I asked for the work order that they could never produce. I reviewed my security cameras from the day they said they came, never had anyone but the UPS driver and the family members. I could honestly write a book on how bad our experience has been with this company. They don't return calls. Cancel appointments without notice. Charged our card TWICE IN ONE MONTH, for services we CANCELLED! We are still waiting on a refund. They will try and give you a "Credit" but if you're cancelling then a credit is pointless. Just a a way for them to keep your money and bet on you not using the service. They don't notify you before they charge. When you try and call to talk to someone, they are full of excuses and don't take ownership, or simply don't answer. Do not trust these guys, they will take your money and run. read more

They laid out their services options clearly and honestly, were very helpful in helping me understand the products and purpose behind what they were spraying, and the service was very effective in getting rid of our bug problem (earwigs, spiders, wasps, grasshoppers, etc). I would not recommend this company. Great initial first service but the each subsequent service was less than expected. Five minutes at the max! Plus they continued to charge my credit card after service was canceled and continued to schedule service. The most disappointing was the complete lack of customer service. Even after they charged my account for services I did not receive there was no apology only very curt messages in response. read more

These gentleman came to help with a mouse problem. They were polite and did a thorough job investigating and giving me all the information I needed (and setting the trap which caught the mouse!). Were definitely the best price quoted and didn't even charge the full mount based on the minor situation. I also love that they are a family business. Three young gentlemen came out to the house to help us with raccoon that was in the chimney and they were great. Polite and professional. They left two humane traps on the roof overnight. When we discovered the next morning that the Wiley Raccoon had found his own way out and was gone, the young men came to pick up the traps and there was no charge!! Thanks you guys!!!! read more

I had someone from this company show up at my door today even though I have a very clear "No Soliciting" sign up. I live in Commerce City and door to door soliciting is illegal. Soliciting, especially with the line that "Your Truck" is in the neighborhood and this is a "one-time offer" and no business card is probably not the best tactic when trying to score new business. read more

At first, we had a good experience. We auto-paid and service was reliable. But then we moved out of state and attempted to cancel. It took a few attempts to reach Tyler and confirm. This is where things got iffy. Days after I cancelled I saw an employee pull up to treat the lawn. I let him know I had cancelled and he said it would mark that and left. Weeks later, I saw a charge and notice that we had been treated again. Once again I emailed, texted and left a voicemail requesting a refund and cancellation. I received a text from Tyler confirmation cancellation, but there was no apology or explanation. Again, 4 weeks later I got a text and voicemail confirming our treatment the following day. AGAIN I sent a text and left a voicemail that we had cancelled, did not live at that address or even in state, and NOT to charge us. At this point, I let Tyler know that if we were charged again, I would have to notify my financial institution that it was fraud. The response from Tyler "you have been removed". No explanation, no apology. Nothing. Do not use this company, unless you don't plan to EVER stop. read more

So we were on our way out of town when the salesman stopped by our house. We made the mistake of signing a contract without reading over it first, but again, we were trying to get out of the house for a vacation. The salesman told us we could cancel at any time so I said okay. My husband and I would have NEVER signed up for something we couldn't cancel at any time. Now this company is charging me $89 and not contacting me to tell ask me when they can come spray. Therefore, they just come when they want and spray the outside of my house, not the inside like they are supposed to and still charge me $89. They always come when I'm at work. First, they should not be soliciting in my neighborhood, second, they should tell their sales people to be honest, this guy was not. Third, they should answer my phone call just once (they NEVER answer the phone) and they should have better customer service. Again, if I would have known we couldn't cancel when we wanted to, we would have not signed up. Our mistake for not taking the time to read the fine print, but I would think if they were a top notch company they would consider the fact that their salesman lied. Very frustrating. read more
