Bad communication and poor customer service. they told me they would come out and spray at 9 in the morning and left me waiting around after I moved all my furniture away from the walls and didn't return my calls or text all day until 5 at night to let me know Zack messed up on the schedule and couldn't get me in for a spray. he offered a free spray for the next day but i was letting him know I wasn't happy and frustrated with the lack of communication. after explaining he doesn't have his phone on him for 9 hours so no one can get a hold of him not even employees. i called bs on it and he didnt like it because I don't like being lied to and he told me at a drop of a hat he's done with min and my parents business. dropped 2 customers just because of lack of communication on his part. Very cheap price but you get what you pay for. read more

Zach was incredible at solving my pest problem. He responded almost immediately to my inquiry and was able to come out that same weekend. He was incredibly punctual, informative, and communicative. He answered any questions I had and was on top of retrieving the animals that were caught and closing up my roof so no more could get in. He also took care to communicate between me and my landlady so everyone was informed and kept up to date. My pest problem was solved within a week. These guys are the best! I had raccoons in my attic last winter and called another company to help. They didn't really look around, put a trap on the roof and never came back. Then I called Critter Removers, they did a thorough inspection of my roof and found six entry points for the raccoons. They put up several traps and even a video camera to monitor what was happening. I had just had surgery and they very kindly came every day to check my traps because I couldn't do it myself. Once they were sure all the raccoons were gone, they helped me seal up the entry points. I hope you don't have raccoons but if you do I would call these guys first. read more

Critter removers started out great. Kept coming to get the animals, Then they were releasing the same raccoons and skunks to be caught again. 9 raccoons and 5 skunks ? Can you imagine. It's unheard of at 125 a head why wouldn't they just release them and charge me, probably just because I live in park city. What out for these guys. Zach and his team are amazing! I had a squirrel in my houses down couldn't get it to leave. I called Critter Removers and Zach had it trapped and out in mere minutes! He then did a whole house inspection, noting that there were several potential entry points. We had him close them up, he did an excellent and very thorough job. We've not had any problems since. After a raccoon set up shop in our chimney, we called a pest company. They were unable to get our new tenant to budge after a week+ of trying. So we called Zach at Critter removers. He was at our house within a few hours of calling and helped us evict the very stubborn raccoon. Zach was quick and effective and made sure the job was done right. Zach is amazing! I never expected we would have two badgers decide to make a home in our backyard. Although they were super cute, we have young children and from everything I read, badgers can be very dangerous. Zach was super responsive - set two traps for us within a day of calling. He ended up catching both of them over two weeks (1 the first night and the other came back a week or so later). He picked them up right away as well. This company was subcontracted by ecosheild to come remove insulation from my attic so ecosheild could install new insulation. They were here 2 days removing the old insulation. At some point during the second day one of the 2 employees here stole my wife's wedding ring and her heirloom grandmas wedding ring. This has been devastating to us. Although we should of thought about keeping our closet door closed where they were working it never crossed our mind that someone would have the audacity to actually steal from a home they were working in. We have the police investigating. One of my biggest disappointments is this owner of Critter Removers hasn't even cared to call and talk with us about it. As we looked into his company we found that he actually posted on his face book that he had a run of dishonest and unethical employees. So I do not recommend letting this company into your home unless you're willing to risk them stealing something that is of value to you and your family. read more

This my first experience utilizing such a service. I really didn't know where to start. But there was definitely a critter making a racket in the crawl space directly above our bedroom. Critter Removers handled the matter professionally and expeditiously, quickly identifying the issue as a squirrel, and trapping and removing the offending squirrel, and at a reasonable price. They also installed the shielding needed to close the holes that provided access for this squirrel, and could have been used by other critters in the future. We called Zach when we had raccoons in our roof, right above my kids' rooms, that another place couldn't trap. He came out within a few hours, and found the entry points and came up with a game plan. The raccoons left and we had a horrible smell above my son's closet. They came out and gutted the closet and found two dead raccoons that had fallen in the wall, tore out the mess, sprayed/fogged, and patched up the entry points. We had a raccoon invading our attic space. They came out promptly and set up cameras to watch their habits and set traps in the yard. They were able to catch the raccoon and seal up spaces that were invaded. We were very happy to have a quick removal! read more

As far as a response time goes, these guys were very quick. As far as how things were handled, I wasn't super impressed. I had Raccoons in my chimney, a mother and 2 or 3 babies. I agreed to a price with Critter Removers and they came to figure it out. Before looking at the problem and after agreeing to a price, I was told he would reach through my fireplace vent and remove the critters. After he assessed what was going on, he realized he wasn't able to do that. He tried forcing them out from the top of the chimney with some kind of long rod that looked like an old chimney sweep tool. He wasn't successful with that either. He had one more option, he left to the store and came back with a bottle of ammonia and a giant sponge with some kite string. He soaked the sponge in ammonia, tied it to the string and lowered it into my chimney. After a day the raccoons were gone. So he did the job, not as soon as he said, and he didn't guarantee that the sponge would even work. I felt I payed way more for the service that I received. I payed $200 for a sponge, some string soaked in ammonia. I didn't argue because I had agreed to the cost but I feel that he being the business owner should realize he was not being fair especially since he couldn't even guarantee they would go away. With the products he used along with his time, I feel that I should have paid only half that, and I feel even that is being generous. It is what it is but if you have raccoons in your chimney, save yourself $200, soak a giant sponge in ammonia and tie it to some kite string to lower it down into your chimney. It will probably cost you all of $15. read more
