CARPET PLUS…read more.. Carpets Plus have used them a few times most times it's been five star quality and service. This time started off as five stars with owner Roberto who coordinates everything for you over the phone with your quote and sends the crew promptly out to your home. The carpets typically turn out looking great with a really nice pattern leaving your floors to dry so nice and the smell so fresh. However, let me tell you this time was not the case. It started out a really great experience contacted Roberto. He sent his guys out within an hour. But when they arrived they tried to haggle me with the price I had to show them the quote on my phone from Roberto and they questioned me more. Things occurred while they were there that I really didn't care for. I asked them to clean my carpets in my car from pet damage I had already preordered this service from Roberto over the phone. Again, they haggled me with pricing and wanted to charge me more than what it cost for me to get the house. Because my car was so damaged I needed to get it cleaned right away, so I went with a price that they quoted me. Following that they wanted to give me a half done job and only do half my car and leave the front seats and floor undone that pretty much upset me because the carpets and seating area was just as much damaged. I felt like I had to twist their arm just to stay and do the rest of my car to complete the job. Upon them leaving my car keys went missing caused me great anxiety. I found them underneath my car after looking everywhere for an hour. I never took my eyes off these guys cleaning. They look like they work pretty hard, but once everything started to dry later that day, my entire home and car smelled like wet dog and has continued to smell dirty. I contacted Roberto following this. He said he was gonna "send the guys back out to check on it". This was three days ago. Nothing has happened. Since then, I have sprayed sanitizer in my car and home just to make it seem better, but I paid a lot of money to get the service that I didn't get this time and for that I needed to lower my satisfaction with their job. It was incomplete, unprofessional and I have lost trust with this company.
