I happened to notice a mutual friend posted about her stylist, Mark doing her hair, which it's always very nice and unique. And that's what I'm looking for. I generally stick with my same stylist that I've had for years, even though he's an hour away. I do jump around on occasion for change plus for the convenience of not having to drive so far. But it seems, once I found Mark, I've been going to him on a more regular basis. I'm always a last minute person, I can call the day of, and they find a way to fit me in if not the next day. The staff are all wonderful and accommodating. They are a family/team you could see the morale is high in the salon, as well as they are professional, yet personable. Mark listens and is open to understanding what I'm looking for, he takes time to look at pictures that I have as well as pulls out pictures of his own. He is up-to-date on the styles, offers suggestions, he is the first stylist that finally dealt with my impatient self to allow me to grow my hair out. It's working, all my friends have complimented me so far. Anyway, whether you see Mark or you see Wayne, or you see any of the ladies there you will not be disappointed. My younger daughter usually sees a different stylist each time she comes and she is always happy with her hair. Even my son has a favorite stylist here. Their prices are very reasonable and every stylist they have does great work. It can be hard to get an appointment at the last minute, especially if you want to see someone in particular, so it is always best to call in advance. I can usually get in within a week to 10 days from when I call. The salon itself is very clean. I can't imagine going anywhere else to get my hair done.

I mentioned that MULTIPLE times to Marcella because I am a new client and NEEDED her to understand EXACTLY EXACTLY what I need. I EVER SHOWED HER A FUKIN PICTURE FROM MULTIPLE ANGLES OF EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED. My hair is MY IDENTITY!!! Gave me a FUKCING butch MMA grunt military cut. NOOOOO!!! I've had other stylists go a little longer just in case and then we can ALWAYS take more off. I don't want to feel like a fukcing jock ass male. Unfortunately, she was in a rush like who gives fukc about this degenerate I have a more important client next getting a more expensive style so f the cheap ass for under $50. She cut a single length on the sides that was too short and did not blend with the top. NOOOOO!!!! It was my mom's birthday too so she fukced that up as well!!! I had to go back to have somebody else blend it in and was forced to have it cut shorter to blend in the top. Just FOLLOW DIRECTIONS! If the stylist has a concern or unsure, please communicate!!!! This is especially true for new clients like myself. SOOOO PISSED because I thought that if I paid a lot for a supposedly prestigious hair salon, I would get top notch service that I paid for but sadly no. In addition to losing myself as a repeat customer, you lost the business of my family and friends. We are all dealing with a LOT of Stress in our lives. When Dushan opened up his own salon, my stylist went with him. I followed. Now it's 2014 and Julie L. grew up and had a family, so she left the salon. I did not. I now see Helena as my stylist and I couldn't be happier. My wife and the rest of my family goes to her when their follicles could use a little more air. She's great at what she does. Dushan always greets me with a smile and a handshake. It's a great atmosphere. Now I'm a dude, so it's not difficult to cut a dude's hair. Unfortunately my hair grows incredibly fast so it takes a talented stylist to make sure I can go 4 weeks without my head feeling like a wookiee in the dead of summer. Helena makes sure I'm comfortable until my next cut. She's awesome. The salon is clean and comfortable. The staff is more than accommodating. The customer service is beyond incredible.
