Bought a faulty proxy from them. You are better off just ordering straight from the manufactures like puffco because they offer zero customer service. The manager actually hung up on me after calling them out that the cashier had told me mine wasn't the only faulty one sold. Little to no transparency or honesty at these shops anymore and it's sad when a manager gets emotional rather than providing customer service. I'd only been shopping there for 10+ years. STORE SELLS FAKE JUUL PODS Purchased a 4 pack of Mango juul pods today. It was their "last pack". After coming home I noticed immediately that the coloring was different compared to a regular mango juul pod, also the wick was longer than usual and the metal connectors on the bottom are bent out of shape, making it so it cannot even stand straight. After tasting a pod, it was clear this was not an official juul mango pod, as I've been through hundreds of them. Also missing is the Batch ID located on the inside of the pack. If they are skimping on products like this that are supposed to be from a reputable vendor imagine the other shortcuts they take with other items in their stock, like their glass products, which they sell for hundreds of dollars. read more

I stopped by this place last Friday to purchase a backup vape as my main one broke as I got to ATL. For starters, I purchased the vape and wasn't sold the battery with it- keep in mind I'm a little air headed at this point I get home and put this bad boy together and notice NO BATTERY! I then call the shop and let them know about the transaction and the gentleman proceeds to tell me that "the lady who took care of me was new and that he apologizes" he also encourages me to stop back in to grab a battery. Okay, so fast forward to me getting the battery and rolling my eyes at the situation- Lesss than a damn week later, the vape doesn't turn on anymore. This vape wasn't the cheapest either! I am so beyond pissed! I give them a call hoping that they are either able to help me fix it or exchange it- they then tell me that there is NOTHING THAT they can do. These guys are GREAT! I'm new-ish to the scene. Things are changing so much today in the world of cbd, flowers, hemp, devices. I had just purchased a battery before leaving to come to Marietta for next two weeks for surgery. The store I purchased it from never let me know it needed to be charged via USB port not a block charger! So it didn't work after recommended 12 hr charge. We stopped at Publix and found right down the road was a smoke shop.. BEES ! I called they gave instructions and better yet they explained upon purchase of NEW BATTERY I should ONLY use USB. The shop was clean. Filled to the brim with items I'd loved to have looked at. I will return for sure. My customer service associate wore a mask, was friendly and answered any questions. He was a human price machine! Seriously point to an item ask the price- he knew it. He also knew about each product I inquired about. Thank you for your help. I encourage all those suffering from pain, Nausea, appetite loss, insomnia , depression, anxiety. To really look into cbd and the new flower hemp on market. Worst place ever. Bought a smok pod system after three weeks it stopped working and leaking so much juice. I went to the store they didn't wanna exchange for a new one said no returns or warranty! What is wrong with you? I always go buy stuff doesnt work and cant return. You should tell you customer....Now have a great day plus you lost a customer with this non sense. DONT buy here!! There are much better places these guys dont take any returns or warranties which are mandatory from the sellers that make these devices. Going to call Smok soon and let them know about this scam. The lady in the store told me i would overcharge my batter in the pod. I laughed so hard....Lithium ION batteries lady cannot be overcharged...It shuts off before that even happens or why do you think your phone doesnt explode when you leave it on the charger.....
