their treatment, I developed a silverfish problem somewhere deep in my walls/pipes. Beeline was coming out ever 2 weeks to treat but the source was just too deep for them to get to. They never charged me a dime past the agreed quarterly contract and got me quickly on the schedule for re-treatments. And because they couldn't solve my problem, they even refunded my last payment. I am someone who really looks at reviews and referrals before giving my business. Positive, successful reviews are awesome (and there are many for Beeline) but it's equally valuable to see how customers are managed when things don't go as planned. Frustrating. We've used Beeline for over 2 years. Still had spiders but Meh spiders are a pain to get rid of. Now we have a bees nest in our siding and after multiple calls and emails its been over a week and still have not heard back from them. This is even after I explained how VERY allergic I am to bees. We are talking two Epipens and 10 Benedryl on our way to the ER. I guess they are ok for quartly average stuff. But if your ever in a jam and its an emergency they will leave you hanging. We called them for mice control and they were there for 15 min setting 3 bait boxes down in the kitchen and pantry, spraying around the house and then out the door. There was no education, literature, inspection of the numerous places we've heard mice sounds. We felt we could have done this ourselves much cheaper as Lowes sells poison and Amazon.com sells mousetraps. We were looking for education and prevention and a lecture on mouse proofing the house but I guess we'll have to get that from Google. We had a bad wasp problem in our neighborhood this summer, and despite my husband's many efforts to get rid of them, they kept returning and making nests in our backyard. I called BeeLine and they were affordable, not pushy with trying to up-sell you with other services, prompt and effective. After only 2 visits (they return for free anytime within 30 days after your first treatment if you're still having problems), they had our issue under control.
