She listened to what we wanted, gave clear suggestions that helped us realize our vision, and generally made sure that the whole day ran smoothly. On the day of the ceremony, Jeanie arrived on time and kept to the schedule. She captured a good mixture of posed and candid photos throughout the building and with all guests without making us feel rushed. We got the sneak peek photos even faster than we expected--just a few days after the wedding--and the full album came not long after that. The shoot was set up by another friend mind you, so he was the one in contact with versie. Monday afternoon versie sends my friend an email saying he needed to reschedule because he forgot he had another client? Okaaaay. We then made arrangements for Wednesday night. Wednesday comes, we were scheduled to meet at the gym at 1am. Me and my friend arrive at 12:30, 1 o clock comes and no versie. My friend calls him twice, his phone goes straight to voice mail. We wait til 1:30 before we ultimately call it what it is and leave. The next day we get an email from versie stating that he no longer wants to go through with our shoot for 2 reasons: one, because he called the gym and asked if a shoot was scheduled to which the employee there answered no and 2, because he didn't feel safe in that area after dark.... First of all, we had already made arrangements with versie stating that a friend at the gym would let us in to shoot, it was made clear that this wasn't something the gym management would know about. So okay I get that maybe he became hesitant and didnt want to break rules, but why leave your client hanging waiting for you at the gym at 1:30 in the morning!! Instead of calling us earlier in the day and canceling, he confirmed at 10pm that the shoot was still on, knowing he wasn't coming, and then turned his phone off so he couldn't be reached. Very unprofessional. I see versie has nothing but good reviews so I don't know what happened this time. Maybe some clients are more important than others.

The studio is run by a lovely couple who are professional, fun, and know exactly what they're doing. Erika has an eye for detail and suggested a bunch of poses that best suited my family. She even brought out a steamer when she noticed wrinkles on my son's dress shirt and even helped me touch up my makeup in their super cute glam room. She interacted with my kids during the entire shoot and got them to laugh/smile in all the photos! Her husband Johnny was quick with the camera and captured so many great shots. They were both so easy to work with and literally have everything you need. I can't recommend this place enough!

My husband and I are not comfortable in front of the camera but they made each moment natural and organic (they have funny and easy to follow tips). Side note: they actually might have ESP because they just really "got" us. We also received MANY compliments from friends and family on how much they loved Jiyeon and Torian. Our single friends wanted to hire them for their future weddings, and the married ones wished they had. Jiyeon has been amazing from the very beginning through my shoot that finally happened today. She is genuinely a friendly person and very professional. Everything is on point from our first point of contact , through contracts, to ongoing communication and photo session! She even sends a welcome packet and suggestions for what to wear and also a list of links of where to get pretty, affordable and diverse lingerie. My photoshoot was smooth and such an amazing and liberating experience. I was soooo nervous last that I couldn't fall asleep, and when I did-I kept waking up thinking I was oversleeping. When I got in there was tons of parking lot space, I came prepared with 2 coats, a kimono robe, a few off the shoulder sweaters, my favorite jacket and my boyfriends jacket that he wore when we first met. I also brought a few lingerie pieces and body suits, with some individual pieces to mix and match, 2 heels and a pair of sneakers. Be prepared to have things easy to transport as the studio is on the 2nd floor (I had a bag and carry on luggage). Her location is cute, and very clean with lots of natural lighting. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Jiyeon and Jessica (Jessica does hair and makeup). They were both super friendly and conversation was easy and made me feel so at ease and more like we were strangers just meeting. Also, if you're not used to these types of shoots you probably might want to lay off caffeine til after your shoot to keep you from being antsy and jittery since you already may be nervous or anxious. Jessica Did my hair and makeup and took a look at my wardrobe and asked if I had any styles that I liked or disliked and since I've been living in sweats this whole pandemic I chose to be bold and add color to my eyes for an extra pop, and I loved my hair and makeup! We started with a casual outfit and this helps with getting you comfortable in front of the camera, then Jiyeon helped me get my sexy outfits together. And we got it done!! Jiyeon made me feel at ease, and made me feel like a badass, beautiful woman! . I had so much fun! If you've been thinking about doing this...just do it!! Soooo liberating and such an experience. If pricing is what's holding you back, she has different packages and options, and also has a payment plan agreement. 5 stars all the way!!! Sorry if my review is all over-I just feel so amazing and my minds all over the place.
