I drive a 2015 Honda fit. I've had the car for 4 years and I've never had it detailed -- needless to say, it was a train wreck. My car literally looks brand new. Joe got it done in a couple of hours, and he even threw in a discount because i was a new client, which he didn't have to do but it was a nice touch! He also threw in mats over the carpet, a steering wheel cover, AND a little gift bag (a cleaning rag, car air freshener, gum, and a pen) which was the cherry on top. Smears on the inside of the windows I needed to clear behind, not a big deal, just poor quality. After speaking with the owner, rather than him taking any ownership he was extremely rude and told me I shouldn't have PlastiDip'd my rims. I've done this to 5 vehicles now and have never had a problem with many details. Yes I understand it fades over time. He proceeded to tell me he talked to his guys and that they said "it was already like that". Classic "where's your proof we damaged your car" sleaziness. Initially he was pushing to come respray the tires, but considering they damaged my vehicle and the terrible response from the owner, I didn't want to trust them any further around my car. He finally (rudely) agreed to reimburse the cost of the exterior detail. Shit service and ownership over their craft. Make sure to take pictures of your vehicle before you let them touch it.

It is a pretty sizeable car wash with 5 entry lanes, two of which are reserved for membership holders. Like most automated car washes, Mister Car Wash has tiered washes ranging from $10 - $20, as well as Unlimited Memberships following the same tiers. Being this was my first visit, I was not interested in a membership just yet, but I did go with the Platinum Exterior wash for $20. The wash was solid, it left a few streaks on my back window, but with my model of Explorer all washes seem to do that due to the overhang. The tires came out shiny and all other areas were decently clean. Once you pop out of the bay, you can pull in to the complimentary vacuum area. Vacuums are plentiful and have decent suction. Overall, solid car wash that I would have no issues returning to.
