Super fast shipping!) I contacted the store and was given options as to how I wanted to handle it (partial credit or exchange). Seeing as it was meant for a Christmas present for my son, I chose to have it exchanged. They contacted the manufacturer (Majestic) and came back with a better credit okay'd by Majestic that I couldn't pass up - had the credit in my PayPal account the very next day. These guys were fantastic to deal with and kept in constant communication - never waited more than an hour after any question I asked. I will check these guys out on eBay first whenever I have any sports type merchandise to buy!
