When I opened the door to see if there was anyone I could check with, Dr. Kohatsu was standing in the doorway of the room next to me continuing chatting with a patient about the things not related to an OBGYN visit (there was no rush). I walked back to the waiting area and told the front desk person that I waited for an hour and I would like to leave. She didn't even apologize, just issued my consultation refund and said, "Have a great day." On my way back, I received a call from the office to tell me that they were sorry that they were running behind. The person didn't even ask me if I want to reschedule, she just said that they were sorry for running behind. When I responded that running behind is ok, but what's not ok is to leave people waiting for an hour without any communication. She hung up on me. Just rude unprofessional people.
