I was trying to schedule a physical therapy appt for my kiddo and they just would not call back when i needed them to. First week of Jan i call and try to schedule an appt... "oh, we need to check your insurance... we'll call you back". Silence for 1 week, i call back the next week "oh, we aren't done verifying yet we'll call you back". I call back the next week "you're actually not covered". I personally call my insurance and within 5 min, they verify that services are covered. This goes on back and forth with my husband and I and this office until the beginning of Feb in which i get an appt in wi the doctor. This office staff will NOT call you back and you pretty much will have to chase them down yourself. My kid is lucky that i am a healthcare provider and understand how insurances otherwise it would've taken even longer. I wouldn't even have gone here if it were not for a referral from my wonderful pediatrician. Dr Fernando on the other hand, is great to work with. Very professional and super smart. He gives us a lot of tips and ways we can help our kiddo.

Nessa was consistently unprofessional, disorganized, and disrespectful. Nessa would cancel appointments last-minute and schedule makeup sessions without notifying us, even after we explicitly asked to be informed. Our requests were completely ignored. When we tried to address our concerns directly and requested a meeting with Nessa, she never responded. She refused to answer scheduling questions and address our communication issues. For someone who promotes herself as collaborative and compassionate, Nessa proved to be the opposite -- prioritizing her own convenience over the families she's supposed to help. Thankfully, we switched to another speech provider who has been professional, responsive, and effective. Our son has made great progress in a short time. Let's Blossom may have good therapists, but Nessa is not one of them.

If you're looking for a speech therapist who respects your child's time, communicates clearly, and genuinely collaborates with families, do not work with Nessa at Let's Blossom. To other families: do your research. Multiple negative reviews about Nessa and Let's Blossom exist on Google and Glassdoor, including one where Let's Blossom owner, Nessa, allegedly "belittled, attacked, and emotionally abused" a student reviewer. We found Let's Blossom through our child's school and wish we had looked deeper before signing on. Nessa prioritizes herself and her convenience over the children and families she's supposed to help. Please learn from our experience. Update: I want to respond to Nessa's misinformation in her reply. First, this was not a "miscommunication." We clearly communicated to Nessa and her staff at least three times that we wanted to be informed of any scheduled appointments. Despite this, Nessa told us directly that as long as my child is in school and due for make-up sessions, she would go ahead and schedule them without our knowledge and permission. Second, Nessa stated she had hoped to connect -- but in our case, she chose not to connect. We raised our concerns multiple times and even requested a meeting to address them directly. She never responded to our meeting request and refused to answer our scheduling questions or discuss communication issues. A truly collaborative provider who cares about their clients and families would have spoken with us -- but she did not. Given Nessa's unprofessional conduct and misinformation, Nessa lost our family's trust.

Escalating it did no good and they gave the other person doing a "makeup" session have priority (unbelievable!) so we had to either skip the week or book with a different therapist - my son cried because he didn't get to go during his usual time with his therapist. Terrible customer service and the owner doesn't care at all about their clients. Avoid if possible. Edited to update: Added 1 star because my child is doing well there. It's just sad that the owner/admin cares more about the $$ instead of the kids.

Instead of listening, the office continued the process only to later tell us they could not accommodate what was already discussed. Melva contacted me multiple times only to repeatedly say there was "nothing she can do," which is unacceptable considering this issue was created by the facility's own lack of communication and scheduling consistency. She also refused to provide management or owner contact information when requested, making it even more frustrating to try and resolve the issue professionally. To make matters worse, Zoom appointments were suggested for my son despite being informed he cannot effectively participate in long virtual sessions due to focus and attention difficulties. Families seeking services deserve clear communication, honesty, and respect from the beginning -- especially when dealing with children and lengthy referral/authorization wait times. My daughter went through multiple therapists for OT and early intervention, before we finally found Littleland. The comparison between all the other therapists we've tried to the Littleland therapists is truly night and day. Before finding Littleland, my daughter really wasn't making any progress, now she is regulating better and learning so many tools. They also offer feeding therapy which is very difficult to find. My daughter works with Miss Faye, Miss Shu, and Miss Marisa, and they are all so wonderful, with a special place in our hearts due to their excellence. As for the sensory-play gym it has done wonders for our sensory-seeking-kiddo. She can run, climb, swing, and get so much great proprioceptive input. It's been really great for her, because she has a hard time with transitions and it gives her extra time to regulate and play. The facilities are also always impeccably clean, which is rare these days, especially for a children's place. And it's always nice and cool on these hot days. Also, whether it is the sensory gym or therapy side, all of the staff are awesome, including on the admin side! They really make me feel like they care about my child and go above and beyond for her.
