Meanwhile Lowe's will work on paint until you have what you need and take anything back without a hitch. Honestly, it's mostly always the older man who's been working there for years, who is unfortunately probably a manager. Everything is overpriced (as to be expected), but just this morning I went in to exchange a $35 QUART of paint (which is crazy) because I got the wrong sheen last night. I hardly even touched the paint and told him I'm sorry I just got the wrong sheen and he basically said too bad so sad. Looking my can of paint up and down like it was an alien. I said nothing but thanks anyway and left and I will not be back. Why would I want to buy overpriced items to then be treated like a nuisance instead of a customer just trying to get what they need?
