I had swarms of wasps and between my dog and I got stung 4 times. I used Beeline about a month ago and it was raining outside. I thought it wouldn't work with the rain . They promised to return if I was not satisfied with the results. I am happy with the results!!!! Can sit on my porch and patio and rarely see a wasp. Could never get a straight answer out of Beeline, the girls on the phone ALWAYS had to "look further into the account for you" You can tell they use headphones because they breathe into the phone while chomping on gum, they also are in a call center full of other what I can only assume are young 20 somethings working for minimum wage. They aren't considerate of what the other person hears on the other end. As for the service itself, I had to have them return often and they never helped with pricing even though it might have been their 3rd or 4th time at that unit. Beeline was great, from the first call! They were quick to respond and when we had an issue they came right back out and sprayed again for no extra charge. If you have bed bugs this company is total bullshit! They are a complete scam! Their process is scheduling 4 "sprays" 2 weeks apart over 2 months. They give no instructions on preparation of your home and we found alive bugs on our beds immediately following their "kill on contact" spray. Each day after we continued to find alive bugs running around the mattress. The "spray" they use does just about as good as spraying water everywhere. They told me on the phone they do NOT SPECIALIZE IN TREATING BED BUGS. Yet my property management company continues to use them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! read more

We called a big name company, and they came at 4:30, then refused to help, because the bees were too high. We then called Beeline at 5 p.m. A most professional, prompt and pleasant technician, Jerome, came that night by 5:30, and sprayed immediately. He quoted a fixed fee, and even though there were some complications and he had to come back three more times and work into the evening, he honored his fee quote. Honest, knowledgeable and efficient. They took care of the problem without trying to sell us on an annual contract like the big name companies tried to push. I tired for 2 weeks to schedule my quarterly appointment - and someone FINALLY called me back. I stayed home from work during my 2-hour appointment window, and nobody showed up. I called and e-mailed to find out what happened and to see if someone could come later in the day. Nobody bothered to call me back or reply to the e-mails I sent the company. Thank you for screwing my entire day Beeline! You never showed up, nor did you call to explain why you weren't showing up. When I called during YOUR business hours over 15 times, nobody answered the phone! Don't worry though, I enjoy mice pooping all over my house so no rush. I know I'm just a renter, so you'll get your money one way or another and I'm sure thats all that matters to you. I would say that your company has the worst customer service ever. However, your customer service is non-existent, which is much worse. So, how many days do I need to take off while I sit around and wait for you to show up? Used this service and was nothing but problems. First, they are very difficult to reach and had to call many times to schedule appointments. Second, had my place sprayed for spiders and the impact was minimal. I called several times to have them come back. Gave me a 8-10 window to show up and never showed. Didn't call saying they were running late. Just no showed. read more

This company is awesome, and I mean awesome! We must live on an ant hill. So, I called Beeline and they came out. I could tell after the first application that it was working but we still had ants. They have come out several times, always with a smile and a great attitude. They never charged me another dime. Today, they came out and sprayed my whole yard - we must have a zillion colonies of ants out there and when he saw how many were still out there, he decided to take out the full ammo.... I'll post again to let you know how it worked, but from the results each time, I feel pretty certain that this last application should do the trick. At first, I thought I got lucky due to the great price. I was scheduled a slot from Saturday noon to 2pm. We were home the entire time painting and had our phone in the same room. We stayed at home until 4 pm and still had not heard anything from the office or technician. Disappointed, I called and left a message at 2pm. I did receive a call back Monday. The office stated they technician did come to our house and did call. Only thing is..... He didn't! I felt as though they were calling us liars. I set an appointment for Monday with a window from 11-1. At 12:45 I asked if they were still coming and found out they did not have me on the calendar. They apologized and reset the appointment for Tuesday from 2-4. The tech arrived at 2 and told me he was spraying only for spiders. I told him that I wanted to spray for spiders, hornets and the overall yard. He told me there was an additional $10.00 for the hornets and another $10.00 for the yard. This was not disclosed to me at any time. The tech did not seem to eager to remedy my situation. They did agree to take $10.00 off which I accepted but it did not fulfill my expectations. Finally the tech's truck left transmission and oil stains on my driveway. I will look at other pest control companies for continued service. read more

I initially tried a larger company and had a much higher quote, then issues with getting service completed. I called Beeline at the suggestion of my brother- and I am glad that I did. I called Beeline for a mouse problem at my office. The rep who came out was perfectly nice, but did not perform any kind of assessment to determine how and where they were getting in, etc. He put two or three bait traps around the office and called it good. This company has got it all. They have fantastic people in the office, amazing people working on the field, and are a great team all together. They helped get rid of mice and spiders.
