First time ordering takeout here. It's a little farther away for us but had good reviews so wanted to try it! They were really quick, friendly, & they gave really generous portions. There was enough for us to eat for dinner and have lots of leftovers! It was still hot by the time we got home. We got something for everyone--General tso, Kung Pao three kinds, PuPu appetizer, & sweet & sour chicken (yes it's crispy, not too much breading..I know some of you were wondering lol). We didn't try any fried rice or anything. The flavor was on point & we really liked everything we ordered! Also the shrimp was huge. I think the only thing I would have liked was more peanuts on the Kung Pao three kinds & if they were chopped a little or mixed in but that was very minor. read more

Very rude i went there many times they don't respect customers. She is very rude. Her and the husband fight i seen it physically and verbally !yelling all the time! very unprofessional. She plays stupid when i just say hi like she dont understand... Decent Chinese. 40 minute wait which was a bit unexpected but the food was hot when it came out. Was surprised at how pricy it was and that a few of the dishes varied from standard preparations, specifically the bourbon chicken and kung pao chicken which had mushrooms. Called my order in and was told 20 minutes. Got there and food was ready. And it was fantastic! Everything hot. Ordered the boneless spare ribs with shrimp fried rice. Came with an egg roll which was crispy and delicious! This is my go to Chinese place. Also you get so much food it's two meals for me. Just as good the next day heated up! read more

I my gosh, almost a year to the date. I forgot how bad the food is. I tried one more time because I was hungry and there is no other chinese restaurant around. I feel robbed. It was awful. Hunan shrimp, barely any sauce and the shrimp fried rice, water logged shrimp and no flavor. $30.00 for those 2 items and it was a pint size order or shrimp fried rice. Aweful. The bourbon chicken is my GO-TO. Always get the combo because who doesn't love an egg roll on the side. They do have seafood boils on their menu kinda resembling what the storming crab does. I will be trying this out so watch for an update! Prices for those are not bad either. Back on topic about my order - uhhhh crab Rangoon! Is a must. My boyfriend loves the wonton soup and the general tao chicken, but that's because he's never heard of the bourbon chicken. He tried mine and absolutely loved it. This place can be very 50/50 at times. And what I mean by that is, either it's really good, or it's really......not good. This is just another standard Chinese restaurant that's a quick bite when you do not feel like cooking. I've been coming here roughly 8 years on and off. The last 3 times I have ordered food from here in the past year, one time it was great, the other two times it wasn't great. Often times my sweet and sour chicken or sesame chicken will either be fresh and hot, or cold and stale. My egg roll will either be hot, fresh, and crunchy. Or it will be cold, greasy, and a little hard. I often get the same dishes here and I don't know what to expect each time I come. But when the craving for Chinese arises, I'll stop in and order takeout and hope for the best. read more

Haven't eaten at this place in a bit so I wanted to check back in. Standards have gone so far down. The lo mein was over cooked and mushy noodles. The shrimp were rubbery. Not ever have I had food this bad. The sweet and sour pork tasted off and was soggy. Guess I'm back to the place across the street. read more

Excellent service always, crab rangoon very good, General Tso's also very good, wonton soup very enjoyable an excellent Lo mein (pork or beef), very good egg rolls, the only thing that needed work was their hot and sour soup other than that just great. Reasonable prices (competitive) read more

This is by far the best Chinese American food in the area. Food is not greasy or slimy. I have been eating here for a long time now and have never had any issues whatsoever. I order some of dishes with special requests and even then the dishes are awesome. I don't go anywhere else for Chinese in the tonawandas. read more

Darn I wish I knew this place did not have a photo listed on Yelp. I'm sure I would add several. I just moved to the area and have tried a few Chinese places and felt that none really hit the spot like I hoped. Just as I was about to give up thinking...how many places must I try before I find "my Chinese spot" and then voila I found it. Best Chinese food in the area. I've lived and worked in the area my whole life, never had better. Hot, fresh and cooked well. Choices for all and fast too. Lunch menu, specials and platters along with the full menu. Always a steady flow of people in and out, many are regulars, which are known by face to the staff. Great Place. read more

Very good. I'm glad I took the advice of the previous reviewers and gave it a try. I have to be in the mood for Chinese food and we dont have many good places to choose from in this area in my opinion. I ordered the general tso's chicken with vegetable fried rice combination dinner which also came with an egg roll. My other half ordered the bourbon chicken with plain fried rice combo. The sauce on my food was a tad spicy but I like that and the chicken was not mushy nor fatty. The rice had plenty of mixed vegetables ie, snap peas, broccoli, onions etc., none of which were soggy even after sitting for a couple of hours. In the end, I would definitely go back. Love this place. Best Chinese in the city of Tonawanda. No matter what you order it will always be ready in 10 minutes. Lady that runs the place knows her regulars by name. It's my go-to place for Chinese food in Tonawanda. They have consistently very good food, and they're fast.

Ordered to share the sweet & sour chicken and the general Tso's chicken lunch specials both with egg rolls. Food was fine, portion was small but okay for a lunch I suppose. Everything was bland and lacking in flavor. Sweet and sour sauce was light in color and was more of a honey dipping than the sweet sour we were hoping for. The general tsos was lacking the spice. Egg rolls were slightly under done lacking the good dark color and crisp that a fried egg roll should have. Disappointed. read more

Both my boyfriend and I, got food poisoning no less than an hour after eating here, and the quality and taste of food wasn't worth the sickness either. Will admit, looked like the cleanest Chinese restaurant I've ever seen, but definitely not the best. read more

You wanna know what I REALLY love about this place?? They know me. They know my husband. Now we're not Chinese food addicts. We would probably qualify as occasional regulars, meaning we order take out from Beijing about once every 6-8 weeks. Even so- the woman behind the counter recognizes my husband when he calls. Tonight I came in to do the pick up (it's usually hubby's run) she knew that I was married to him, remembered his name, and repeated my name to me in her farewell. Oh by the way, their place is clean. Even outside in the back (my man spent his fair share of college days dogging it out as a line cook- the importance of a clean hood system and trash area can't be underestimated) the place is CLEAN. And here's the best part- the food rocks too. Great General Tso's chicken, schezuan chicken is also a fav. Great crab ragoons, I get them every time. I get their lo-mein and ask for "light" on the sauce and is delicious every time. Very friendly and ready in a timely manner. They are now closed on Sunday's however, which disappoints me a little. read more
