Now, I'm being told there is a one-year limit yet the company cannot produce any written policy or terms supporting that claim. WHERE IS THIS SUPPOSED EXPIRATION DATE??? When I requested escalation, I was met with resistance and disrespect by "Mindy Holmes," who claimed to be a national manager and insisted there is "no one above her." She kept saying she is the person and thats it! Who ever made her in charge should rethink their decision. When I first reached out again, it was to buy more packages, but after this treatment never ever!!!! The combination of changing terms after purchase, lack of written disclosures, and refusal to escalate is deeply concerning and reflects poorly on the company's integrity. I expect this matter to be corrected promptly AND DEMAND CONTACT FROM AN OWNER OR SOMEONE WHO CARES ABOUT CLIENTS.

The injury occurred on a Friday evening and the next morning my son could not fully extend his knee and had a bit of a limp while walking. We went in for Cryo mid morning the next day and by the evening, he was able and fully extend his knee and said it was 90% of the way healed. I haven't even touched on the best part, which is the owner, John. Amazing individual who truly puts customer service at the top of his list. My experience with this office taught me one thing, advocating for yourself is incredibly critical…read more I told them that I had very sensitive skin and an allergy to adhesive. No instructions were given to me post surgery on how to keep the wound covered and clean without using bandaids just a generic wound care sheet. When I called a few days later after a rash appeared because I had to use bandaids to keep it covered, I was treated so rudely and they were incredulous that I hadn't been using telfa pads. The nurse repeated on the phone multiple times that they knew I had the allergy like it was my fault that they didn't give me instructions for alternate wound care.. Then when they removed the stitches a few days later, they used a chemical cleaner and steri strips on the incision that caused my skin to bubble with fluid filled blisters. My skin literally peeled off and bleed when I removed the strips 48hrs later. They told me to keep them on for 5 days but I couldn't do it due to the level of discomfort I was experiencing. As part of my intake, I made it very clear that I was allergic to adhesive and have an increased reaction to when my skin is prepped with disinfectant before an adhesive bandage is applied. When I went in to have them look, no one apologized. I was told, you do have sensitive skin, just let it heal. This whole experience was completely avoidable. I've had to deal with constant rash, itching and discomfort for over two weeks and am worried about scaring due to how bad the blisters and skin peeling have been. The area of blisters is a 2in x 3in area with a rash that spread to my entire upper arm. While the surgery did what it was supposed to, I will never return to this office and highly recommend people look elsewhere.
