Wycoff Environmental was recommended to me by my mold remediation company, as I had previously utilized "Amazon" mold detectors. I was advised these DYI mold tests are thrown out in Court, so I needed a legitimate test. Jenny was professional, timely, knowledgeable and patient. I called her on a Thursday, she was at my house on a Friday. The reports were exceedingly detailed and included photographs and the company credentials. By Friday afternoon (same day), Jenny called me to go over the findings. By Tuesday, I had a PDF of the report (Monday was a national holiday). The Fee for the testing was reasonable and customary, and I was able to provide my attorney with this new data to help my case. When you don't know what to do and who to call, contacting Wycoff Environmental is a step in the right direction.

After notifying the appropriate parties (Travelers and American Home Shield), we had both PuroClean and Advanced Home Services come out. Thankfully, both confirmed there were no active leaks, and we were good to move forward with drywall repairs. Even after involving both sets of realtors, the buyers started to get cold feet, expressing concerns about potential mold. This is despite their home inspection confirming there was no mold on the report (something we found out from our realtor). I searched "mold inspection" here on Yelp and found this company. I called to ask about pricing and availability and was pleasantly surprised. Despite some unfortunate setbacks, scheduling became an issue; however, that was able to resolved. Oliver came by while there was still a 4x4 hole in our garage ceiling. He did a thorough inspection of the plumbing. The result? No mold. And even better, no charge. They only did what the property management did, and then they said it came back negative, so we got a $1500 bill. Be very careful when using this company we never approved for any of the things that they did and yet we got a $1500 bill. And yet we still know there is mold, but they will not do a swap test cause the property management won't allow it.

I called a trusted friend who is a project manager for a major homebuilder & he referred Ian Simon, owner to me. Ian even returned my call on Easter Sunday & promptly scheduled an appointment to assess the situation. Ian & his son, Kasey found the leak, cut the drywall do everything could dry out & the plumber could fix the leak. After the repair they came back to inspect that there was no residual moisture or mold. Everything was dry, clean, mold free. They did a great job at a very reasonable price!
