The facility was easy to find and when I walked into the crowded waiting room, I was Immediately greeted by the staff at the desk and checked in. In under 10 minutes from my arrival, I was in a patient gown and ready for my MRI. I told the technician of my fear of getting into the MRI machine and she said she would talk me through the process and stop the scan on my request if needed. As I was getting the scan the technician told me how long each scan would last (2 minutes, 4 minutes, etc....) and she asked if I was OK after each of the images were generated. Before I knew it, the scan was over and I was told we were done. Your staff did a great job in helping me ease my fear, and I will be back when I need new images for my doctors. Thanks, Kevin Oster

He explained everything to me and even showed me how to use them properly... once I received my contacts he reached out a few weeks later to see how things were! That made me feel good it showed me that they cared most establishments don't go the extra mile and do things like that! Typically they aren't busy so you can get in and out fast!

The office is bright, serenely decorated, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. We were warmly greeted as soon as we walked in and felt very pampered and well taken care of. This was the first time my daughter tried the IV Therapy and they explained the whole process and the benefits of IV Vitamin Infusions. This was not my first time getting the infusion so I knew what to expect. Dr. Banfield easily got us set up which is amazing considering both my daughter and I are notorious for being challenging to successfully find a vein at the first go. We were very comfortable and relaxed during our session and even took advantage of getting additional saline to get extra hydrated for only $10 extra (it costs significantly more than that where I live). After being set up, Dr.Banfield gave us some privacy to relax and rejuvenate, checking in on us often to ensure we were ok. When we were done checking out and paying was very easy and quick. My daughter works full-time and goes to law school at night and not even 5mins after we left she told me how amazing and energized she felt and that she's convinced that this is something that she needs to do as part of her self-care...I couldn't agree more! The whole experience was professional, inviting/friendly, and custom-tailored. The cost of the services were the most affordable compared to other places I researched and there were no hidden fees or trying to upsell us any additional services or products (which I greatly appreciate). Dr. Banfield and her staff made us feel like we we knew them for years and really made the whole time fun and full of laughter and joy. This was the best mother-daughter day ever!
