I asked to speak with the owner, who immediately said he didn't care to see the photos and doesn't give refunds. He was rude, dismissive, and showed no interest in making the situation right. A salon's true character shows when something doesn't go as planned. Instead of standing behind their work, they dismissed me as a customer. I wasted my time, my money, and now have to pay another salon to correct their work. Hopefully this review saves someone else the time, money, and disappointment that I experienced.

I first reached out via email, and received an incredibly prompt response. Then I dragged my heels and took a while to respond to make an appointment. I'm so glad I finally did. The salon is located in the Clifton neighborhood next to a large church. There is ample free parking on the street. It's an old house that has been converted into a salon. When I arrived I was immediately greeted and was told my stylist would be notified of my arrival. A few minutes later Allie came down the stairs - she was so friendly and welcoming! We went upstairs to her room, which also housed another stylist chair, but she wasn't in today. Allie asked about the type of cut and off we went. Throughout the haircut she shared her knowledge about hair and stories about our kids. Would 100% recommend her.
