Wow - I'm absolutely blown away by the treatment I just received! Liona combines Hawaiian lomilomi, massage cupping, gua sha, hot and cool stones and other modalities for a really unique massage experience-unlike any I've had before. Her massage worked out some serious chronic tension in my neck and shoulders, as well as my calves (from hiking yesterday). She included splendid hot aromatherapy towels on my feet and neck, plus gave me a head massage. I felt pampered from head to toe! My skin looks fantastic after 3 months of using Pavita skin care. Pores are smaller, general tone is more even and my skin is really soft. The Holistic Rejuvenation oil is the best facial oil I have ever used. It firms my skin as well as softens wrinkles. Some other products I am testing are the Vital Mist, which speaks for itself! It's vital to the beauty treatments and helps spread out the different products she offers onto the skin, such as the Hawaiian Honeylift and the Blue Butterfly Balm. The Hawaiian Honey Lift makes me feel like I'm Cleopatra with my nightime skin treatment times. Using the Vital Mist to spread the Hawaiin Honeylift on my face and neck, I am able to use a little bit of it to go a long way! I usually do only nighttime masks, but with her variety of products she's inspiring me to take care of my skin in the morning as well to cleanse the skin, all while I'm cooking lunch and making breakfast before heading into the shower. Easy to integrate! But after digressing, going back to the Hawaiian Honeylift, my skin feels stimulated to receive all the benefits it offers. Afterward I then use the Vital Mist to spread and blend out the Blue Butterfly Balm onto my face and neck leaving it smelling and feeling good! I found Maui Bliss on Yelp and decided to schedule a massage and facial due to the excellent reviews. Liona exceeded my expectations. Since it was my first time there, we began with a consultation over tea and cookies. She has a lovely dedicated treatment room. All of her products are natural and smell and feel wonderful. The massage included dry skin brushing, two types of cupping to relieve muscle stress and release toxins, hot stones, and various massage techniques to work out the kinks. The facial included facial cupping, a treatment to dissolve blackheads, masks, toners, and moisturizers. Liona also massaged my face. She tailored both treatments to my needs. Liona is wonderful! You can tell she has a ton of experience with the way she massages. She takes a lot of care to make sure you are supported during your session. Right when I walked in she had water, tea, and gluten free cookies for me! Wow! I had a 75 minute facial where she did some facial cupping on me and even gave a sampling of cupping on my back with hot stones. She makes all of her own products too and they smell so good! I'm now trying out some consecutive cupping sessions for skin tightening. The cupping feels surprisingly comforting! Unfortunately, I have not had the time to use Liona in over a year. I have seen her many times, and each time, it was heaven. She uses different techniques than I had had used on me, and each time, the pain is gone. Her use of heat, stones and just her hands, is perfect when you need to relax. I had never had the hot stone treatment, and I would do that every day if I had time. A big fan!! This was my 2nd treatment with Liona and I received massage therapy, facial, and cupping combo. This was not a cookie-cutter experience. This was many years experience and training turned into an art form in motion. The massage with warm stone.. was nurturing, yet penetrating. For Valentine's day, my boyfriend treated me to a massage and facial with Liona Shareing at Maui Bliss Spa. I've had massages and facials before, but this was unlike any other I'd ever experienced and it was really extraordinary. Liona uses hot rocks and cupping as well as Hawaiian massage, all of which were totally relaxing and left me feeling like I was floating on a cloud. The facial was amazing! Liona uses her own line of pure, natural, organic products that she has developed herself, and they are the best! I was so impressed with the improvement in how I felt and how my face looked after only one treatment, I eagerly purchased a series of treatments from her which included 8 facials & massages and a set of her products to try. After 6 treatments I truly feel so much better about how I look. I'm 65 years old and have been under a lot of stress over the last year.....and it's shown up on my face with an increasing deepening of wrinkles and other signs of aging on my skin. After 6 of her l facials and a month of using her products, I can definitely see a noticeable softening of wrinkles and a firming of my skin especially around my jowls and neck. The lines on my forehead are greatly softened and the vertical lines between my brows, from years of squinting, are all but gone....it's amazing!
