Haven't went to Beijing Super Buffet in a while, so I decided to go again recently. I would like to say that the restaurant is really clean, and the food has really improved. This is my favourite Chinese buffet on the coast. Upon entering you are seated immediately and served your drinks. The food taste really good and they have a good selection to choose from. They also have sushi but I haven't tried it because if I can't see that someone is preparing it fresh I don't eat it, but a friend of mine ate the sushi and he's still alive. So it's probably ok to eat. They also have plenty of parking available and flat screen tv's, so no matter where you're sitting you can see one. Plus the staff is very nice and attentive. Also the price is very friendly to your wallet, I think lunch is five dollars and dinner is around seven out eight, you can't beat that, and I've never gotten sick after eating here. Drove by here a while back and thought the price for a meal was reasonable. Stopped in today and found out why. For lunch youd exoect the food to be fresh and tasty; it was actually the opposite. The food was somewhat bland and in their chicken selections were either overcooked and/or dry. No matter how much you season it you cant hide it. Selection was minimal compared to other locations and if you like sushi prepare to see half sized sushi roles. My son found people digging food with their hands which ruined the meal for him. Needless to say I wont be back there anytime soon. If you want decent buffet style Chinese food itll be worth the price to look at King Buffet on Eisenhower by the mall. Awefull! Don't waste your money. Not one item was hot or even warm. Except for the seafood salad, I took one bite and it was warm and spoiled.All of the food appeared to have been sitting for a while. The ice cream was really good. I was asked how the food was so I let them know it was bad. The woman turned and walked away. Service was bad as well. We will not be going back. read more

This place is amazing. Amazing in the fact that ALL of the food can be cold. I understand perhaps one or two items being cold, but nope, everything I ate was cold. I went on Thanksgiving Day, as I was in town working instead of at home, and choices were limited. I should have kept going and found something else. Good thing it was only $10. And to bad the cashier didn't even bother to say 'thanks'. We're here working for three more weeks, but I'm going to steer clear of this place. read more

Buffets are not usually my favorite places, but this is Chinese buffet heaven. Fresh ingredients, clean throughout the restaurant, and very flavorful food. They also have something for everyone from roast beef & asparagus & Blue Bell to boot. I myself stuck to the wonderful Chinese food. The place seems like a good decision, but once you are seated the service is horrible. The tables were not being cleaned off as my table kept getting more plates of food. As our drinks were getting low, the waitress/waiter was nowhere to be found. They came to the table multiple times, but they still didn't want to refill our drinks. Paying for the food was the worst part. Our checks were different prices, yet we all had the same meal, and the waitress refused to explain why the prices were different. Overall, I will not be visiting them anymore. This visit was a lesson to be learned!!!! read more

The water was honestly the best thing here, we had 4 people as we had to leave we all threw up afterwards this places is absolutely disgusting there was barley any food and the food there was old, undercooked and had and undermining taste. I would never recommend this place to anybody. read more

Decent buffet choices, but they have not had fried crab on the table for two weeks now, and they are telling customers that the crab is "not available" because the suppliers have run out of it. This sounds like a lot of hooey to me--the price of crab probably rose, and the restaurant managers aren't willing to pay it. VERY upset about the lack of crabs--this dish is why I come to this place. They need to bite the bullet and pay the going price for the crab, instead of telling customers this fairy tale. read more

Bar none the worst Chinese buffet I have ever been to. Very little chicken in the chicken broccoli same goes for the beef broccoli, everything that should have crab has the imitation crab stix and when they are cooked they become mushy, just simply the worst buffet ever. The guy sitting at the table found 2 roaches. Not on his food on the seat. He complained, I complained too. One thing I said "you're too cheap to spray." He said "you don't have to curse. Only reason I gave this one star is because they had watermelon (hard to mess that up). Food was cold. Even the trays they brought from the kitchen to replace the old food...still cold. Went from bad to worse. At the conclusion of our "meal", individual, who claimed to be the owner, was able to tell us to come over to the counter to pay, but when our meal should have been $21, he charged $35 and COULD NOT find his English speaking abilities when asked about the price difference. We asked how much drinks were. He stated $1.50 each. Okay that's great, the difference in what he asked us to pay and what it should have been was $14.00. We did not drink $14.00 in drinks. Will not come back to this establishment. Funny how you spoke English fine to say to pay you, but no English when asked about your miscalculations. Not recommended for ANYONE to go here. (Except health dept), you're welcome to go 4-5 times a week to this place. read more

I tried to call and tell them nicely that their food made my son and I sick but was hung up on. I wasn't going to leave reviews all over but at least give thisr company the chance to fix the problem but since I was treated so rudely, I will leave the reviews so other potential customers won't get sick like my son and I did. We had to stop and throw up twice on the way home because the food was so greasy that it was sitting on top of grease in the pans and it wasn't just one dish. It was most of the dishes that had been prepared with grease. The meatloaf I tried to eat was foul so I spat it into my napkin and told the waitress that there was something wrong with it and that it had gone bad, but it wasn't removed from the buffet so there is no telling how many people could get sick just from that. My family and I will never go to that establishment again. We have been there to eat several times and the food has gotten worse and worse and now it is unacceptable. I will be calling the health department about the meatloaf that had went bad but wasn't removed so nobody else would be exposed to it. That was wrong! I didn't get an I'm sorry or anything and I wasn't calling for a refund. I simply wanted someone there to know that we had gotten sick from eating there and an apology at least but was rudely hung up on. That isn't how one should treat customers. They need to find someone else to cook if that is the best they can do, and if they can't provide food that hasn't gone bad, then they need to be shut down immediately. I will be calling the proper authorities! If I could leave a negative star, I would. They should be ashamed that their food made my son and I both sick. We barely ate anything because it was inedible and swimming in grease, so nobody can say that we ate too much and got sick. Shameful! Negative stars! read more

My husband and I went and had supper on January 26th. Food and Service wasn't that great. I came home that night and was very ill with food poisoning. My husband started showing the symptoms the next morning. I have now missed 2 days of work and hope I don't have to call in tomorrow!!! When we walked in the hostess was in such a hurry when we were admiring a ship on display. No patience whatsoever. Tables sticky, food cold. Wonton soup, I counted 5 wontons in the broth. I was looking for a small bowl and I was going to have hot and sour soup. After I found the bowls in a gray tub that you usually put dirty dishes in, there were the cleans one and it looked like previous junk (food) in that tub. Disgusting! Plates didn't look clean. Health Dept really needs to check it out. Hand written signs all over the place, You waste food, you will be charged $2.00/lb. Really? I didn't like the flavor of the garbage I tried. We left and bought food at the grocery store. At least we know our food is cooked in a clean and sanitized kitchen. Would NOT recommend. We paid and left and this is what we thought!
