Worst customer service I've experienced at this location. On March 30, 2026, Laila was immediately dismissive and visibly annoyed--eye-rolling and acting impatient over basic questions. I remained calm and even offered to go to another employee. Instead of handling it professionally, she snapped and tried to blame me. Thankfully, Stephanie stepped in and handled the situation the way it should have been from the start. This was unprofessional and unacceptable. I've never had an issue here before, but this needs to be addressed. read more

I moved to this area from Mobile AL in June of 2024. Thought it was high time I give them a review. They have always been extremely helpful and patient with me. I especially like the store better now that it is wide open and it's cooler getting rid of the walls. Also, whoever had the idea to put up signs to strictly enforce the 10 minute parking in front of their store is to be commended. Trying to find a parking place in the past and lug in boxes could sometimes be a little trying with Johnny Macs next door. I am there a minimum of once a week. We had three extremely unique items that we needed to ship home from my late brother's estate - they included a painting, a large circular Asian style table, and a 70-year-old mounted deer head. Cloe took the time to explain everything carefully to us including pricing and shipping method. Our shipments were expensive but of course we were anticipating that. About a week later all three packages arrived in Michigan and to our delight everything arrived in perfect condition. It was clear to us that Cloe had taken the time to package everything very carefully as if the items were her own. We had one shot at getting these family heirloom's home, and the UPS store helped us achieve our goal. I would recommend their services without hesitation. read more

Went in to send an over night package to Tennessee. There were 2 employees working, a guy and a gal. When my turn came up, it was with the gal. She was not pleasant or friendly at all and gave off the attitude that I was an inconvenience to her. I don't know if overnight service has just one option or others because she never asked. I still had to purchase a box (which, by the way was marked on the shelf as $3.99 but when I looked at my receipt, I was charged $4.50). Mind you, it was one of their boxes but the gal still measured it. Then the real surprise ~ overnight for a box measuring no more than 4X8X2 ~ $105. I know times are tough and the prices for everything have gone up, but really??? Meanwhile, the other employee, the guy, was friendly and helpful to his customers AND he must've helped 4-6 people while my gal was still helping me. If I ever need to use this UPS store again I would wait for the guy and let some other poor unfortunate soul get stuck with this unpleasant and unprofessional gal. read more

I shipped a very small package to friends that left their keys to their place in the Bay Area at home. Just a car key to their BMW...expensive to replace. I shipped on a Saturday to arrive Tuesday. Two-day Air. It was $39.00. It did not arrive until a week later. My friends also had to pay for a locksmith to replace the key. I heard NOTHING back from them. No apology, no explanation, no money back. Do not go to UPS! The USPS is far more reliable! read more

I have been going to this particular store for more than 10 years probably more like 13 but anyway I was in the store a few days ago. There were two or three others in line. Nothing crazy. A very disgruntled younger looking lady very rudely asked the older woman in front of me how many returns were in her bag. She said 5. The ups employee then asked me how many returns were in my bag. I said same as her 5. She then proceeded to tell us to stop bringing in so many returns at once. It confuses the employees. In my opinion that's really poor customer service. She was very snippy and quite inconvenienced by everyone's returns. I actually didn't even finish my business there. After a couple returns I told her thats all and left for another ups store where the server is better. This store used to have great service. I'm not sure what's changed that. I don't want to do business somewhere where they make me feel like I have to apologize for bothering them with my business. read more

This is my regular ups for my shipping needs. I visited today (1/5/26) and an older woman was being "helped" ahead of me, seemed to be requesting a document to be notarized for a family member in the hospital. The employee was completely rude and insensitive to the situation. Impatiently explained that the sick family member needed to be present. I understand that at the time the store was busy and it might be frustrating to have to explain to customers how things are supposed to work, but to be unkind? She said to the woman "if she cant come in you'll have to find someone else who can go to the hospital" with a very snippy tone. It was sad to see the look on the woman's face as she was leaving, obviously discouraged. I looked at her directly as I was next in line to send a package and she said "Sorry hun, don't have a computer" and the turns around, audibly sighs, tossing packages into a pile. Given the choice, Ill drive a little further to a different location if that is considered acceptable treatment of customers. read more

I dropped of a large package on a Saturday and paid for extra insurance. The clerk examined the package and accepted it without incident. On Monday, the store called and said that the box I provided was insufficient and they would not honor the extra insurance I purchased. There are a few problems with this: 1) The box was absolutely fine; it was used to ship an item from Japan to here, safely. The item was also packed with ample bubble wrap and foam paper. Obviously the manager was too lazy to notice this. 2) The store would not refund the extra insurance I purchased. 3) The clerk offered to repack the item with the store's materials, but I would have to come in and pay an additional $70. This is something that should have been communicated on my initial visit. Overall, I am unimpressed with this store's service. If you have to use UPS then you're much better off going to a proper UPS location rather than a franchised "store" that's managed poorly. read more

