The room was very neat and clean. The masseuse was able to identify and workout all the knots and all the tight areas, without me specifying them. I did not realize how tight I was until she started working out the knots in my legs and back. After I left, I was no longer tight. I felt good. I felt loose. I was not exhausted nor in pain. Before the service began, I requested to see a copy of the massage therapist's license. The individual refused, stating he was "just an employee" and could not provide it. I informed him that, under Virginia law (18VAC115-20-50), massage therapy licenses must be displayed or made available upon request. Instead of complying, he handed me a business card and stated that only the owner could provide the license information. He then refused to offer me any treatment. At the time, there were no other customers present. The staff left me alone in the business while they sat outside in the mall.
