I stopped by for a scheduled appointment through FieldPrint for fingerprints. The machine is digital and they use a clear liquid on the fingers to help make the prints more noticeable. It took a couple of tries to get my prints dark enough, but they eventually took and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, including verifying my identity and completing the digital signature. A week later I'm checking to see if Amazon issued my return yet and it only shows that 2 out of the 6 items I brought to this UPS were scanned in and in route back to the warehouse for return. So it in fact was not fine because she did not scan all of my items. Again, I asked if she needed to scan all of the QR codes and she said no. So now I have to contact Amazon and resolve this with them. It's an inconvenience and an issue that could have been avoided if she took the time to scan all of the QR codes.
