Ruined my sister's bangs with uneven cuts, lady was not professional and didn't do the length we asked. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Always bring a picture. I ended up with an unrequested pixie cut. To add insult to injury one side is obviously shaved shorter than the other. If there's a brightside I won't even need a shape up for Atleast 5 months which saves money but I do feel the need to wear a wig so I won't be mistaken for a man when I'm uniform. The stylist was nice and affordable but I don't feel like I could go back. It really is just bad. read more

Love this salon! I have been coming for years. My stylist is Whitney and she always does a great job.

So never had an issue with the quality of the service they provide but we had an experience where we had a "shady business transaction" with a stylist. I called to speak with an owner, which I found out they have 3 of and I ask to discuss with one of them. I was said they had customers so they would call me back. I had no issue with this option so I left my number and waited. After 3 hours, I called back just to check, and had been told one owner had already left and the other was still busy, totally understandable but after waiting all day and all night, never received a call! I suspect they don't care how customers are treated and only care about the bottom line! Will never return to this establishment since they can't even take the time to discuss shady business gouging!! read more

Disclaimer: Nothing she says in her response on here is anything remotely true. I have never even met or talked to this woman. And never once harassed the stylist that did my hair. I only spoke with her over text on 3 separate days and I was as nice as I could possibly be in this situation. Please read other reviews on here about how people have been threatened and or blamed when things go wrong at this salon. I went to BEI Capelli on October 3rd. I showed her a picture of a dark red ombré with solid color on the bottom. She said "lets do it!" And started to strip pieces of my hair and dyed it red almost like red highlights. I got home and realized so many of the pieces were still a blondish orange color and the color didn't take at all, by the time I could get a new appointment the color was gone completely and my hair looked brassy. For my second appointment a week later, I brought her coffee, not mad or upset, just wanting to get it fixed and explained I really wanted more red the first time around and once again showed her the original picture of what I wanted and that she should probably just strip my hair completely because she did highlights where as I wanted more of a red ombré. And obviously red highlights look terrible with black box dyed hair. So she comes back with a red color dye already mixed and assures me putting it all over my head, (covering black box dye she hasn't stripped yet) would be the best route to go. My roots took the bright red color leaving me with a red strip going down my part, then the black almost a green and the highlights from the previous visit turned almost purple. At this point I didn't know what to do, I tried to talk to the manager before I left and she was with a client. I called several times to speak with the manager and no one would call me back and even talked to the girl who did my hair personally and she expected me to pay another 100-150 to fix the issue. So I decided to go up there with my boyfriend and just see if I could calmly speak to a manager face to face since no one would return my call. Once again she was with a client so an employee asked us to wait while she finished up. We sat down just talking and sitting on our phones and after a few minutes the police came in the door. And the manager who I had never seen before walked up and said "I would like her removed." I simply wanted my money back or the issue to be resolved without paying another 150 dollars. I never get my hair done and this was a real treat to myself to do this, I couldn't possibly afford to pay again and I shouldn't have too. Completely in shock that this happened. I can't imagine treating someone this way. All I wanted was a refund or something... that's all I wanted and they took my money and called the police on me. Unbelievable. read more

Seriously people..think hard before spending money here...read the reviews.before doing anything here....I will suggest.that you do not risk regrowing your hair by coming here. There is a management issue for certain, and it's reflected badly by the stylist renting booths here and their attitude towards customers. While my own hair will grow back, it's just shocking to see that it's a common issue here. Any stylist, certainly those who don't realise how vain we women can get about our hair, who blames the customer on the outcome off the cut and color should be ashamed and need to rethink how they communicate to the customer about what is going on during the cut. read more

I really enjoyed my visit to Bei Capelli. I found them through groupon and went for a birthday cut and partial highlight. staff was friendly and professional. they used sulfate free shampoo on my hair and at the end - I looked great! Good thing too ... I got engaged that night! read more

I asked for about an inch off my length and layering to be put in, my stylist, Tyler, did put in layers... Or should I say "layer" and he managed to cut off about 4" off of my length. He flat ironed my hair so well that it didnt show and He did not show me the back of my hair before I left so I left none the wiser. The next day I had my wedding hair trial, I hadn't styled my hair from the cut to the trial so little did I know what had happened. My hair stylist then had to cut another 4" off my poor hair to try to salvage it. He had cut it uneven, chunks were missing from sections, it was just awful. I have been growing my hair out for 8 years and get a regular trim, but because of this butcher job, I am not not able to have my hair styled the way I wanted for my wedding in 3 weeks. The salon manager did not act like they were really that interested in making up for this stylists lack of care. I was refunded but that doesn't make up for me losing over 8" of hair right before my wedding. The manager did not even ask for a picture or ask if there was anything else they could do for me. Their lack of care for what has happened to me is unprofessional and uncaring. My 4 year old nephew could have done better with his eyes closed. It took 8 years to get to this length, It took him an hour and a half to destroy it. I would avoid this salon at all costs. They don't seem to care about what happened or the actions of their employee. After I posted a review on their facebook page, the stylist claimed I was a liar and that he didn't do that to my hair. After posting my review and being called a liar by the stylist, he then PM'd me threatening that if I didn't take down my review from all the sites, that he would press charges for libel and harassment.. then, the owners of the salon said they fully back up their stylists work, still gave no apology, then deleted my review, reported it to facebook and blocked me. So I am very happy to know that they cannot do the same on YELP. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. read more

After arriving at bei-Capelli for the first time, there was no one at the desk or anywhere to be seen. I actually had to finally walk to the back to find someone. The new stylist who was recommended by the owner was to follow the formula I brought from another stylist in another state, she agreed to do so but did not. After paying full price and leaving in tears, I had bright orange roots and it was to be a simple and straightforward highlight/lowlight. The stylist kept insisting it was my hairs fault! I've used the same exact formula for years with great success. It was very obviously a lack of knowledge and experience and I was treated very poorly by the salon. I will never go back to a place so filthy inside with such a lack of caring. I now have to find another stylist and pay to fix their mistake. Truly unbelievable how bad the experience was there for something that should've been so simple. read more

Walked in the salon and was ignored by the stylist who was doing a client's hair. I would have appreciated a simple hello. A gentleman was also waiting and no one came to the front desk even though the door beeped when I entered. Finally, after about 10 minutes the stylist asked if she could help me.