This location deserves zero stars! Do not use this location to ship time sensitive letters/packages. You may be forwarded to a third party servicer, they will take your hard earned money and UPS will take no responsibilty for a late delivery! Cora, the manager simply blamed the new employee and stated that I needed to be more understanding that she has new employees? She was absolutely horrible and has no customer service skills. Today I stopped at this Ups location, (closest location) (Henderson) expecting to get some print outs done, as It was my turn to use the computer I tried my best to combine my assignment together on their computer! Eventually I asked for help, both younger male & female both did their best to help, even called their manager to ask for help, idk why but the phone was passed on to me to explain myself "Manager" was unable to help me and ended the conversation! I did a couple print outs that didn't even print the way I wanted no color & size wise was just horrible, as I'm walking out older lady ask me if I was gonna pay , politely I replied no, & said they didn't come out the way I wanted them & doesn't even have color, she then ignored me & gave me a ugly attitude! I had to walk away!! Sorry but not coming back here for any kind of assignments or delivery services!! I utilize UPS Stores all over the metro when dealing with business and nonprofits that I either own or manage. The experience at this location was one of the most horrific experiences I have ever had. (1) because I knew my transaction was going to take a bit longer, I wanted the representative to help the people in line behind me first, but initially she immediately started arguing. (2) 99% of the time I am offered pack and ship services for multiple items. Today I was instructed that I needed to buy a roll of tape and could tape them together. Ummmm odd, but ok. (3) while in the store I was advised that they would take my packages this time but not again in the future... wtf? And then (4) another, absolutely rude lady called me and advised I may have to come get them because ups may not take them taped! No shit, that's why I was confused why the lady helping me recommended that when I otherwise was trying to ask for pack and ship services. I tried to explain this on the phone to the rep who called me and she would not allow me to even ask the question if their location even offered pack and ship, she continuously just talked over me with out any regard for my question or the poor service that was received at this location, and then hung up on me when I did try and ask my question regarding pack and ship again. As a long time UPS store customer with multiple businesses and nonprofits that utilize UPS store services throughout the Las Vegas area, we have never been treated so poorly and provided with such poor customer service. I would highly recommend going out of your way to a different location if you want to be treated like a valued customer, given accurate recommendations, and assisted with your business .... But if you want to be argued with and given poor recommendations, I guess this location is for you. read more

It takes them DAYS to find packages after they're delivered there. This is something that keeps happening-not just once.

My husband's business has a mailbox here and we ship a ton of packages here. Showed up today 8 minutes before close to drop off some personal packages from Amazon that were in boxes ready to go and was told she couldn't help me as she was the only employee and had a ton to ship for one customer. Left but immediately came back in to say they were just Amazon packages because I knew it was just a scan and was told"I'm sure they are but we will be open tomorrow." The way she spoke was horrible and the poor customer she was currently helping I'm sure didn't feel great as this employee made it seem like it was her fault she couldn't help other people. Also, shame on management leaving an employee by themselves at close..super dangerous. Think we will start using the Lake mead location in hopes of better customer service read more

Please read all reviews for this location. I have to say I was hesitant to come here but I needed an urgent notary and not much places were open. I called first. The gentleman that answered the phone was nice and informative. Said they did notary, notary available today, Sunday, by 4pm. Customer service: Mr Lawrence Bright, was nice, very helpful, great conversation, and was thorough and quick during my notary. There were 2 other customers that walked in after me, he greated/addressed both, he scanned in one drop off that took a few seconds. He then continued with my notary. I am very pleased with his excellent customer service. I thought he was the owner. Passionate about doing a good job and helping people. Outside: part of a strip mall, parking was tough, medium size lot but very full. Inside: clean, good lighting, no where to sit if you had to wait. Highly recommended if you are in the area and Lawrence is working. read more

Ok, so a UPS store is not something I would usually review... However I was just looking up the phone number and saw the poor reviews for this place. I'm puzzled?? So about me... I don't like shipping things. Whenever I have a difficult item, or I'm too lazy/busy to go stand in line at the post office, I come here. The staff has always been super friendly and patient with me. Last time I was here they got my package all ready to go and I realized it couldn't go USPS as i had originally planned. She had already processed it for USPS:/ she took the time to change it to UPS and was very kind and patient about it all. I still feel bad, but she was super nice about it. They are pretty expensive, if they package your item... but it's a specialty store so I guess you get what you pay for. read more

I usually go to the UPS store for many years. It is more expensive but don't have to stand in longer lines at the USPS. It is busier than usual due to holiday shipping, which was expected. Poorly run UPS store. It makes sense since the manager, Kaihlani, is completely incompetent. She has no clue as to what the term customer service actually means. It's a foreign concept to her. Plus, she errs on the side of being untruthful! The parent company, Cobblestone Nevada, LLC, really needs to consider sending her to numerous management seminars. If I could give zero stars, then I would. I keep reading the reviews about some rude lady working here, and I wonder if it is the same one that I ran across on Friday. Older woman with short red hair and a very snotty attitude. I went in on Thursday to overnight a package. I paid $73.05 With an expected delivery date of Friday. On Saturday morning, I saw that the package still hadn't been delivered to my brother, so I went in to ask about it. I was told it was sent USPS, even though no one asked me if I wanted it sent that way. I checked my USPS tracking and it said it would be delivered the following Tuesday, even though I paid $73.05 for it to be delivered the next day. I went back and talked to the same lady with short red hair, who basically shrugged her shoulders and told me I needed to take it up with the post office. I told her that I learned my lesson and wouldn't be back. She replied that it works both ways, so I guess that meant she wouldn't help me again. She could barely be bothered to help me because she was so busy wiping the counter off. I have been to many stores and restaurants in my life and I have never been treated so rudely. I will not be back, and I will let every family member and friend no to stay far away from this "business." read more
